Description

The present invention relates to a stair fastener for fixing a horizontally laid tread board to a side girder in a wooden staircase installed in a house or the like.

Although there are various staircase structures installed inside the building, the wooden construction shown in FIG. 7 is widely used in wooden buildings such as houses. This staircase is slanted so that two rows of side girders connect upstairs and downstairs, and a footboard is passed over to connect these two rows of side girders. The footboards are arranged in an oblique direction with a distance corresponding to the step length, and a thick board material is used so as not to be deformed by a load. The footboard is supported by the side girders on both sides, but a rectangular groove is machined inside the side girders so that the load can be reliably transmitted, and the end of the footboard is inserted therein. Furthermore, in order to block between adjacent footboards, a scissor plate is often attached.

The staircase shown in FIG. 7 uses plate-like wood for all of the side girders, the tread board, and the scissor board, so that the material is easily available and no special processing is required. Moreover, the inclination angle and extension of the stairs can be determined freely, and it is excellent in workability and can suppress an increase in construction costs. In residential use, since it is rare to provide a landing or a bent part on the way, the staircase with this structure is overwhelmingly widespread.

The staircase as shown in FIG. 7 has no problem in function or reliability. However, there is a demand for staircases to have a characteristic appearance as well as furniture. In particular, when a staircase is provided in the vicinity of the entrance or the like and a staircase is installed to penetrate the space, some aesthetic considerations are required because components such as side girders and footboards can be easily seen. However, when viewed from the side, the staircase as shown in FIG. 7 has only the side beams arranged in an oblique direction, has no appearance characteristics, and the indoor atmosphere becomes monotonous, which is problematic in terms of aesthetics. Therefore, if a staircase with a distinctive appearance can be provided, the indoor atmosphere can be improved and the satisfaction of the orderer can be improved.

Stairs can exhibit their minimum functions by arranging treads at regular intervals, so it is not impossible to adopt various designs. However, designing from the basics for each request is expected to significantly increase costs, and even when special materials are used or complex curved surfaces are processed, problems are likely to occur in terms of delivery time and costs. . Because of these issues, it is difficult to install unique stairs in ordinary houses with limited budgets. In addition, the following patent documents are open as an example of technical development of a staircase for a house.

The present invention has been developed based on such circumstances, and has an object of providing a stair fastener for constructing a stair that is excellent in appearance and suitable for use in an atrium structure or the like.

The invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problem is a stair fastener for integrating a side girder and a tread plate in a stair that supports the tread plate with two rows of side girders, and an upper slope of the side girder. A rod-like leg shaft screwed into the leg shaft, a washer sandwiched between the upper end surface of the leg shaft and the bottom surface of the tread plate, and a fixture for fixing the tread plate to the leg shaft. The lower half portion is screwed into the side girders and provided with spiral ridges that serve as a guide for the limit of screwing, and the upper end surface is provided with a female screw for screwing the fixing tool. It is a fastener for stairs.

The present invention is applied to a staircase having a structure in which two rows of side girders are slanted so as to connect upstairs and downstairs, and a tread is fixed by the side girders. The side girders are not necessarily located outside the treads, and the side girders may be moved to the center and the treads may be projected outward. In the present invention, both side girders and footboards are assumed to be solid wood, and naturally, processed wood such as laminated wood may be used. As for the side girders, a simple belt-like plate with no notch in the middle is assumed, and in the present invention, a surface facing obliquely upward along the inclination is defined as an upper slope. The tread is a rectangular solid plate that is fixed on the side girders via the leg shaft, but the tread is continuously arranged along the side girders as before. .

The leg shaft is a rod-shaped material made of metal and is embedded so as to protrude in the vertical direction from the upper slope of the side beam, and a tread is placed on this. Note that the length of the leg shaft is determined each time depending on the inclination angle of the stairs and the interval between the treads, so there is no limitation, and there is no limitation on the cross-sectional shape, but a perfect circle is optimal and the expected load It is necessary to ensure sufficient rigidity. Also, on the side peripheral surface of the column base, a ridge that spirally surrounds while projecting in the radial direction is formed, and the side spar and the leg shaft are integrated by piercing the ridge into the side spar. . The ridges are not formed on the entire peripheral surface of the leg shaft, but are limited to a predetermined section on the lower end side so that the ridges are not exposed to the outside when screwed into the side beam. A female screw for screwing a bolt is formed on the upper end surface opposite to the ridge.

