Abstract
【解決手段】心肺バイパス装置10は静脈接続用に構成された第1チューブ13と動脈接続用に構成された第2チューブ14とを備える。さらに、第1チューブ13と第2チューブ14との間に接続され、第1モードでは流体を一方向に送出し、第2モードでは逆方向に送出するように構成されたポンプ11と、このポンプ11に接続され、ポンプ11の動作を制御する制御部12を備える。こうして肺20が心肺バイパス装置10の酸素供給器として機能するようにする。

Claims (15)
- 静脈接続用に構成された第1チューブと、動脈接続用に構成された第2チューブとを備える心肺バイパス装置であって、
前記第1チューブと第2チューブとの間に接続されて、第1モードにおいては流体を一方向に送出し、第2モードにおいてはその逆方向に送出するように構成されたポンプと、
前記ポンプに接続されてポンプの動作を制御する制御部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする心肺バイパス装置。 - 前記ポンプがローラーポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記ポンプに接続された貯液槽を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 膨張および収縮の少なくとも一方が可能なバルーンが前記第2チューブに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記バルーンが前記制御部に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記制御部に接続された複数のセンサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記センサが、時間センサ、温度センサ、酸素レベルセンサ、血液ガスセンサ、圧力センサ、二酸化炭素センサ、またはこれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 換気装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記換気装置が手動式換気装置であることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記換気装置が前記制御部に接続された自動換気装置であることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記制御部が救助者にフィードバックを提供するフィードバック装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記フィードバック装置が換気に関するフィードバックを提供することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記換気装置が酸素を連続的に吹送するチューブであることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記制御部が、ポンプから送出される流れの方向および大きさの少なくとも一方を設定できる機械的装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
- 前記制御部が、ポンプから送出される流れの方向および大きさの少なくとも一方を設定できる電気的装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の心肺バイパス装置。
