Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a micropart having an inclined structure and a mold die manufactured by this method.
In order to manufacture a micro component having a structure that is inclined toward the center of the lens, such as a Fresnel lens, a photolithographic technique in which exposure is performed using a cutting process by an NC machine tool or a gray scale mask is used. In three-dimensional microfabrication using a gray scale mask whose light transmittance changes continuously in the surface direction of the sheet, this gray scale mask is brought into contact with a photoresist layer formed on a substrate, and the photoresist layer is formed through the gray scale mask. Irradiate with ultraviolet light. Since the etching rate of the photoresist layer increases in proportion to the exposure amount, if etching is performed after exposure, an inclination can be formed on the surface according to the exposure amount of ultraviolet light (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

射出成型に用いられる樹脂材料には、PMMA(ポリメチルメタクリレート)、PS(ポリスチレン)、ABS樹脂、PC(ポリカーボネート)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)等の熱可塑性樹脂、およびフェノール樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂等の熱硬化性樹脂がある。 In order to produce a plastic micro Fresnel lens from this mold, a general manufacturing method is used in which a plastic material in a molten or fluid state is processed by injection molding, compression molding, extrusion molding, ultraviolet curing, or the like. In particular, the injection molding is suitable for processing a high-precision part having a complicated shape as compared with other molding methods, and is excellent in the dimensional stability of the part. In addition, the current injection molding machine is automated in production and can be mass-produced. Resin materials used for injection molding include thermoplastic resins such as PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), PS (polystyrene), ABS resin, PC (polycarbonate), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), phenol resin, unsaturated polyester resin, There are thermosetting resins such as epoxy resins. For example, a glass mold method is used for the production of the glass micro Fresnel lens.

<Second Embodiment>
FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining a manufacturing process of a Fresnel lens mother die according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, components corresponding to the components and regions described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

<Third Embodiment>
FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining a manufacturing process of a Fresnel lens mother die according to the third embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, components corresponding to the components and regions described in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in FIG. 5A, after the
In FIG. 5B, after stopping the laser beam irradiation, the laser
5C, the laser
Thereafter, as described with reference to FIG. 5B, after stopping the laser beam irradiation, the laser
If the multiple ring-shaped exposure regions are removed after the ring-shaped exposure regions are repeatedly formed in this manner, the Fresnel

<Fourth embodiment>
FIGS. 6A and 6B are views for explaining a manufacturing process of a Fresnel lens mother die according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6A is a top view, and FIGS. 6B and 6C are side views. FIG. In the present embodiment, components corresponding to the components and regions described in the first to third embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in FIG. 6, a
With the above arrangement, the
Next, as shown in FIG.6 (c), it replaces with the plano-
In the present embodiment, the ring-shaped
Even in the present embodiment, the same effects as the manufacturing methods of the first to third embodiments can be obtained, and there is no step of tilting the
Then, the modification of embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram for explaining a first modification of the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 (a) is a side view for explaining the manufacturing process of the Fresnel lens mother die, and FIG. It is a bottom view. The
With the above arrangement, the excimer laser beam L2 is irradiated onto the
FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second modification of the embodiment of the present invention.
