Description

The present invention relates to a stove hood apparatus which is attached to various stove bodies and used to efficiently guide a flame to the outer surface of a cooking container such as a pan.

Conventionally, for example, a technique has been proposed in which an annular hood that surrounds the combustion portion of the stove is disposed on the upper surface of the stove body so that the flame in the combustion portion of the gas stove body efficiently strikes the outer surface of a cooking container such as a pan. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-300094

However, in the conventional technology, when the size and shape of the cooking container are different, it must be replaced with another food device corresponding to the size and shape, and it is difficult to use. It is economically disadvantageous to prepare.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a stove hood utensil that is compatible with a plurality of types of cooking containers of different sizes and shapes, is versatile, and reduces the economic burden. It is a problem.

The above problem is solved by the following means.
(1) An annular heat-resistant base that surrounds the combustion portion of the stove body and is disposed on the stove body, and heat resistance that is provided on the base and guides the flame in the combustion portion to the outer surface of the cooking vessel. A flame hood structure, and the flame hood structure has a plurality of guide pieces disposed on the entire circumference of the base body so as to partially overlap with those adjacent in the circumferential direction of the base body. The lower end portions of the guide pieces are mounted on the base body so as to be capable of rotating and shifting in the radial direction via a pivotal support portion, and the upper end portion of at least one guide piece is provided with an exhaust hole. Stove hood utensil characterized by.
(2) The stove as described in (1) above, wherein all the guide pieces are configured to be capable of being continuously rotated and moved by operating at least one of the guide pieces in the flame hood structure in the radial direction. Food utensils.
(3) The above-mentioned guide piece (1), wherein the guide piece is fixed in a posture that intersects the axis of the pivot portion at a constant angle in a horizontal plane so that a side overlapping with an adjacent one enters the radially inward side. Or the stove hood apparatus as described in (2).

According to the invention described in (1) above, the guide piece in the flame hood structure is rotated so as to be folded inward in the radial direction in a state where the guide piece is disposed so as to surround the combustion portion of the stove body. If each upper end is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cooking vessel, the flame in the combustion section is effectively guided to the outer surface of the cooking vessel by the guide piece, and the heating efficiency can be increased.

Since the guide piece in the flame hood structure is pivotally supported so as to be rotatable in the radial direction, whether the guide piece should be folded inward in the radial direction even in a cooking container having a different size and shape. By spreading outward in the radial direction, the flame can be guided well, the usability is improved, and there is no need to replace the food container with a different food device for each size and shape of the cooking container, which is economical.

According to the invention described in the preceding item (2), by operating at least one of the guide pieces in the flame hood structure in the radial direction, all the guide pieces can be continuously rotated and shifted. Even when the cooking container is changed to a different size and shape, all the guide pieces can be quickly set to the proper rotation transition position.

According to the invention described in (3), the guide piece intersects the axis of the pivot portion at a certain angle in the horizontal plane so that the side overlapping the adjacent piece enters the radially inward side. Thus, when the guide piece in the flame guide structure is rotated so as to be folded, the overlapping margin increasing / decreasing operation in the circumferential direction between the guide pieces is smoothly performed.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 are a perspective view and a schematic cross-sectional view, respectively, showing a gas stove device provided with a stove hood device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

1 and 2, the gas stove device A includes a stove body 200 and a stove hood device 100.

The stove body 200 has an air suction port and an ignition part (not shown) inside, and a combustion part 201 made of a burner and a cooking container M such as a pan or a pot are placed above the combustion part 201 at the center of the upper surface. The five virtue 202 etc. for supporting are provided.

The stove hood apparatus 100 is provided on the base body 1 so as to surround the combustion section 201 and the virtues 202 on the stove body 200 and disposed on the stove body 200. And a flame hood structure 2 for guiding the flame at the outer surface of the cooking vessel M.

The base body 1 is formed in an annular shape by a heat-resistant material having a narrow plate shape such as iron.

The flame hood structure 2 is, for example, a plurality of guide pieces 21 arranged side by side in the circumferential direction on the base body 1, and respective lower end sides of the guide pieces 21 are folded on the base body 1 and radially inward. (Refer FIG. 3) and the pivot part 22 pivotally supported from the radially outward expansion position so that rotation is possible.

A specific structure of the flame hood structure 2 will be described with reference to FIGS.

3 and 4, the guide piece 21 in the flame hood structure 2 is formed, for example, into a reverse trapezoidal shape by a heat-resistant plate material such as brass or iron, and the inner surface side is concave from the lower end to the upper end. The upper end portion 21b is formed with a plurality of through holes 23 so as to be curved. Of course, the front shape of the guide piece 21 is not limited to the inverted trapezoidal shape, and any shape can be adopted.

These guide pieces 21 are arranged on the base 1 in a partially overlapping state as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 with respect to those adjacent in the circumferential direction.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of a plurality of bearing members 3, 3,... Corresponding to each of the plurality of guide pieces 21 and having a constant interval in the circumferential direction is provided on the base 1. Are fixed by welding or the like, and each of the bearing members 3 and 3 is formed with a shaft hole 3a through which an annular pivot member 4 that pivotally supports each guide piece 21 is inserted.

