Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、オイルと、このオイルの伸び粘性を高めることができる添加剤とを含む、網膜剥離の治療に使用するための組成物に関する。本発明はこの組成物を製造するための方法およびその製造部品のキットにも関する。
Description
シリコーンオイル内の乳化剤の生体外での形成を評価するための適当な方法を決定する実験を行った。次にこの方法を使って、より低い分子量のシリコーンオイルに、より高い分子量のシリコーンオイルを添加する効果を評価するための基礎研究の証明を行った。
次に1000mPasのシリコンオイルと高分子量の添加物の混合物に基づく組成物の剪断粘性および伸び粘性を評価し、この組成物が乳化を呈するかどうかを判断するための実験を行った。乳化剤としてプルロニック(Pluronic)F68またはタンパク質乳化剤を使用した。乳化剤の代わりに比較剤として精製水も使用した。
Claims (22)
- オイルと、このオイルの伸び粘度を高めることができる添加剤とを含む、網膜剥離の治療に使用するための組成物。
- 前記オイルは、低粘性オイルである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記オイルは、5,000mPas未満の粘度を有する、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記オイルは、3,000mPasまでの粘度を有する、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記オイルは、シリコーンオイル、ペルフルオロカーボンオイルまたは半弗素化アルカンオイルのうちの1つ以上から選択されたものである、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、高分子量を有する、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、45,000よりも大きい分子量を有する、請求項6記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、オイル可溶性/混和性である、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、ポリマーである、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、オイルである、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、シリコーンオイルである、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、少なくとも5,000mPasの粘度を有する高粘性オイルである、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、10,000〜25,000,000mPasの範囲内の粘度を有する高粘性オイルである、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、30,000〜20,000,000mPasの範囲内の粘度を有する高粘性オイルである、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、組成物のうちの0.05〜20%w/wの範囲内の量だけ存在する、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記添加物は、組成物のうちの0.1〜5%w/wの範囲内の量だけ存在する、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- オイルとこのオイルの伸び粘性を高めることができる添加剤とを混合するステップを含む、網膜剥離の治療に使用するための組成物を製造する方法。
- 請求項1〜16のうちのいずれかに記載の組成物を製造するために使用する、請求項17記載の方法。
- オイルとこのオイルの伸び粘性を高めることができる添加剤とを混合することを含む、網膜剥離の治療に使用するための組成物を製造するための部品のキット。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の組成物を製造するために使用する、請求項19記載の部品のキット。
- シリコーンオイルと添加物とを共に接触させ、使用前の混合物を形成する手段を更に含む、請求項19または20記載の部品のキット。
- 混合前に前記低粘性シリコーンオイルと前記添加物の所定の量を測定する手段を更に含む、請求項21記載の部品のキット。
