Claims (11)
- 鋳型の規定通りの利用時に溶融液状の材料と接触する少なくとも1つの表面(2)が機械加工された連続鋳造鋳型(1)を製造するための方法において、
鋳型(1)の表面(2)を形成する際の最後の作業ステップ又は最後の複数の作業ステップで、異方性を有するように構造化した表面を発生させる機械加工が実施されることを特徴とする方法。 - 最後の作業ステップがフライス加工プロセスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最後の作業ステップが研削加工プロセスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 特に請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法により製造される、その規定どおりの利用時に溶融液状の材料と接触する機械加工された少なくとも1つの表面(2)を備える連続鋳造鋳型(1)において、
表面(2)が、少なくとも部分的に異方性の構造を備えることを特徴とする連続鋳造鋳型。 - 表面(2)が、鋳造方向(G)に、鋳造方向(G)に対して横の方向(Q)におけるよりも大きな粗さを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の連続鋳造鋳型。
- 表面(2)が、鋳造方向(G)に対して横の方向(Q)に延在する行状に形成及び整向された凹凸を備えることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の連続鋳造鋳型。
- 凹凸が、その波の山と波の谷が鋳造方向(G)に対して横の方向(Q)に延在する波として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の連続鋳造鋳型。
- 波の横断面が、本質的に丸み付けされた形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の連続鋳造鋳型。
- 波の高さ(H)が、2μm〜250μm、特に10μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の連続鋳造鋳型。
- 波の高さ(H)が鋳造方向(G)に一定であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載の連続鋳造鋳型。
- 波の高さ(H)が鋳造方向(G)に可変であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載の連続鋳造鋳型。
