Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 固化可能な材料(9)を3次元物体の横断面に相当する複数の箇所で順次連続して層状に固化することにより3次元物体を製造する装置であって、
装置フレーム内に設けられ、内部にコンテナ(112)を備えた造形空間(3)と、
支持装置(20)とを有し、
内部コンテナ(201)が前記コンテナ(112)内部に配置され、前記内部コンテナ(201)はワーク台(202)を構成するコンテナ底部を有する材料(9)封入フレームであり、前記装置の作動中、前記ワーク台は前記支持装置(20)により支持され、前記内部コンテナ(201)の壁(214)に対して移動可能であり、
前記内部コンテナ(201)は前記コンテナ(112)から取り外し可能である
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記コンテナ(112)は、前記造形空間(3)から取り外し可能な予め製造された交換式コンテナであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コンテナ(112)の底部は前記ワーク台(202)と前記支持装置(20)との間に配置され、前記コンテナ(112)の底部は前記内部コンテナ(201)の前記壁(214)に対して移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 加熱装置(103、104、105、108)を前記コンテナ(112)に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記加熱装置は、前記コンテナ(112)の前記壁に一体化された抵抗発熱体(103)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱装置は、前記コンテナ(112)の前記壁に一体化された輻射発熱体(104)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱は、前記コンテナ(112)の前記壁および/または前記底部の内側を循環する流体により行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱は、前記コンテナ(112)の前記壁および/または前記底部の内側を循環するガスにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ワーク台(202)は、前記内部コンテナ(201)の前記壁(214)に係合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記支持装置(20)は、前記コンテナ(112)の下方部に配置される昇降装置で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記内部コンテナ(201)は、前記コンテナ(112)の前記側壁に取り付けられた2つの案内部(124)に沿って前記コンテナ(112)内へ移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載の装置。
