Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明に係る導電性炭化バイオマス製造方法は、木材や竹等のバイオマス原料を、バイオマス原料10の植物細胞が実質的に保持される熱処理温度で、油性溶液40を用いて加熱処理する工程(S100)と、加熱処理されたバイオマス原料から油性溶液40を除去する工程(S110)と、前記油性溶液除去工程で処理されたバイオマス原料40を、実質的に無酸素状態で、水の沸点温度とバイオマス原料の自己炭化温度との中間温度で、乾燥する工程(S120)と、乾燥させたバイオマス原料10を、実質的に無酸素状態で、グラファイト組織形成処理温度で、高温焼成する工程(S130)と、を備えている。

Claims (9)
- 木材や竹等のバイオマス原料を、前記バイオマス原料の植物細胞が実質的に保持される熱処理温度で、油性溶液を用いて加熱処理する工程と、
加熱処理されたバイオマス原料から前記油性溶液を除去する工程と、
前記油性溶液除去工程で処理されたバイオマス原料を、実質的に無酸素状態で、水の沸点温度と前記バイオマス原料の自己炭化温度との中間温度で、乾燥する工程と、
前記乾燥させたバイオマス原料を、実質的に無酸素状態で、グラファイト組織形成処理温度で、高温焼成する工程と、
を有する導電性炭化バイオマス製造方法。 - 木材や竹等のバイオマス原料を、前記バイオマス原料の植物細胞が実質的に保持される熱処理温度で、油性溶液を用いて加熱処理する工程と、
加熱処理されたバイオマス原料から前記油性溶液を除去する工程と、
前記油性溶液除去工程で処理されたバイオマス原料を、実質的に無酸素状態で、水の沸点温度と前記バイオマス原料の自己炭化温度との中間温度で、乾燥する工程と、
前記乾燥させたバイオマス原料を、実質的に無酸素状態で、前記自己炭化温度とグラファイト組織形成処理温度との中間温度で、中温焼成する工程と、
を有する樹枝状炭化バイオマス製造方法。 - 前記油性溶液除去工程は、
前記バイオマス原料に浸透した前記油性溶液をアルカリ性溶液に置換する工程と、
前記バイオマス原料に浸透した前記アルカリ性溶液を除去する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性炭化バイオマス製造方法又は請求項2に記載の樹枝状炭化バイオマス製造方法。 - 請求項1又は3記載の導電性炭化バイオマス製造方法を用いて製造された導電性炭化バイオマス、又は請求項2又は3記載の樹枝状炭化バイオマス製造方法を用いて製造された樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いた複合機能材料の製造方法であって、
前記導電性炭化バイオマスの表面層、又は前記樹枝状炭化バイオマスに存在する微細孔に、機能性物質を含浸、塗布、又は蒸着することで、当該機能性物質による機能を付加させる工程を含むことを特徴とする導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いた複合機能材料の製造方法。 - 請求項4記載の導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いた複合機能材料の製造方法において、
前記導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを所定粒径の炭粉に粉砕する工程を有し、粉砕された導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを前記機能性物質による機能を付加させる工程を含むことを特徴とする導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いた複合機能材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は3記載の導電性炭化バイオマス製造方法を用いて製造された導電性炭化バイオマス、又は請求項2又は3記載の樹枝状炭化バイオマス製造方法を用いて製造された樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法であって、
前記導電性炭化バイオマスについてシート状に固化し、又は前記樹枝状炭化バイオマスに含まれる樹枝状組織を保持した状態で、シート状に固化する工程を含むことを特徴とする導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法。 - 請求項6記載の導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法において、
さらに、前記導電性炭化バイオマスの表面層、又は前記樹枝状炭化バイオマスに存在する微細孔に、機能性物質を含浸、塗布、又は蒸着することで、当該機能性物質による機能を付加させる工程を含むことを特徴とする導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法。 - 請求項6又は7記載の導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法において、
さらに、前記シートに導電性の粉炭を塗布して薄膜を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法。 - 請求項6乃至8の何れか一項に記載の導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法において、
さらに、前記シートに機能性素材を用いた薄膜層を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする導電性又は樹枝状炭化バイオマスを用いたシートの製造方法。
