Claims (26)
- 単離された脂肪由来幹細胞(ADSC)を包含する、哺乳動物における組織再生を促進するための治療組成物。

- 組織再生の促進のための医薬剤の製造における組織再生有効量のADSCの使用。
- 前記ADSCが、ADSCサイド・ポピュレーション(ADSC−SP)細胞を包含し、ここでADSC−SP細胞が、細胞表面マーカーであるLin−、Scar−1+、CD90+、CD34+/low、CD13+/low、CD117−およびCD18+/lowを包含する、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記ADSC組成物が、ADSCおよび所望により医薬的に受容可能な担体を包含する、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記組織再生有効量の前記ADSCが、1日当たり1治療部位当たりおよそ0.5×106細胞数/治療部位10mmである、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記ADSCが自家性である、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記ADSCが同系である、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記組織再生が創傷部位での皮膚の再生である、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記組織再生が心筋の再生である、請求項8に記載の使用。

- 前記組織再生が血管の再生である、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記組織再生が創傷部位での瘢痕化を最小とする、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬剤を、局所への適用、皮内注射、静脈内注射、および皮下注射から成る群より選択される少なくとも1つの方法により投与する、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記ADSCを、再生を必要とする組織と同じ組織タイプの細胞に分化させることをさらに包含する、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 生物学的に活性な物質を投与することをさらに包含する、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記生理活性物質が増殖因子を包含する、請求項21に記載の使用。
- 前記生理活性物質が、移植片拒絶を予防する免疫抑制薬を包含する、請求項21に記載の使用。
