哺乳類の毛の主要機能は、環境からの保護の提供である。しかし、その機能は、ヒトではほとんど失われており、毛は、本質的に美容上の理由から、身体の様々な部分で維持又は除去されている。例えば、一般に、頭皮に毛髪を有することは好まれるが、顔面に毛を有することは好まれない。
剃毛、電解、脱毛クリーム又はローション、ワックス除毛、抜き毛、及び治療用抗アンドロゲン剤を含む種々の手順が、不必要な毛を除去するために使用されてきた。一般に、これらの従来の手順は、これらに伴う欠点を有する。例えば、剃毛は、切り傷をもたらすことがあり、毛の再生の速度が速まる感覚を残すことがありうる。また、剃毛は、望ましくない刈り株を残すことがありうる。一方電解は、処置領域を毛がない状態に長期間保つことができるが、高価で痛みを伴い、時には瘢痕を残すことがありうる。脱毛クリームは、非常に有効であるが、典型的には、それらの高い刺激可能性がゆえに頻繁な使用は推奨されない。ワックス除毛及び抜き毛は、痛み、不快感、及び短い毛の不十分な除去をもたらすこともありうる。最後に、抗アンドロゲン剤(これは、女性の多毛症を処置するために使用されてきた)は、望ましくない副作用をもたらすことがありうる。

スルビビンは、細胞増殖の調節及びアポトーシスの抑制を行なう役割を有する。本明細書で使用されるとき、用語「スルビビン」は、スルビビン遺伝子により発現されたタンパクを指す。
スルビビン発現は、細胞周期依存的に高度に調節され、細胞分裂の間に、スルビビンは、細胞質分裂及び染色体移動のために必要とされる。加えて、スルビビンは、様々なアポトーシス刺激により誘発される細胞死を阻害する。生体内におけるスルビビンの過剰発現は、アポトーシスへの細胞抵抗性を向上する。UV照射後、表皮のケラチノサイト内のスルビビンのトランスジェニック発現は、表皮中のアポトーシス細胞の数を著しく低減することが見られてきた。対照的に、生体外のスルビビンの発現は、アンチセンススルビビンオリゴヌクレオチド処理により、アポトーシスへの多くの細胞株の感受性を向上する。スルビビンが、アポトーシスを誘発する細胞死プロテアーゼであるカスパーゼの活性を直接的又は間接的のいずれかに阻害することにより、アポトーシスを抑える可能性があることが提案されてきた。特に、スルビビンの構造上の特徴は、スルビビンとカスパーゼ−9との間の相互作用を示唆する。スルビビンリン酸化反応の損失は、分裂装置上において、免疫沈澱性のスルビビン−カスパーゼ−9錯体の解離をもたらし、カスパーゼ−9依存アポトーシスを活性化させる。加えて、スルビビンは、カスパーゼの第二ミトコンドリア誘導活性剤(Smac/DIABLO)と結合することにより、従ってミトコンドリアのアポトーシス経路のSmac/DIABLO実行を阻害することにより、カスパーゼ活性を間接的に阻害する可能性がある。スルビビン発現は、胎児組織中並びにヒトの癌の大部分に見られたが、その発現は、大人の正常な組織中では制限されると思われる。
一つの態様において、本発明は、発毛を低減するのに有効な量でスルビビン阻害物質を皮膚に適用することによって、哺乳類(好ましくはヒト)の不必要な発毛を低減する方法(典型的には、美容的方法)を提供する。不必要な発毛は、美容上の観点から望ましくないことがありえ、あるいは、例えば、疾患又は異常状態(例えば、多毛症)によりもたらされうる。
スルビビン阻害物質としては、毛嚢中において、タンパクと強く相互作用することにより、スルビビンタンパクの機能を特異的に阻害する化合物;毛嚢中において、スルビビンのレベルを低減する化合物;及び、例えばスルビビンタンパクをリン酸化することにより、スルビビンの活性を阻害する化合物が挙げられる。「強く相互作用する」とは、化合物がスルビビンと結合する、又は優先的に結合することを意味する。
典型的には、上記の方法を実践するにあたり、阻害物質は、皮膚科学的に又は美容上、許容可能なビヒクルと共に局所適用組成物の中に包含されるであろう。それ故に本発明はまた、皮膚科学的に又は美容上許容可能なビヒクルと、スルビビン阻害物質とを含む局所適用組成物に関する。
