Claims (20)
- 歯科用CAD/CAMシステムであって、基礎歯科構造の三次元的形状を測定するための三次元測定カメラと、前記基礎歯科構造に取り付けるための歯科修復物の構成を行う構成装置であって、前記基礎歯科構造に取り付けられる前記修復物の外観を代表する少なくとも1つの領域で前記修復物の厚みを計算する該構成装置と、前記基礎歯科構造の関連光学特性および望ましい外観の関連光学的特性を測定する光学センサーを有する測定カメラと、さまざまな半透明歯科材料の関連光学特性に関する参照データを格納する第1のデータ格納領域と、前記基礎歯科構造の関連光学特性、前記所望の外観の関連する光学特性の値、前記修復物の前記厚みおよび前記半透明歯科材料の関連光学特性の間の依存関係に関するデータを格納する第2のデータ格納領域と、前記修復物の前記所望の外観に関する目標値、前記基礎歯科構造に関する前記光学特性および前記修復物の前記厚みを受け取るインターフェースと、前記参照データおよび前記依存関係に基づき、前記歯科修復物に用いるための適切な半透明歯科材料を決定する計算装置と、を備えた歯科用CAD/CAMシステム。
- 前記光学センサーは、画像検知センサーである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記関連光学的特性を測定する前記測定カメラは、前記三次元測定カメラである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 基礎歯科構造に取り付けるための歯科修復物を構成する方法であって、前記修復物は半透明歯科材料からできており、前記方法はCAD/CAMプロセスの一部であると共に、前記方法は、前記基礎歯科構造に取り付けるための前記歯科修復物に関するデータセットを、コンピュータ支援の設計方法を用いて提供する工程と、さまざまな半透明歯科材料の関連光学的特性、および前記基礎歯科構造および前記半透明歯科材料の関連光学的特性の間の依存関係、製作される前記歯科修復物の所望の光学的特性の目標値、前記修復物の厚み、および前記半透明歯科材料の前記関連光学的特性に関する参照データを提供する工程と、前記基礎歯科構造の前記関連光学的特性を決定する工程と、製作される前記修復物の、前記基礎歯科構造に取り付けられるときの前記所望の光学的特性に対応する目標値を決定する工程と、製作される前記歯科修復物の厚みを、前記歯科修復物の外観に関連する前記基礎歯科構造の少なくとも一つの領域において決定する工程と、前記歯科修復物のための歯科材料を、前記参照データ、および前記基礎歯科構造および前記半透明歯科材料の前記光学的特性の間の前記依存関係に基づき選択する工程と、を有する方法。
- 前記さまざまな半透明歯科材料の前記関連光学的特性は、さまざまなカラー値またはさまざまな半透明値を含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記目標値としてのカラー値は、前記基礎歯科構造に隣接する歯の光学的特性に基づいて選択される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記半透明値は、前記基礎歯科構造に隣接する歯の光学的特性に基づいて選択される請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎歯科構造は、調製歯である請求項4から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記歯科修復物は、インレー、アンレー、冠またはベニヤである請求項4から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記依存関係は、機能的な依存関係または経験的に知られる依存関係である請求項4から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 現存の歯科構造を使用した歯科修復を形成するための適切な半透明歯科材料あるいは構造を決定するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、さまざまな半透明歯科材料あるいは構造の光学的特性、および前記歯科修復、前記現存の歯科構造および前記半透明歯科材料あるいは構造の光学的特性の相互間の依存関係を含むデータベースと、形成される前記歯科構造の所望の光学的特性および厚みに関する情報を受ける入力ルーチンと、前記歯科修復を形成するために用いる適切な歯科材料あるいは構造を、前記歯科修復の前記所望の光学的特性および厚み、前記現存の歯科構造の前記光学的特性、および前記半透明歯科材料あるいは構造の間の関係に基づき決定する選択ルーチンと、を備えたコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記コンピュータプログラムは、色調決定装置に組み込まれている請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記コンピュータプログラムは、歯科用CAD/CAMシステムに組み込まれている請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記関係は、ルックアップ表に含まれた機能的な依存関係または経験的に知られる依存関係である請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記現存の歯科構造は、調製歯である請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記歯科修復物は、インレー、アンレー、冠またはベニヤである請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記所望の光学的特性は、更にカラー値を有する請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記所望の光学的特性は、更に半透明値を有する請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
