Description

The present invention relates to a storage that suitably dries a tubular body housed inside.

A hot-air storage that dries while sterilizing by applying hot air to an object to be dried, such as tableware, is provided with a storage section inside a heat-insulating box body through a required space, and multistage in the storage section. A basket that accommodates an object to be dried (hereinafter simply referred to as an object) is placed on the shelf arranged in (1). And hot air is forcibly circulated in the storage part using a blower and a heater disposed in the space. Specifically, by flowing hot air from the bottom to the top in the storage unit, the object stored in the storage unit is heated to be disinfected and dried.

Examples of the object include medical devices to which body fluids and pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses adhere. There are various types of medical devices, and one of them is various tubes used for applications such as respiratory organs. Such a tube was first reused by thoroughly washing the inside of the tube with a chemical solution such as a disinfectant having sterilizing power, and then sterilizing by heating while drying the chemical solution in a storage. . In general, the disinfection / drying of the tubular body described above is performed in a state where it is wound and placed in the basket because of its long shape, or, for example, a downward U It was carried out while maintaining the character state.

However, when the tube is dried in such a state, the following problems have been pointed out. That is, when heating and disinfecting and drying in a state where the tube is wound, the chemical solution in the tube cannot be dried indefinitely and remains and cannot be sufficiently heated and disinfected. In addition, when hanging on a shelf or the like, the chemical solution does not remain inside, but since the tube is bent at the portion of the shelf that is hooked, the hot air flowing in the storage unit cannot be taken into the tube. Efficient disinfection drying is not possible. If the heat-drying is insufficient, various germs are propagated by the moisture remaining in the tube, and there is a risk of harming the health of the user during reuse.

That is, the present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems inherent in the prior art described above, and it is proposed to suitably solve this problem, and the inside of a tubular body such as a tube is suitably heated and dried. The heat resistance of the elastically deformable material forming the holding body 46 is set to such an extent that it can withstand the temperature set for heating (disinfecting) the tube C. In this embodiment, the heat resistance and Silicone rubber with excellent chemical resistance is used. And the thickness secures the elasticity to such an extent that the tube C is held in the inserted state when the tube C is inserted into the central portion of the tube body holding portion 47 upward from the lower side. The inserted tube C is not completely crushed by the holding piece 47a, and the hot air can flow through the inside of the tube C.

Further, each structure 44 is made of a rubber material and gives rigidity to a holding body 46 that cannot be placed horizontally in the storage unit 20 alone, and maintains the shape of the holding body 46 as the holding member 40. It is a member that can maintain a horizontal state. The thickness of the structure 44 is set to such an extent that the rigidity sufficient to hold the above-mentioned horizontal state is provided, and the dimension is as thin as possible in order to reduce the weight from the viewpoint of handling of the holding member 40. It is said. Further, in each structure 44, when the holding member 40 is sandwiched, the tube 44 is allowed to be inserted into each tube holding portion 47 from below at a position corresponding to the tube holding portion 47. Circular through-holes 44a are respectively formed.

Further, rail portions 48, 48 that are slidably supported by the support rails 30, 30 are provided at both ends in the width (left-right) direction of the holding member 40, corresponding to the support rails 30, 30. Yes. Each rail portion 48 is formed by bending a sheet metal into a substantially U-shape, and is configured such that the holding member 40 is installed in the storage portion 20 in an attitude in which the open end faces downward. That is, the rail portion 48 is fixed to and attached to the respective locking holes formed at the same height of the both side plates 18, 18, and is opposed to the pair of support rails 30, 30 facing the left and right directions in the storage portion 20. 48, the holding member 40 is supported so as to be able to be taken in and out of the storage portion 20.

(Operation of Example)
Next, the operation of the storage 10 of the embodiment configured as described above will be described. It is assumed that a holding member 40 is disposed in the vicinity of the top plate 17 of the storage unit 20, and a plurality of tubes C are prepared for attachment to the holding member 40 and drying by heating (disinfection). Further, it is assumed that an operation pattern suitable for drying the tube C is input to the control unit in advance by operating each switch of the front panel 24a.

The tube C is attached to the holding member 40 in a state in which the holding member 40 is pulled forward from the front opening of the storage unit 20 by a predetermined distance (see a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2). Thus, since the tube C is attached in a state where the holding member 40 is pulled forward, the tubular body that is located behind the storage portion 20 when the holding member 40 is stored in the storage portion 20. The tube C can be easily attached to the holding portion 47. Further, since the pressing member is provided above the support rail 30, the holding member 40 drawn forward from the storage portion 20 does not lose its balance and tilt forward. Therefore, since the holding member 40 is always held in a horizontal state, the tube C can be suitably attached to and detached from the holding member 40.

When the tube C is held by the holding member 40, as shown in FIG. 5, the tube C is connected to the tube holding portion 47 of the holding body 46 through the through hole 44a of the structure 44 positioned below the holding member 40. The upper end portion of the tube C is inserted (see FIG. 5A), and the upper end portion of the tube C is penetrated upward from below the holding body 46 (see FIG. 5B). Since each holding piece 47a of the tube body holding portion 47 is elastically deformed by inserting the tube C, the tube C easily penetrates the holding body 46. And the tube C which penetrated the holding body 46 is hold | maintained from the outer side by the elastic force of the holding piece 47a which is going to recover | restore to the original shape, and the movement which tries to come out downward is suppressed. Therefore, the attachment state to the holding member 40 is held (see FIG. 5C). And the tube C attached to the holding body 46 in this way is not crushed and closed by the elastic force of the holding piece 47a, and hot air can flow from the bottom to the top in the tube C. It is in a state where it hangs down and is held.

