Abstract
Description
図1は、動脈瘤の非外科的クリップに使用する装置を図示している。ガイドカテーテル1は、形状記憶合金3からなるワイヤを包囲するガイド針2を包囲する。
Claims (8)
- 以下のステップを含む、頚部によって血管と接続される血管内の動脈瘤を治療する方法であって、
a)形状記憶合金からなり、且つ動脈瘤の頚部と反対側の血管内から始まる2本のワイヤであって、捻った配置となるように事前処理されている2本のワイヤを配設するステップ、と
b)2本のワイヤを熱処理するステップ
熱処理により2本のワイヤが前記捻った配置となり、動脈瘤の頚部が実質的に閉鎖されるように圧迫することを特徴とする方法。 - 動脈瘤が、頭蓋内動脈瘤であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 形状記憶合金が、ニチノールであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 血管壁とルーメンを有する血管内の動脈瘤を治療する方法であって、以下のステップを含む方法。
a)動脈瘤に近接するルーメン内にガイドカテーテルを配設し、ガイドカテーテルによりガイド針を配置するステップ、
b)ガイド針で動脈瘤の直近の動脈壁を穿孔するステップ、
c)ガイド針を、動脈瘤の一方の側付近に挿入するステップ、
d)ガイド針が、ルーメン内に再び進入するように、ガイド針で動脈瘤の遠位の血管壁を穿孔するステップ、
e)形状記憶合金からなる第1ワイヤを、ガイド針でガイドし、動脈瘤付近でガイド針をルーメン内に戻すステップ、
f)ガイド針で動脈瘤の直近の血管壁を穿孔するステップ、
g)動脈瘤の一方の側と反対側に位置する他方の側に沿って、ガイド針を挿入するステップ、
h)ガイド針がルーメン内に再び進入するように、ガイド針で動脈瘤の遠位の血管壁を穿孔するステップ、
i) 形状記憶合金からなる第2ワイヤを、ガイド針でガイドし、動脈瘤付近で、ガイド針をルーメン内に戻すステップ、
j)互いに捻り合った配置となるようにプリセットされた第1及び第2ワイヤを熱処理し、熱処理によって第1及び第2ワイヤが捻った配置へと実質的に復帰し、動脈瘤を血管から実質的に閉塞するステップ。 - 動脈瘤が、頭蓋内動脈瘤であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- ステップb)及びf)において、ガイド針が同一の穿孔を通ってルーメンから出ることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- ステップd)及びh)において、ガイド針が同一の穿孔を通ってルーメンに再び進入することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 形状記憶合金が、ニチノールであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