Like the general-purpose washer, the washer has a disk shape and a round hole formed at the center, and can have a square shape or the like, and is sandwiched between the upper surface of the leg shaft and the bottom surface of the tread plate. Since this washer has a function of relieving the pressure acting between the leg shaft and the footboard, the diameter of the washer needs to be larger than that of the leg shaft. The round hole has a diameter corresponding to the bolt to be inserted.

The fixing tool is for fixing the tread board to the leg shaft, and assumes a general-purpose bolt or the like, and is driven from the upper surface of the tread board toward the female screw of the leg shaft. Therefore, it is necessary to process a fixing hole for inserting the bolt into a predetermined position in the tread board. By inserting a bolt from the upper surface of the tread plate toward the female screw and screwing both together, the tread plate is sandwiched between the head of the bolt and the washer and held firmly, and the load acting on the tread plate is transmitted to the side girders. . In addition, about a fixing tool, the combination of a nut and a dimension bolt may be used besides a general purpose bolt. In addition, if the head of the bolt protrudes from the upper surface of the tread board, problems such as unexpectedly hitting the toes are expected, so it is desirable to embed the whole in the tread board.

By comprising in this way, it becomes possible to fix a tread board in the state spaced apart from the side beam, and can provide the stairs from which an external appearance differs significantly from the past. In addition, since the treadle is separated from the side girders, the leg shaft has a sufficient length, and the ridges are not exposed at all in terms of safety and aesthetics.

The invention according to claim 2 is a stair fastener for integrating a side beam and a foot plate in a stair that supports the foot plate with two rows of side girders, and is a rod-shaped leg shaft screwed into the upper slope of the side beam A washer sandwiched between the upper end surface of the leg shaft and the bottom surface of the tread plate, an insertion piece embedded in a holding hole formed in the bottom surface of the tread plate and placed on the washer, and the insertion piece on the leg shaft The leg shaft has a spiral shape that is screwed into the side girders and serves as a guide for the limit of screwing, in a substantially lower half of the leg shaft. The upper end surface is provided with a female screw for screwing the locking bolt, and the washer is inserted with a round hole for inserting the locking bolt and the nails. A nail hole, and the insertion piece is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom, It can accommodate the head of the stop bolt, a stair fastener, characterized in that is provided with a middle hole in the center of the bottom surface.

The invention according to claim 2 is the same as the invention according to claim 1, and the tread is supported by the leg shaft protruding from the side beam. The shape of the leg shaft is exactly the same, but the method of attaching the tread is described in claim 1. This is different from the invention. Specifically, a washer placed on the leg shaft is formed with a nail hole in addition to a round hole, and nails are driven from the nail hole toward the tread. Therefore, the nail hole is formed in the outer edge portion that is not blocked by the leg shaft, and a plurality of nail holes are formed for one washer to ensure reliability. The nails used here can be freely selected according to the situation, including the simplest flat-headed nails and various screw nails.

An insertion piece is a cylindrical thing which has the function which fixes a tread board, and the function which integrates a washer with a leg axis | shaft, and is mounted on a washer, and only the lower end surface is obstruct | occluded. The locking bolt penetrates the washer from the insertion piece and is screwed into the female screw of the leg shaft. The insertion piece and the washer are integrated with the leg shaft. The insertion piece has a size that can accommodate the head portion of the locking bolt therein, and has an inner hole formed at the center of the lower end surface for passing the threaded portion of the locking bolt.

The holding hole is a hole processed in the bottom surface of the tread board in order to embed the insertion piece, but does not penetrate the surface of the tread board. However, the depth of the holding hole is made larger than the length of the insertion piece, and when the tread plate is attached, the bottom surface thereof is in contact with the washer. Accordingly, the vertical load acting on the tread is transmitted to the leg shaft via the washer, and the tread is not moved in the horizontal direction because the insertion piece is engaged with the holding hole. Furthermore, by driving nails from the washer's nail hole toward the footboard, the footboard is completely integrated with the leg shaft.