In this way, by pushing the holding member 40 after the tube C is attached, the holding member 40 is stored in the storage unit 20 along the support rails 30 and 30. That is, the tube C is held in the storage unit 20. At this time, since the tube C is in a state of hanging from the holding member 40, even if a chemical solution or the like remains in the tube C, it is easily discharged to the outside by its own weight.

The storage 10 in which the holding member 40 is stored in the storage unit 20 has its front opening closed by a front heat insulating door, and starts operation by operating an operation button provided on the front panel 24a. The holding member 40 stored in the storage unit 20 is in a state in which the protrusion 30c in the support rail 30 and the recess 48a in the rail unit 48 are engaged, and the position in the storage unit 20 is fixed. Do not inadvertently move during the 10 driving. As described above, the hot air generated by the start of operation flows from the lower part to the upper part of the storage unit 20, but the tube C to be dried is in a state along the flow of the hot air, and thus is suitably heated. The inside of the tube C is efficiently dried in a short time.

When the operation is completed after drying by heating according to the preset operation details, the operation end is displayed on the display unit 26a, and the buzzer 26b emits a sound notifying the end of the operation. As described above, since the end of driving is transmitted to the user as a sound, even when the user is in a state of performing other work or the like and does not notice the end of driving displayed on the display unit 26a. The end of driving can be recognized with certainty. In this embodiment, the buzzer 26b notifying the end of the operation is configured to stop by actions such as “push the operation button”, “open the heat insulation door on the front of the storage unit 20”, or “an error occurs”. ing.

The tube C that has been dried by heating can be pulled out from the storage unit 20 because the holding member 40 can be pulled forward from the storage unit 20. Further, the tube body holding portion 47 can be easily detached from the holding member 40 because the holding piece 47a is not pressed against the tube C simply by pushing the cut from below. And the holding piece 47a after the tube C is removed naturally returns to the original present state by elastic recovery. That is, the tube C dried in the storage 10 can be taken out very easily, and the subsequent replacement of the non-disinfected tube C can be performed in a short time. Therefore, the processing amount per time can be greatly improved and the burden on the operator can be reduced.

Further, when the holding member 40 is disposed at a high position in the vicinity of the top plate 17, the height of the storage portion 20 can be used effectively, while the suction port 17a provided in the top plate 17 is provided with the holding plate 40. It will be in the state hidden by the member 40. FIG. However, in this embodiment, since the holding member 40 is configured to be movable back and forth, if the holding member 40 is moved as necessary, maintenance of the suction port 17a and the like can be easily performed.

(Example of change)
The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the embodiment, and can be modified as follows. In addition, the arrow in FIG. 6 which concerns on description of a modification (1), and FIG. 7 which concerns on the description of a modification (2) represents the flow of the wind in the heat insulation box 12. FIG.
(1) Although the embodiment has a configuration in which one holding member 40 is provided on the ceiling portion of the storage portion 20, the present invention is not limited to this, and each shelf column 28 has a predetermined interval in the vertical direction. Since the plurality of locking holes are provided, the plurality of holding members 40 may be arranged in multiple stages. This configuration is preferably used particularly when the short tube C is dried. For example, when the length of the tube C is short, as shown in FIG. 6, the holding member 40 is supported at two height positions, that is, the ceiling portion of the storage portion 20 and the central portion of the height position. Then, twice as many tubes C can be processed at the same time.
(2) In relation to the modified example of (1), when the length of the tube C is short and the storage portion 20 has a margin, instead of the holding member 40, for example, as shown in FIG. A mounting shelf 50 that allows distribution may be attached to the support rails 30 and 30. In this case, it can process simultaneously by mounting general dry objects other than the tube C on the mounting shelf 50. FIG. The mounting shelf 50 is substantially the same as the holding member 40 with respect to the rail portions 48 and 48, and instead of the structures 44 and 44 and the holding body 46, a net-like member 52 having rigidity capable of maintaining a horizontal state is provided. It has a provided structure.
(3) In the embodiment, the tubular body holding portion 47 forms the four holding pieces 47a by cross cutting, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the tubular body holding portions 54 formed of eight holding pieces 54 a divided by eight cuts extending radially may be provided at equal intervals.
(4) Further, in addition to the tubular body holding portion 54 described in (3), for example, as shown in FIG. A simple tube holder 56 can also be employed. Here, the diameter of the hole 56b is set smaller than the outer diameter of the tube C to be attached. With such a configuration, when the tube C is inserted into the tube body holding portion 56, the decrease in the inner diameter of the tube C due to the elastic deformation of the holding piece 56a can be reduced. In the modified example (4), the holding piece 56a is divided into four by cutting, but the number of divisions is not limited as described in the modified example (3).
(5) In the embodiment, the support rails 30, 30 are provided on both side surfaces of the storage unit 20, and the holding member 40 can be supported on the support rails 30 and 30 so that the holding member 40 can be moved back and forth. The present invention is not limited to this, and each conventionally known configuration can be adopted.
(6) In the embodiment, the holding body 46 is provided with the structures 44, 44 on both the upper and lower surface sides, but the present invention is not limited to this, and only the one surface side of the holding body 46 is provided. The structure body 44 may be stacked.
