Abstract
【解決手段】駆動装置は、回転電機と、回転電機に電力を供給可能なインバータ10と、回転電機を収容すると共に、外表面に溝部306aが形成された収容ケース101と、溝部306aの一部を閉塞することで、冷媒が流通可能な流路306を規定な規定壁部112Aを有する収容ケース102とを含む筐体200と、インバータケース102内に着脱可能に設けられ、冷媒が流通して、インバータ10を冷却可能な冷却器250と、規定壁部112Aに形成された穴部304a,305aを経由して、冷却器250と流路306とを接続する接続管304,305と、穴部304a,305aを規定する規定壁部112Aの内表面と接続管304,305との隙間を閉塞可能なシール部材60,61とを備える。

Claims (5)
- 回転電機と、
前記回転電機に電力を供給可能なインバータと、
前記回転電機を収容すると共に、外表面に溝部が形成された第1収容ケースと、前記溝部の一部を閉塞することで、冷媒が流通可能な流路を規定可能な規定壁部を有する第2収容ケースとを含む筐体と、
前記第2収容ケース内に着脱可能に設けられ、前記冷媒が流通して、前記インバータを冷却可能な冷却器と、
前記規定壁部に形成された穴部を経由して、前記冷却器と前記流路とを接続する接続管と、
前記穴部を規定する前記規定壁部の内表面と前記接続管との隙間を閉塞可能なシール部材と、
を備える、駆動装置。 - 前記冷却器の表面に複数の半導体素子が直接接合されて、前記インバータが形成された、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記冷却器と前記流路とを含み、前記冷媒が流通するインバータ冷却冷媒循環回路をさらに備え、
前記流路は、前記冷却器に対して、前記冷媒の流通方向下流側に位置する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記規定壁部の内表面には、前記冷却器の装着部と、前記インバータと別の電気機器を受け入れ可能な開口部が規定された、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の駆動装置。
- 前記流路は、前記回転電機と前記冷却器との間に位置する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の駆動装置。