The stair fastener according to the first aspect of the present invention fixes the tread plate through the leg shaft protruding in the vertical direction from the upper slope of the side beam, and has a unique appearance in which the tread plate is spaced above the side beam. . Therefore, if a staircase assembled using the product of the present invention is installed in an atrium, etc., a leg shaft having a metallic luster and a stepping board that is continuously arranged can be easily seen, giving a unique aesthetic to the surroundings. It attracts people's attention and responds to requests from clients who expect highly unique buildings. In addition, the present invention can cope with any inclination only by changing the crossing angle between the leg shaft and the side beam, is highly versatile, and can suppress an increase in cost. Further, since a washer is sandwiched between the leg shaft and the tread board, excessive pressure does not act on the tread board, and the reliability is excellent.

The stair fastener according to the invention described in claim 2 has the same effect as that of the invention described in claim 1, and since nails are driven from the underside of the washer toward the footboard, holes or the like are formed on the surface of the footboard. No processing is required, and the aesthetics of the upper surface of the tread plate are further improved.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a use state of a stair fastener according to the first aspect of the present invention. Side girder B is a strip-shaped timber that connects the upper and lower floors, and its cross section is a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction. Therefore, the rigidity in the vertical direction is high, and both ends are supported by structural materials such as beams (not shown). Has been. The side beams B are originally arranged on the left and right sides of the tread plate S, but only a partial section on one side is extracted and illustrated in the drawing. Moreover, although the tread board S is a board | plate material long in the width direction and is arrange | positioned continuously along the inclination of a staircase, only one is drawn in the figure.

The leg shaft 11 is made of a metal round bar, and its surface has a unique metallic luster due to plating. The upper half of the leg shaft 11 has a simple circular cross section, but the ridges 12 projecting in the radial direction are spirally formed on the side peripheral surface of the lower half, and can be screwed into the wood. Near the upper end of the leg shaft 11, a notched surface 13 whose side peripheral surface is partially cut is formed so as to face the tool. A tool such as a spanner is applied to the notched surface 13 to rotate the leg shaft 11. Can be given. Further, a female screw 14 for screwing a bolt or the like is formed on the upper end surface of the leg shaft 11.

The leg shaft 11 is fixed by embedding the entire protrusion 12 in the side beam B. Therefore, it is necessary to machine a pilot hole 41 at a predetermined position on the upper slope 42 of the side beam B. . The diameter of the pilot hole 41 is the same as the diameter of the leg shaft 11, and only the ridge 12 is inserted into the side beam B. As a result, when the lower end surface of the leg shaft 11 is pressed against the entrance of the lower hole 41 and then the tool is applied to the notch surface 13 to be rotated, the tip of the ridge 12 is pierced into the side beam B. The entire strip 12 is buried in the side beam B. As a result, since the entire ridge 12 is in contact with the wood fiber, strong friction acts on both. Accordingly, even when the side beam B undergoes aging deformation or the like, the leg shaft 11 is firmly supported, and the stability of the tread plate S is not impaired. The leg shaft 11 does not protrude perpendicularly to the upper slope 42 of the side beam B, but protrudes in the vertical direction as shown in the figure. Therefore, it is necessary to process the prepared hole 41 so as to have a predetermined intersection angle with respect to the upper inclined surface 42.

The washer 21 has a disk shape similar to that of a general-purpose product, and is interposed between the upper end surface of the leg shaft 11 and the bottom surface of the tread plate S, and has a function of relieving pressure acting on the tread plate S. Therefore, its diameter is larger than that of the leg shaft 11, and it is not deformed by a load from the tread plate S. Further, the central round hole 22 has a diameter that allows the threaded portion of the bolt 24 to pass smoothly. The bolt 24 used as a fixture has a function of fixing the tread plate S by passing through the tread plate S and the washer 21 and screwing into the female screw 14. If it is in a state of protruding from S, there is a risk of falling over due to the foot being taken. Therefore, as shown in the figure, it is preferable to take measures such as using countersunk bolts to flatten the upper surface of the footboard S. Note that a fixing hole 43 through which the bolt 24 is inserted is machined in the tread plate S at a predetermined position.

