Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 液体媒質を混合する装置であって、当該装置は、フレキシブルな薄膜、構造部品、前記薄膜の第1面側に位置する作動部品、及び前記薄膜の第2面側に位置する混合室を有し、前記薄膜の少なくとも局部的な傾斜が、前記構造部品に対する前記作動部品の傾斜から生じる装置。
- 前記薄膜及び前記作動部品が一体成形の部品として提供される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記薄膜及び前記構造部品が前記薄膜の縁領域において接続されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記作動部品が前記薄膜の中央部分に設けられている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記構造部品に接続された箔を有し、当該箔が前記薄膜の第2面側に位置し、前記混合室が前記箔と前記薄膜との間に位置する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記箔がフレキシブルな箔である請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記混合室が前記媒質により満たされたときに、前記薄膜に垂直な方向の前記箔の運動が前記構造部品によって少なくとも局部的に抑制されるように前記箔が提供される請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記箔の前記運動が、前記薄膜の前記中央部分に向かい合う中央領域において少なくとも局部的に抑制されている請求項7に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置の作動部品に傾斜運動を与えるように設けられた作動手段を有する、混合室内に供給された液体媒質を混合するための器具
- 前記作動部品に前記傾斜運動を与えることができるアダプタ部品を有する請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記アダプタ部品がボールベアリングとして提供される請求項10に記載の器具。
- 前記作動手段が偏心器として提供され、前記アダプタ部品が回転運動を描く請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記作動手段の偏心度が変更可能である請求項12に記載の器具。
- 液体媒質を混合するシステムであって、当該システムは装置並びに器具を有し、
前記装置が、フレキシブルな薄膜、構造部品、前記薄膜の第1面側に位置する作動部品、及び前記薄膜の第2面側に位置する混合室を有し、前記薄膜の少なくとも局部的な傾斜が、前記構造部品に対する前記作動部品の傾斜から生じ、
前記器具が、前記装置の前記作動部品に傾斜運動を与えるように設けられた作動手段を有する、システム。 - 液体媒質を混合する装置によって液体媒質を混合する方法であって、
当該装置は、フレキシブルな薄膜、構造部品、前記薄膜の第1面側に位置する作動部品、及び前記薄膜の第2面側に位置する混合室を有し、
第1傾斜運動により前記構造部品に対して前記作動部品を傾斜させ、それにより少なくとも局部的に前記薄膜を傾斜させる第1ステップ、
第2傾斜運動により前記構造部品に対して前記作動部品を傾斜させ、それにより少なくとも局部的に前記薄膜を異なって傾斜させる第2ステップを有する方法。
