Claims (2)
- a)未知サンプルのマススペクトルから得られたデータをデジタルコンピュータに投入するためのコードと、
b)分類モデルを使用して前記マススペクトルデータを処理し、生物学的状況によって特徴付けられるクラスに前記未知サンプルを分類するためのコードと、を含んでなる、コンピュータ可読媒体であって、
前記分類モデルが、以下のステップ、すなわち、
サンプルが有機固体材料に包埋される、化学的に架橋された分析物を含む細胞サンプルを提供するステップと、
前記架橋された分析物の前記化学架橋の少なくとも一部を逆転して、脱架橋された分析物を形成するステップと、
前記脱架橋された分析物を含有する前記サンプルの少なくとも一部のマススペクトルを作成するステップと、
前記マススペクトルをデジタルコンピュータを用いて解析するステップであって、
a)複数の細胞サンプルから得られたマススペクトルデータセットを前記デジタルコンピュータに投入するステップであって、各々のサンプルは2つ以上のクラスより構成されるクラスセットに属するクラスであるか、またはクラスに帰属される予定のものであり、各々のクラスは異なった生物学的状況により特徴付けられ、かつ各々のマススペクトルは飛行時間、質量対電荷比、若しくは飛行時間または質量対電荷比から導出された値、の関数であるシグナル強度を表すデータを含むこと、そして
b)前記クラスセット内のクラス同士の間を識別する分類モデルを形成するステップであって、前記モデルを形成することは、分類処理および回帰ツリー処理である再帰分割処理を含む分類処理を実施するコードを執行することによって前記データセットを解析するステップを含むこと、を含んでなる前記マススペクトルを解析するステップと、を含んでなる方法によって形成されている、コンピュータ可読媒体。 - 気相イオン分光計と、
前記気相イオン分光計から得られたデータを処理するよう適合されたデジタルコンピュータと、
前記デジタルコンピュータと関連付して作動する、請求項1の前記コンピュータ可読媒体と、を含んでなるシステム。