加えて本発明は、発毛を低減するための治療的な局所適用組成物の製造のための、スルビビン阻害物質の使用に関する。
特定の化合物には、化合物自体と、その化合物の薬理学上許容可能な塩との両方が包含される。
本発明の他の特徴及び利点は、発明を実施するための最良の形態及び請求項から明らかになるであろう。
好ましい組成物としては、美容上及び/又は皮膚科学的に許容可能なビヒクル中のスルビビン阻害物質が挙げられる。本組成物は、固体、半固体、又は液体であってもよい。本組成物は、例えば、軟膏、ローション、フォーム、クリーム、ゲル、又は溶液の形態の、例えば、美容及び皮膚用製品であってもよい。また、本組成物は、剃毛調製物又はアフターシェーブの形態であってもよい。ビヒクル自体は、不活性であることができるか、あるいはそれ自体の美容的、生理学的及び/又は薬学的利益を有することができる。
いくつかの既知のスルビビン阻害物質の例が、表1に提供されている。
メソ−1,4−ビス[(3,4−ジメチルアミノアセトキシ)フェニル]−(2R,3S)−ジメチルブタン塩酸塩(G4N)の合成
25℃において、活性エステル法を使用して、ノルジヒドログアイアレチン酸(NDGA)の4つのフェノキシ基全部を、N,N−ジメチルアミノグリシンと結合した(リュウ・チーC.ハン(Rhu Chih C. Huang)及びジョナサン(Jonathan)D ヘラー、米国公開特許出願2003/0171416A1、2003年9月11日)。生成物(G4N)は、シリカゲルを使用したクロマトグラフィーにより精製され、LCMSにより特徴付けられた。プロトン化した種は、希釈塩酸を添加することにより、その場で(in situ)、調製された。G4Nは、以下の構造を有する:
具体的には、ジクロロメタン(7mL)中、NDGA(0.342g,1.13mmol)及びN,N−ジメチルグリシン(0.7g,6.8mmol)の溶液に、ジシクロヘキシルカルボジイミド(DCC,1.4g,6.8mmol)及びN,N−ジメチルアミノピリジン(DMAP,62mg,0.5mmol)を添加した。反応混合物を、アルゴン雰囲気下にて、25℃で24時間攪拌した。得られたジクロロヘキシル尿素を濾過後、ろ液を飽和水性重炭酸ナトリウムにて洗浄した。有機溶媒を、無水硫酸ナトリウム、続いて蒸発により乾燥し、粗生成物の混合物を得た。粗生成物残留物は、事前に準備された(クロロホルム)シリカゲルカートリッジ(ボンドエルート(BondElute)(登録商標)10g)上のクロマトグラフィーにより、溶離液としてメタノール−クロロホルム混合物(1〜5%)を使用して、精製された。分留(薄層クロマトグラフィーによる試験)を含有する生成物を、組み合わせ、減圧下で蒸発し、粘稠で透明な油として、収率81%で純粋なG4N(588mg)を得た。5%メタノール−水中の10%(w/w)溶液の中和により、G4Nから、その場で(in situ)プロトン化した生成物が得られた。LCMS(ESI+ve)m/z665(M++1+Na)及び643(M++1)。

本組成物中のスルビビン阻害物質の濃度は、飽和溶液までの広範囲にわたって変わってもよく、好ましくは0.1重量%〜30重量%、又は更にそれよりも上であり、発毛の低減は、皮膚の単位面積当たりに適用される阻害物質の量が増加するほど大きくなる。効果的に適用される最大量は、阻害物質が皮膚に浸透する速さによってのみ限定される。有効量は、例えば、皮膚の1平方センチメートル当たり10〜3000マイクログラム、又はそれよりも上の範囲であってもよい。
ビヒクルは、不活性であることができるか、又は、それ自体の美容的、生理学的及び/又は薬学的効果を有することができる。ビヒクルは、液体又は固体皮膚軟化剤、溶媒、増粘剤、保湿剤、及び/又は粉末と共に配合できる。皮膚軟化剤としては、ステアリルアルコール、ミンク油、セチルアルコール、オレイルアルコール、イソプロピルラウレート、ポリエチレングリコール、石油ゼリー、パルミチン酸、オレイン酸、及びミリスチルミリステートが挙げられる。溶媒としては、エチルアルコール、イソプロパノール、アセトン、ジエチレングリコール、エチレングリコール、ジメチルスルホキシド、及びジメチルホルムアミドが挙げられる。
