Description

The present invention relates to an assembling-type cylindrical storage tank for storing a liquid, and more particularly, to a cylindrical storage tank with a simple assembling method and a high rigidity of a casing, and a construction method thereof.

Conventionally, the shape of an assembly-type storage tank is, for example, a square “panel assembly-type tank” (Patent Document 1) formed by a unit panel and a reinforcing frame, or a spherical unit tank and a connecting flange. "Liquid assembly tank coupling apparatus" (Patent Document 2), "Simple assembly tank" (Patent Document 3) combining divided cylindrical containers, and the like have been proposed.

However, many simple assembly-type storage tanks including the above-described proposals are configured such that the tank housing itself is composed of an assembly reinforcing member having high rigidity in accordance with the volume and weight of the stored liquid. In addition, as a countermeasure against water leakage, it requires high assembly techniques that realize processing accuracy of assembly members, selection of packing members, and accurate horizontal, vertical, and roundness, and high manufacturing costs and skilled assemblers are required. In view of the above problems, the present invention puts water into a plastic bag body in a storage tank casing combined with a plurality of metal outer wall elements, accurately forms a perfect circle with the water pressure, and further injects and fills filled concrete. An object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight and inexpensive cylindrical water storage tank that can be easily assembled and fixed integrally with foundation concrete.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a cylindrical storage tank for storing a liquid, having a connecting flange having a plurality of connecting holes at both ends, and forming a cylindrical body by combining a plurality of connecting flanges The structure is constructed by connecting a plurality of metal outer wall elements through connection holes provided in connection flanges at both ends thereof to form a cylindrical body.

In the present invention, the metal outer wall element may be made of stainless steel.

Further, the present invention is an assembling method for installing the cylindrical storage tank, wherein (1) foundation concrete is laid at a predetermined location, and (2) the location of the cylindrical storage tank is set on the foundation concrete. After sealing the joint between the foundation concrete and the metal outer wall element, the filling concrete is poured and cured, and the foundation concrete and the metal outer wall element are integrated and fixed. (7) The top surface of the filling concrete is waterproofed or mortared An assembly method for a cylindrical storage tank is adopted.

According to the cylindrical storage tank and its assembly method according to the present invention, the parts constituting the casing of the cylindrical storage tank are divided and formed with a relatively simple structure and a thickness-less dimension so as to overlap each other. It is easy to store and transport, assemble, and install in a small place, and it is possible to limit the size and reduce the manufacturing and processing costs in the manufacturing process at the factory.

Further, according to the cylindrical storage tank and its assembly method according to the present invention, a plastic bag body is provided in a metal outer wall element temporarily disposed in a cylindrical shape and filled with water. By adopting a construction method that accurately forms the body, it does not require the dimensional processing accuracy and assembly accuracy of conventional parts, and eliminates the cause of water leakage due to the distortion of the casing caused by the processing and assembly accuracy. Is something you can do.

Furthermore, according to the cylindrical storage tank and its assembly method according to the present invention, by filling and curing the filled concrete into the metal outer wall element forming the true cylindrical body, the housing itself is integrally fixed with the basic concrete. Since the structural strength of the cylindrical storage tank is also reinforced, the components can be reduced in weight, simplified, and sealed, including factors such as the connection flange serving as a reinforcing rib.

The cylindrical storage tank and its assembling method according to the present invention are configured such that water is poured into a plastic bag body in a storage tank casing combined with a plurality of metal outer wall elements, and a perfect circle is formed accurately by the water pressure. The most important feature is that it can be poured and cured, and can be easily assembled and fixed integrally with the foundation concrete. Embodiments of a cylindrical storage tank and its assembly method according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the entire cylindrical storage tank 1 according to the present invention.
The cylindrical storage tank 1 is composed of a metal outer wall element 2 that forms a cylindrical body by combining a plurality of cylinders. This is a storage tank housing made of steel.

The metal outer wall element 2 is a plurality of stainless steel arc-shaped element bodies that are combined to form a cylindrical body. The metal outer wall element 2 has a connection flange 4 having a plurality of connection holes 5 at both ends, and is connected to the foundation concrete 8.
