Description

The present invention relates to a liquid supply device for continuously releasing a fragrance or the like from the surface of a pavement, and more specifically, supplying a volatile liquid such as a scent or the like continuously or temporarily inside a water-retaining pavement, The present invention relates to a liquid supply apparatus for continuously releasing a scent suitable for an environment where a water-retaining pavement is provided from the surface of the water-retaining pavement.

In recent years, the global warming phenomenon, the heat island phenomenon in urban areas, and the thermal environment in the summer around the main road have become very problematic. The heat island phenomenon occurs because high-rise buildings in the urbanized area block the air flow, and heat is absorbed on the paved road surface by direct sunlight.

In order to suppress the heat island phenomenon, a filler having a water retention property is injected into a void portion of a pavement body such as a water-permeable asphalt pavement having a continuous void, a water-permeable concrete pavement, and a water-permeable resin pavement, and moisture is added to the filler. It is considered that the water-retaining pavement in which the water is retained is the most effective. This water-retaining pavement has the effect of reducing the radiant heat from the pavement by lowering the pavement temperature and the surrounding temperature by using the heat of vaporization caused by the evaporation of water retained in the pavement.
However, no technology has been reported to date to emit scent by utilizing the heat of vaporization caused by evaporation of the retained water.
On the other hand, as for the pavement that diverges the scent, a rubber chip flat pavement block (see Patent Document 1) and a wooden pavement have been reported (see Patent Document 2).
The pavement that emits these fragrances kneads the fragrance into materials such as rubber chips and wood, so the fragrance does not come out if the fragrance in the pavement runs out, and you can enjoy the fragrance only for a short time I could not do it. Moreover, the mechanism for supplying moisture in the water-retaining pavement is usually a fairly large device (see, for example, Patent Documents 3 and 4), and a fragrance can be mixed in the device for supplying moisture. Since a large amount of fragrance is required, there is a problem in cost.

Further, the supply of the volatile liquid 2 and the adjustment of the supply amount by the liquid supply apparatus 1 of the present embodiment are performed as follows.
First, the adjustment valve 7a and the adjustment valve 7b are set to the bypass side.
The supply pump 9 a is operated to introduce the volatile liquid 2 from the storage tank 3 through the bypass introduction pipe 9 b to the liquid supply unit 4 and supply the volatile liquid 2 to the inside of the water-retaining pavement 10.
Next, when the volatile liquid 2 starts to diverge from the surface of the water-retaining pavement 10 and reaches a steady state, the adjustment valves 7a and 7b are switched to the liquid amount adjustment unit 6 side.
Next, the elastic tube 63 inserted into the roller clamp 62 is inserted into the roller 62 while confirming the dropping amount of the volatile liquid 2 dropped from the tip of the connecting portion 8 inserted into the drip tube 61. And adjusting the flow rate of the volatile liquid 2 to adjust the amount of the volatile liquid 2 to be emitted from the surface of the water-retaining pavement 10.

It is installed on the water permeable layer. A water-permeable asphalt pavement, a water-permeable concrete pavement or a water-permeable resin pavement constituting the water-permeable layer 11 is spread thereon, and the water-permeable layer 11 which is a base material of the water-retaining pavement 10 is constructed. Subsequently, the water retaining material 12 is filled into the gaps of the water permeable layer 11.
As a filling method, the water-retaining material 12 is poured onto the surface of the pavement (if the water-retaining material 12 is powder, it is sprayed on the surface of the pavement), and the pavement and the water-retaining material 12 are vibrated with a vibro plate or a vibration roller. While being applied, the water retaining material 12 is filled in the voids of the pavement.
In this way, the water-retaining pavement 10 including the introduction pipe 5 that supplies the volatile liquid 2 to the inside of the water-retaining pavement 10 and the liquid supply unit 4 is produced. The water-retaining pavement 10 may be applied to a part of a pavement that has already been prepared, and the introduction pipe 5 and the liquid supply unit 4 may be provided therein. The liquid supply device 1 of the present embodiment is installed on the water-retaining pavement 10, and a volatile liquid 2 suitable for the installed environment is supplied into the water-retaining pavement 10. In the following examples, the liquid supply apparatus 1 of the present invention is applied to a flower bed.

An outer frame comprising a decorative mold 13 and a bottom plate 14 and having a size of 30 cm square was prepared. This outer frame is a frame that becomes a flower stand as it is. The inside of the mold was waterproofed with vinyl. A hole through which the introduction pipe 5 is passed is provided in a part of the decorative mold 13, and the introduction pipe 5 is passed through as shown in FIG. 2, and is joined to the porous stone as the liquid supply unit 4 at a substantially central position. As shown in FIG. 1, a water-permeable concrete pavement (manufactured by Nippon Toshi Kogyo Co., Ltd.) 11a as a foundation layer of the water-permeable layer 11 was spread on the bottom plate 14 at a thickness of 3 cm and cured for 72 hours. After curing was completed, a water-permeable resin pavement 11b (manufactured by Modern Kasei Co., Ltd.) was finished as a surface layer of the water-permeable layer 11 with a thickness of 1 cm. After the water-permeable resin pavement 11b was cured, the water retaining material 12 (manufactured by Nippon Doseki Kogyo Co., Ltd.) was filled while the decorative mold 13 was vibrated using an electric plane vibrator. Before the water-retaining material 12 was completely cured, a concrete curing retarder was sprayed on the surface, and the next day, washing was performed so that the base material of the aggregate of the water-permeable resin mixture 11b could be seen. Subsequently, the liquid supply apparatus 1 of the present invention was connected to one end of the introduction pipe 5 exposed from the hole provided in the decorative mold 13.
A vase and artificial roses were set on the flower stand. A fragrant liquid (manufactured by Kanebo) was introduced from the storage tank 3 as the volatile liquid 2. The adjusting valves 7a and 7b were set on the bypass 9 side, and this rose-scented liquid was forcibly injected until the scent diffused from the surface of the flower bed. When the scent began to come out, the adjusting valves 7a and 7b were switched to the liquid volume adjusting unit 6 side, and the drip rate of the drip was adjusted to 25 to 30 seconds / one drop with the roller clamp 62 while watching the drip in the drip tube 61. As a result, according to the vicinity of the flower stand, the scent of roses was floating all day long.
Further, it was found that the scent duration can be used for 6 days by operating the storage tank 3 with a capacity of 200 cc for 8 hours a day.