本組成物は任意に、皮膚への及び/又は作用部位への阻害物質の浸透を増進させる構成成分を包含することができる。浸透増進剤の例としては、尿素、ポリオキシエチレンエーテル(例えば、ブリジ(Brij)−30及びラウレス(Laureth)−4)、3−ヒドロキシ−3,7,11−トリメチル−1,6,10−ドデカトリエン、テルペン、シス−脂肪酸(例えば、オレイン酸、パルミトレイン酸)、アセトン、ラウロカプラム(laurocapram)、ジメチルスルホキシド、2−ピロリドン、オレイルアルコール、グリセリル−3−ステアレート、プロパン−2−オール、ミリスチン酸イソプロピルエステル、コレステロール、及びプロピレングリコールが挙げられる。浸透増進剤は、例えば、0.1重量%〜20重量%、又は0.5重量%〜5重量%の濃度で添加できる。
また、本組成物は、阻害物質を連続的に持続放出するために、皮膚の内部又は表面上に貯蔵所(reservoir)を提供するように処方できる。また、本組成物は、皮膚からゆっくりと蒸発して、阻害物質が皮膚に浸透するための余分な時間を取れるように処方できる。
スルビビン阻害物質を含有するクリーム系局所適用組成物は、水と全ての水溶性構成成分とを混合容器−A内で一緒に混合することにより調製される。pHは、約3.5〜8.0の所望の範囲に調整される。成分を完全に溶解するために、容器の温度を45℃まで上げてもよい。pH及び温度の選択は、スルビビン阻害物質の安定性に依存するであろう。防腐剤及び香料構成成分を除く油溶性構成成分を、構成成分を溶融及び混合するために、別の容器(B)内で一緒に混合し、70℃まで加熱する。容器Bの加熱された内容物を、水相(容器A)に、勢いよく攪拌しながら注ぐ。混合は、約20分間続ける。防腐剤構成成分を、約40℃の温度で添加する。8Pa・s(8,000cps)〜12Pa・s(12,000cps)の粘度又は所望の粘度の軟質クリームを得るため、温度が約25℃に達するまで攪拌を続ける。香料構成成分を、約25℃〜30℃で添加するが、内容物は、まだ混合されており、粘度は所望の範囲まで高まっていなかった。得られるエマルションの粘度を上げることが望まれる場合、従来のホモジナイザー、例えば、角穴高剪断スクリーンを有するシルバーソン(Silverson)L4Rホモジナイザーを使用して、剪断を行なうことができる。局所適用組成物は、上記の製剤調製の間に水相に阻害物質を包含させることにより作製することができるか、又は製剤(ビヒクル)調製が完了した後で添加することができる。また、阻害物質は、ビヒクル調製のいずれかの工程で添加することもできる。クリーム製剤の構成成分は、下記の実施例に記載されている。

スルビビン阻害物質を含有するヒドロアルコール性製剤は、処方の構成成分を混合容器内で混合することで、調製される。処方のpHは、3.5〜8.0の範囲の所望の値に適合させる。このpH調整は、製剤成分を完全に溶解するためにも実施することができる。加えて、製剤成分の溶解を達成するために、活性物質の安定性に応じて、加熱を45℃まで、更には70℃まで行なうことができる。幾つかのヒドロアルコール性製剤が下記に示されている。

本組成物は、発毛を低減することが望まれる、身体の選択された領域に局所的に適用されるべきである。例えば、本組成物は、顔、特に顔の髭領域、すなわち、頬、首、上唇及び顎に適用できる。また、本組成物は、例えば、剃毛又は機械的脱毛のための補助剤として使用されてもよい。
