Claims (12)

ピンねじの山の頂、ピンロードフランク、ピンスタブフランク、ボックスねじの山 の頂、ボックスロードフランク、及びボックススタブフランクの少なくも一つが、そ の上に形成された少なくも1個の摂動を持ち、
ピン部材とボックス部材との選択された組立てにおいて、少なくも1個の摂動にお けるピンねじとボックスねじとの間に増加された接触圧力が存在する
ねじ連結。 - ピンねじ及びボックスねじがくさびねじである請求項1のねじ連結。
- 少なくも1個の摂動の各が、ピンねじ及びボックスねじの一方にのみ置かれる請求項1のねじ連結。
- 少なくも1個の摂動が、これに近接してねじシールが形成されるように位置決めされる請求項1のねじ連結。
- ピンねじ及びボックスねじが自由走行ねじであり、そして少なく1個の摂動の一つがピンスタブフランク及びボックススタブフランクの一方に形成される請求項1のねじ連結。
- 複数の摂動が、ピンねじ及びボックスねじの一方に、実質的サイン状のパターンで形成される請求項1のねじ連結。
- 少なくも1個の摂動が、約0.0127mm(0.0005インチ)と約0.127mm(0.005インチ)との間の寸法である請求項1のねじ連結。

第2の組の2個の増分間の軸方向位置における変化を入力し、この変化は第1の希望のねじリードより大きい第2の希望ねじリードを有するように選定され、
第3の組の2個の増分間の軸方向位置における変化を入力し、この変化は第1の希望のねじリードより小さい第3の希望ねじリードを有するように選定され、そして
第1の希望リードに戻る
ことを含む方法。 - 工作機械が本体の経路に戻る請求項10の方法。
- ピン部材及びボックス部材を備えた連接におけるねじシールの形成方法において、
ピン部材がピンねじの山の頂、ピンねじの谷底、ピンロードフランク、及びピンスタブフランクを有するピンねじを備え、ボックス部材がボックスねじの山の頂、ボックスねじの谷底、ボックスロードフランク、及びボックススタブフランクを有するボックスねじを備える前記方法であって、
ピンねじの山の頂、ピンロードフランク、ピンスタブフランク、ボックスねじの山 の頂、ボックスロードフランク、及びボックススタブフランクの少なくも一つに少な くも1個の摂動を形成する
ことを含み、
ピン部材とボックス部材との選定された組立てにおいて、少なくも摂動におけるピ ンねじとボックスねじとの間に増大された接触応力が存在する
