Claims (14)

  1. コンピュータ化されたシステムでの処理に利用されるための方法であって、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムにおいて所与のタイプの障害を検出するステップと、
    自動化された保守プログラムを使用して、前記障害に応答して修正アクションのリストを生成するステップと、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムにおいて前記所与のタイプの１つまたは複数の以前の障害の記録を検索し、および、前記１つまたは複数の以前の障害に応答して実行された少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションを提示する、ステップと、
    前記修正アクションのリスト内の前記少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションの優先順位を調整するために、前記自動化された保守プログラムを使用して、前記記録に応答して前記修正アクションのリストを優先順位付けするステップと、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムでの処理に利用される際に使用するために、前記自動化された保守プログラムから修理機能部へと、前記優先順位付けされたリストを提供するステップと、
    を含む方法。
  2. 前記コンピュータ化されたシステムがデータ・ストレージ・システムを備える、請求項１に記載の方法。
  3. 前記障害を検出するステップが自動障害警報を受け取るステップを含む、請求項１に記載の方法。
  4. 前記記録を検索するステップが、前記少なくとも１つの修正アクションの時刻を決定するステップを含み、前記リストを優先順位付けするステップが、前記時刻に応答して前記リストを配列するステップを含む、請求項１に記載の方法。
  5. 前記リストを配列するステップが、一番最近実行されたアクションを決定するステップと、前記一番最近実行されたアクションを前記リストの最後に移動するステップとを含む、請求項４に記載の方法。
  6. 前記リストを配列するステップが、前記リストを前記時刻の昇順で再配列するステップを含む、請求項４に記載の方法。
  7. 前記リストを配列するステップが、前記少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションの時刻に応答して、および前記以前の障害の確率の尺度に応答して、前記優先順位を決定するステップを含む、請求項４に記載の方法。
  8. 前記優先順位を決定するステップが、前記コンピュータ化されたシステムのコンポーネント上で実行された前記少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションの前記時刻と、前記コンポーネントの平均障害間隔（ＭＴＢＦ）とを比較するステップを含む、請求項７に記載の方法。
  9. 前記リストを配列するステップが、前記コンピュータ化されたシステムのコンポーネント上で実行された前記少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションの前記時刻と、前記コンポーネントの特性障害時刻とを比較することによって、前記優先順位を変更するかどうかを決定するステップを含む、請求項４に記載の方法。
  10. 前記修正アクションのリストを生成するステップが、前記修理機能部によって交換されることになる１つまたは複数の疑わしいコンポーネントをリストするステップを含む、請求項１に記載の方法。
  11. 前記記録を生成するために、前記修理機能部によって交換された前記コンポーネントを自動的に検出するステップをさらに含む、請求項１０に記載の方法。
  12. 前記優先順位付けされたリストを提供するステップが、前記優先順位付けされたリストを修理担当者に提示するステップを含む、請求項１に記載の方法。
  13. コンピュータ化されたシステムでの処理に利用される際に使用する装置であって、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムにおいて所与のタイプの障害の指示を受け取るように、
    前記障害に応答して修正アクションのリストを生成するように、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムにおいて前記所与のタイプの１つまたは複数の以前の障害の記録を検索し、および、前記１つまたは複数の以前の障害に応答して実行された少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションを提示するように、
    前記修正アクションのリスト内の前記少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションの優先順位を調整するために、前記記録に応答して前記修正アクションのリストを優先順位付けするように、および、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムでの処理に利用される際に使用するために、前記優先順位付けされたリストを修理機能部に提供するように
    配置構成された保守プロセッサ、を備える装置。
  14. コンピュータ化されたシステムでの処理に利用される際に使用するためのコンピュータ・プログラムであって、コンピュータ可読媒体に備えられており、コンピュータによって読み取られた場合に、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムにおいて所与のタイプの障害の指示を受け取るステップと、
    前記障害に応答して修正アクションのリストを生成するステップと、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムにおいて前記所与のタイプの１つまたは複数の以前の障害の記録を検索し、および、前記１つまたは複数の以前の障害に応答して実行された少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションを提示するステップと、
    前記修正アクションのリスト内の少なくとも１つの以前の修正アクションの優先順位を調整するために、前記記録に応答して前記修正アクションのリストを優先順位付けするステップと、
    前記コンピュータ化されたシステムでの処理に利用される際に使用するために、前記優先順位付けされたリストを修理機能に提供するステップと
    を、前記コンピュータに実行させるためのコンピュータ・プログラム。