また、本組成物は、脚、腕、胴体、又は腋の下にも適用できる。本組成物は、多毛症又は他の状態を有する女性において、不必要な毛の発育を低減するのに特に適している。ヒトにおいては、発毛の低減を感知できることを達成するために、本組成物は、1日1回又は2回、あるいは更により頻繁に適用されるべきである。発毛の低減の感知は、早くも使用後24時間又は48時間(例えば、通常の剃毛の間隔)で起こることがあり得るか、あるいは、例えば最大3か月までかかることがあり得る。発毛の低減は、処理領域における毛の長さ、毛の直径、毛の色素沈着、及び/又は毛の密度の低減により、定量的に実証することができる。発毛の低減は、処理領域において、目に見える毛が減少すること、毛の刈り株がより短くなること、毛がより細かく/より細くなること、毛が柔らかくなること、及び/又は剃毛が長期持続することによって、美容的に実証することができる。

解剖用顕微鏡下で外科用メス及び時計工鉗子(watchmakers forceps)を使用して、美容整形組織から、発育期(成長期)のヒト毛嚢を単離した。皮膚を、容易に分析できるように、2〜3列の毛嚢を露出する薄片に切断した。毛嚢を、2mMのL−グルタミン、10ug/mlのインスリン、10ng/mlのヒドロコルチゾン、100単位のペニシリン、0.1mg/mlストレプトマイシン及び0.25μg/mlのアンホテリシンBを補充した0.5mlのウイリアムス(Williams)E培地の中に置いた。(毛嚢を、37℃、5%CO2及び95%空気の環境下で、24ウエルプレート(1毛嚢/ウエル)中にて培養した。20倍率の解剖用顕微鏡下で、24ウエルプレート中の毛嚢の画像を取った。毛嚢の長さを、0日目(毛嚢を培地の中に置いた日)に測定し、6〜7日目に再び測定した。この系では、毛嚢は毛繊維に完全に分化し、生体内で約0.3mm/日の速度のヒトと、同様の速度で長さが伸びるように思われる。スルビビン阻害物質を試験するため、阻害物質は、時間0から培地中に包含され、実験の過程の間中、培地中に残存させた。
免疫組織化学分析
毛嚢又は急速冷凍皮膚生検からの8ミクロンの凍結切片を調製し、アセトン中、−20℃で10分間固定した。スルビビンの免疫検出のために、チラミド(tyramide)増幅法を使用した。要約すれば、内因性ペルオキシダーゼ及び非特異的アビジン/ビオチン結合(アビジン/ビオチンブロックキット、ベクター・ラボ(Vector Lab))をブロックした直後に、切片を、TNBバッファー(0.1Mトリス−HCl、pH7.5、0.15MのNaCl及び0.5%ブロック試薬、パーキン・エルマー(Perkin Elmer)、マサチューセッツ州ボストン(Boston))中で30分間、培養した。その後、ウサギポリクローナル抗体・対・ヒトスルビビン(ケミコン社(Chemicon Int.);AB16532)を適用し(1:1000、一晩)、続いて、ビオチン化ヤギ抗ウサギ又はヤギ抗ウサギ抗血清を適用し、TNBブロッキングバッファー(パーキン・エルマー(Perkin Elmer)、マサチューセッツ州ボストン(Boston),1:200,30分間)で希釈した。その後、切片を、ストレプトアビジン−ホースラディシュ・ペルオキシダーゼ(TNB中1:100、30分間)中で培養した。TNTバッファー(0.1Mトリス−HCl、pH7.6、0.15MのNaCl、0.05%のツイーン(Tween))で3回洗浄後、TRITC−チラミド(tyramide)(増幅希釈剤中1:50、パーキン・エルマー(Perkin Elmer)、マサチューセッツ州ボストン(Boston))抽出物(ext)を10分間適用し、切片は、細胞核の識別のため、ホエクスト(Hoechst)33342(1:300、15分間)にて対比染色され、ベクタシールド(VectaShield)(ベクター・ラボラトリース(Vector Laboratories))を使用して、組み込まれた。

