Abstract
【解決手段】工具200は、一対の細長レール部材245を含むフレームと、レール部材の間に位置する加力ブロックと、フレームのほぼ中間の対向端部でフレームに接続された駆動部と、一端が加力ブロックにねじ係合し、他端が駆動部に接続された親ねじ250であって、親ねじの回転は、加力ブロックの軸方向運動を生じさせる。電機子または界磁は鉄心を有しており、1つ以上の換気スロットを有する。スライドに対して工具を位置決めするスロット板が存在しており、該スロット板の一部分が1つ以上の換気スロット内に延在する。スロット板は、加力ブロックが固定子スライドに付加する力の反応点を形成する。

Claims (10)
- 回転電気機械のウェッジ(120)と電機子巻線(110)の間のスライド(125)を駆動する工具(200)であって、
前記回転電気機械は、電機子鉄心(100)と、複数の電機子巻線スロット(105)とを有しており、前記電機子鉄心は、前記電機子鉄心の換気を促進する1つ以上の換気スロット(410)を有しており、
前記工具は、
一対の細長レール部材(240)を含み、前記細長レール部材の端部の付近に配置された対向するフレーム端部を有するフレームと、
該して前記細長レール部材の間に位置し、ウェッジ駆動部材(310)を有する加力手段(255、312)であって、前記ウェッジ駆動部材(310)が前記スライド(125)に接触し、前記ウェッジ駆動部材とともに前記ウェッジと前記電機子巻線の間の前記スライドを駆動するために前記スライドに力を付与する加力手段(255、312)と、
前記対向するフレーム端部の付近に位置する換気スロット板(340)であって、一部分が前記1つ以上の換気スロット(410)内に延在し、前記加力手段が前記スライドに付与する力の反応点を形成する前記換気スロット板(340)と
を含む、工具(200)。 - 前記ウェッジ駆動部材(310)が異なるサイズまたは寸法のウェッジ駆動部材と交換できるように前記ウェッジ駆動部材が前記加力手段に取り外し可能に固定される、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記換気スロット板(340)が異なるサイズまたは寸法の換気スロット板と交換できるように前記工具に取り外し可能に固定される、請求項1又は2に記載の工具。
- 前記工具の底表面の付近に取り付けられ、高分子材料からなり、少なくとも1つのリッジを有する少なくとも1つの下端バンパ(245)をさらに有しており、前記少なくとも1つのリッジが少なくとも部分的に前記電機子巻線スロット(105)の少なくとも1つに延在するように下方に延在している、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの下端バンパ(245)が異なるサイズまたは寸法の下端バンパと交換できるように前記フレームに取り外し可能に固定される、請求項4に記載の工具。
- 前記加力手段に接続されたモータ(210)をさらに有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記モータ(210)が空気作動モータである、請求項6に記載の工具。
- 前記モータ(210)が少なくとも1つ以上のギア(330)を介して前記加力手段に接続される、請求項6又は7に記載の工具。
- 回転電気機械の電機子または界磁のスロット(105)の内部でウェッジ(120)の下のスライド(125)を駆動する工具(200)であって、
一対の細長レール部材(245)を含むフレームと、
前記細長レール部材の間に位置する加力ブロック(312)と、
前記フレームのほぼ中間の対向端部で前記フレームに接続された駆動部と、
一端が前記加力ブロックにねじ係合し、他端が前記駆動部に接続された親ねじ(250)であって、前記駆動部が作動時に前記親ねじを回転させ、前記親ねじの回転が前記加力ブロックの軸方向運動を生じさせる前記親ねじ(250)と
を含み、
前記電機子または界磁は、鉄心(100)を有しており、前記鉄心が前記電機子または界磁の換気を促進する1つ以上の換気スロット(410)を有し、
前記工具は、前記スライドに対して前記工具を位置決めするスロット板(340)であって、一部分が前記1つ以上の換気スロット内に延在し、前記加力ブロックが前記固定子スライドに付加する力の反応点を形成する前記スロット板(340)を含む
ことを特徴とうとする工具(200)。 - 前記駆動部が空気作動式である、請求項9に記載の工具。