2 shows a state in which the tread board S is fixed using the stair fastener shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 (A) is a perspective view, and FIG. 2 (B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA. As for the leg axis | shaft 11, the protruding item | line 12 whole is embed | buried in the side beam B, and only the upper half without an unevenness | corrugation is exposed. Therefore, even when a hand touches the leg shaft 11, it is extremely safe and excellent in aesthetics. Moreover, since the footboard S is supported via the washer 21, the stability is high. Furthermore, the volt | bolt 24 uses the countersunk | bolt bolt, and the whole is embed | buried in the inside of the tread board S, and is excellent in safety | security and aesthetics. In this figure, only one side of the single footboard S is extracted and drawn, but actually, the side beams B are arranged on both sides of the footboard S, and the footboard S is also continuously arranged. All the structures for fixing the tread plate S via the leg shaft 11 protruding from the side beam B are the same, and the tread plate S floats on the side beam B.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a usage state of the stair fastener according to the second aspect of the present invention. The leg shaft 11 is screwed into the upper slope 42 of the side beam B in the same manner as in FIG. 1, and the shape of the leg 11 is also the same. However, the attachment structure of the footboard S is different from that in FIG. 1, and the insertion piece 27 is interposed between the leg shaft 11 and the footboard S. The washer 21 on which the insertion piece 27 is placed has a diameter larger than that of FIG. 1, and two nail holes 23 are formed near the outer periphery thereof. The tread plate S is integrated with the leg shaft 11 by driving nails 30 such as flat head nails and screw nails from the nail holes 23 toward the bottom surface of the tread plate S. Further, the insertion piece 27 has a cylindrical shape in which only the lower end surface is closed, and is integrated with the leg shaft 11 and the washer 21 by the locking bolt 29. The locking bolt 29 has a head housed inside the insertion piece 27, and only the screw portion protrudes downward from the middle hole 28, and is screwed into the female screw 14 through the round hole 22.

In order to receive the insertion piece 27, a holding hole 44 is formed at a predetermined position on the bottom surface of the tread plate S. The diameter of the holding hole 44 is equal to the diameter of the insertion piece 27, but the depth of the holding hole 44 is larger than the height of the insertion piece 27, and the entire insertion piece 27 is buried in the holding hole 44. It can be so. Therefore, when the tread plate S is placed on the insertion piece 27, the bottom surface of the tread plate S is supported by the washer 21, and the insertion piece 27 is fitted into the holding hole 44, thereby restraining the movement in the horizontal direction. Then, the nails 30 are driven from the nail holes 23 of the washer 21 toward the tread board S, whereby the tread board S is completely fixed.

4 shows a state in which the tread plate S is fixed using the stair fastener shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4 (A) is a perspective view, and FIG. 4 (B) is a cross-sectional view along BB. In this structure, no processing is required on the upper surface of the step board S, and the aesthetics of the step board S that is most noticeable when going up and down the stairs are further improved. Also, the bottom surface of the tread plate S is merely provided with the washer 21 between the foot shaft 11 and there is no sense of incongruity, and the insertion piece 27 is inserted into the holding hole 44. The characteristics are further improved.

FIG. 5 shows a stair fastener similar to FIG. 1, FIG. 5 (A) is a perspective view showing the usage state, and FIG. 5 (B) is a longitudinal sectional view after assembly. In FIG. 1, the bolt 24 is used as a fixing tool, but here, a buried nut 25 and a dimensioning bolt 26 are used as the fixing tool. The buried nut 25 has a hexagonal groove formed on the upper surface and a screw formed on the bottom. When the dimensioning bolt 26 is inserted into this screw and completely tightened, the buried nut 25 and the dimensioning bolt 26 are integrated, and are inserted from the upper surface of the stepping plate S and screwed into the female thread 14 of the leg shaft 11. Then, the tread plate S can be sandwiched and fixed by the buried nut 25 and the washer 21.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a shape example of a staircase using the stair fastener according to the present invention. The side girders B are arranged slightly closer to the center, and the individual footboards S are supported only by the metal leg shafts 11 projecting vertically from the upper slope 42 of the side girders B. Has no appearance. Actually, the handrail 31 and the like are also necessary, but for these accessories, the optimum one is selected each time.