The pivot member 4 is formed in an annular shape having a length substantially equal to the length in the circumferential direction of the base body 1 by a metal wire or the like, in which a part in the circumferential direction is cut.

The lower end portion 21a of the guide piece 21 is formed narrow as a fixed piece, and has a length slightly shorter than the length between the pair of bearing members 3 and 3 continuously from the lower end. And the cylindrical part 24 for making the said pivotal member 4 penetrate is integrally molded.

These pivot members 22 are constituted by the bearing members 3, 3, the pivot member 4, the cylindrical portion 24, and the like. That is, with the cylindrical portion 24 of the guide piece 21 interposed between the pair of bearing members 3, 3, the pivot member 4 inserted through the shaft hole 3 a of one bearing member 3 is inserted into the cylindrical portion 24. Further, the guide piece 21 is supported on the outer peripheral upper surface on the base body 1 via the pivotal support portion 22 by being inserted into the shaft hole 3 a of the other bearing member 3. As a result, if one guide piece 21 is rotated to the folding side or the expansion side, all the guide pieces 21...

It should be noted that a handle 30 is provided on the outer surface of at least one (a plurality in this embodiment) of the guide pieces 21 so that the operation of rotating and shifting all the guide pieces 21. .

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the guide piece 21 is shifted by a certain angle θ in the horizontal plane with respect to the axial direction X of the pivot member 4 so that the side overlapping with the adjacent one enters the radially inward side. The cylindrical portion 24 which is set in the posture and is integrally formed at the lower end of the guide piece 21 in this state is supported by the pivot member 4.

Next, a procedure for using the stove hood device 2 configured as described above will be described.

First, the stove hood apparatus 100 is installed on the stove main body 200 in a manner that surrounds the combustion section 201 and the virtues 202. Then, after all the guide pieces 21... In the stove hood device 100 are rotated outward in the radial direction and expanded, the cooker body 200 is inserted through the base body 1. Placed on the five virtues 202. Of course, after placing the cooking container M on the virtues 202 on the stove body 200, the stove hood utensil 100 can be installed on the stove body 200.

In this state, while rotating the guide pieces 21... In the flame hood structure 2 radially inward, the upper ends of the guide pieces 21. If it is folded to the position where it contacts, the entire circumference between the stove main body 200 and the outer peripheral surface of the cooking container M is covered with the flame hood structure 2.

The operation of rotating and folding the guide pieces 21... In the flame hood structure 2 inward in the radial direction or expanding outward by rotating outward in the radial direction is at least one guide piece 21. If all of the guide pieces 21 are continuously rotated and moved, the operation can be performed quickly. In particular, in this example, the handles 30 are provided on the plurality of guide pieces 21, so that the operations at the time of expansion and folding can be easily performed.

If the stove body 200 is ignited and the combustion unit 201 is operated in a state where the space between the stove body 200 and the outer peripheral surface of the cooking container M is covered with the guide pieces 21 in the flame hood structure 2, The outer surface of the cooking container M is heated by the flame at the time, so that cooking can be performed.

Even if the flame is excessively spread to the outside of the virtues 202, the flame is guided by the guide pieces 21 in the flame hood structure 2 so that the flame faces the outer surface of the cooking container M. Since the exhaust holes 23 are exhausted, the outer surface of the cooking container M is effectively heated.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the guide pieces 21 are overlapped on the adjacent sides so that no extra gaps are generated in the circumferential direction. The flame guide function is demonstrated.

The guide piece 21 may be a flat plate, but if it is slightly curved inward as in this example, the flame by the combustion unit 201 is further directed toward the outer surface of the cooking container M. It is possible to guide effectively.

In particular, since the guide pieces 21 are pivotally supported with respect to the base 1 so as to be rotatable in the radial direction, even if the size or outer peripheral shape of the cooking container M is changed, it can be dealt with as it is.

Specifically, when the size or outer peripheral shape of the cooking container M is large, the guide pieces 21... Are further rotated outwardly in the radial direction so that the guide pieces 21. Each tip of the cooking container M may be brought into contact with the intermediate portion in the height direction of the outer peripheral side surface of the cooking container M. Conversely, when the size or outer peripheral shape of the cooking container M is small, the guide piece 21. Further, the guide piece 21... May be pivoted inward in the radial direction to be folded and shifted so that the tips of the guide pieces 21.

That is, even when the size and outer peripheral shape of the cooking container M are different, there is no need to change to another stove hood utensil 100.

By the way, the lower end of the guide piece 21 may be fixed to the cylindrical portion 24 along the axial direction X of the pivot member 4, but in this example, the lower end of the guide piece 21 is radially inward in the adjacent side. Since it is fixed to the cylindrical portion 24 in a posture intersecting the axis direction X of the pivot member 4 by a certain angle θ in a horizontal plane so as to enter the side, the guide pieces 21. When the folding operation is performed by turning in the direction, an increase / decrease change in the overlap allowance between adjacent guide pieces 21 is also performed without difficulty.

In this embodiment, an example in which a dedicated cooking container M prepared in advance is used, but it is needless to say that the present invention can also be applied to a commercially available cooking container M such as a pot or a pot.

The stove hood device 100 of the present invention is not limited to the stove body 200 exemplified in this embodiment, and can be applied to various stove bodies 200, and may be configured to be fixed to the stove body 200.
