Abstract

前記シャンクに接続されて前記ロッドを受けるための受け部(3;25)と、

前記受け部と協働して前記座部内に前記ロッドを固定するためのロック装置(10;100)を備え、前記ロック装置はロッド接触面を含み、
前記座部の前記ロッド接触面および/または前記ロック装置の前記ロッド接触面は、前記ロッドと係合するための係合構造(11,12;39;108)を含み、前記係合構造は非対称な断面を有する、骨固着装置。 - 前記係合構造の前記非対称な断面は、前記ロッドの長手方向軸(LR)に対して平行な面に存在する、請求項1に記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記係合構造の前記非対称な断面は、三角形状である、請求項1または2に記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記係合構造は、前記ロッドの前記長手方向軸に対して垂直な方向から見て、第1のフランク(14a)と、前記第1のフランクに対向する第2のフランク(14b)とを有し、前記第1および第2のフランクは、異なる傾斜を有する、請求項1から3の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記係合構造(11,12;39;108)は、リブ状の突起である、請求項1から4の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記係合構造は、前記ロッド接触面の中央から間隔をあけて配置される2つのリブ状の突起を含む、請求項1から5の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記ロッドは、前記ロック装置により加えられる摩擦力により、かつ、前記ロッドに係合する前記係合構造による間接的な形状嵌めの寄与により、定位置に保持される、請求項1から6の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記受け部(3)は、一軸の骨固着装置を提供するように、前記シャンク(2)に固定する態様で接続される、請求項1から7の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記受け部は、2つの開いた脚部(5,6)を形成するU形状の凹部(4)を有し、前記座部(8)は、前記凹部(4)の底部に設けられる、請求項8に記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記受け部(25)は、多軸の骨固着装置を提供するように、前記シャンク(21)に旋回可能な態様で接続される、請求項1から7の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記座部(38)は圧力要素内に設けられ、前記圧力要素は、前記受け部(25)内で可動であり、かつ、前記圧力要素に圧力が加えられると前記骨固着要素の角度上の位置をロックする、請求項10に記載の骨固着装置。

- 前記ロッド(9)は、流動性の材料、好ましくはエラストマー材料からなる、請求項1から13の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
- 前記係合構造は、2つの端部と、前記2つの端部間に中央とを有する突起(11′)を含み、前記突起の高さは、前記突起が前記ロッドを押圧するときに均一な圧力分布が得られるような態様で、長さにわたって変化する、請求項1から14の1つに記載の骨固着装置。