増殖性及びスルビビン陽性細胞の同時検出のために、上記のプロトコルは、ウサギモノクローナル抗体・対・Ki−67(ダコ(Dako);M7187)を使用する間接的な免疫蛍光プロトコルと組み合わされた。スルビビン検出後、皮膚切片は、抗体・対・Ki−67にて室温で一晩培養され、続いて、TRITCラベル付きヤギ抗ウサギIgGにて培養された(ジャクソン・イムノリサーチ(Jackson ImmunoResearch);45分間、37℃)。ホエクスト(HOECHST)33342染料を使用して、対比染色を行った(PBS中10mg/mL;10分間)。各相は、洗浄工程(3回)により、PBSに散在させた(interspersed)。最後に、切片は、ベクタシールド(VectaShield)(ベクター・ラボラトリース(Vector Laboratories))を使用して、組み込まれた。
全ての切片は、オリンパス(Olympus)BX60蛍光顕微鏡下で検査され、デジタル画像分析システム(クールスナップ(CoolSnap)(商標)冷却CCDカメラ、アルファ・イノテック(Alpha Innotech))の助けを借りて写真記録された。
ELISA(酵素関連免疫吸着分析)による毛嚢スルビビンタンパク含有量の決定
タンパク抽出のために、5ミクロンの毛嚢の冷凍切片は、遠心管内に収集後、リーシスバッファー(lysis buffer)(BDバイオサイエンス(Bioscience);カリフォルニア州;Cat♯K1848−1)にて、短期間の培養を行った。溶液は、4℃で30分間、14,000xgにて遠心分離され、上清は、−80℃にて冷凍保存された。スルビビンタンパクの定量化のため、製造業者の使用説明書(アッセイデザイン社(Assay Design Inc);ミシガン州;Cat♯900−111)に従って、市販のELISAキットを使用した。抽出物中の全タンパク濃度は、ビシンコニン酸(BCA)タンパク分析(ピアスケミカル社(Pierce Chemical Company)、ロックフォード(Rockford);Cat♯23225)を使用して、決定された。光学密度の読み込みは、EL340バイオ・キネティックス・マイクロプレート・リーダー(Bio Kinetics microplate reader)(バイオテック・インストルメント社(Bio-Tek Instruments Inc))を使用して行った。スルビビンレベル(pg/mL)は、毛嚢から抽出されたタンパク全量(ug/mL)に対して、標準化(normalized)された。

ゴールデンシリアンハムスター(Golden Syrian Hamster)分析
雄の無傷ゴールデンシリアンハムスター(Golden Syrian hamsters)は、各側でそれぞれ長径約8mmである楕円形状の側腹器官(flank organs)を示すので、ヒトの髭の発毛の許容可能なモデルであると考えられている。これらの器官は、体に見られる動物の毛に特有の細かい明色の毛を産出する。アンドロゲンに反応して、側腹器官は、ヒト男性の髭に類似した黒く硬い髪を産出する。本組成物の有効性を評価するために、一群のハムスターの各側腹器官は、チオグリコール酸塩系化学脱毛剤(スルゲックス(Surgex))を適用することによって脱毛される及び/又は剃毛される。各動物の1つの器官に対して、ビヒクル10μlのみが、1日1回適用される一方で、各動物の他の器官に対して、スルビビン阻害物質を含有する同量のビヒクルが適用される。13回適用後(1週間に5日、1日1回適用)、側腹器官は、剃毛され、それぞれから回収された毛の量(毛の質量)を秤量した。特定の実験のために、示されている所では、処置期間は、13回未満であった。低減された処理期間は、活性の開始の決定を可能にした。発毛の低減パーセントは、試験化合物処理側の毛の質量(mg)の値を、ビヒクル処理側の毛の質量の値から、引き;その後、得られた差分の値をビヒクル処理側の毛の質量の値で割り、得られた数に100をかけることにより、計算される。薬剤処理部位及びビヒクル対照部位の毛の再生を比較した視覚評価は、一般に、8日目、15日目、及び19日目に行なわれた。これらの観測結果は、活性(及び、従って有効性)における開始を識別する。

結果
免疫組織化学方法論を使用して、生体外で、ヒトの頭皮及び髭由来の毛嚢において、スルビビンの存在が実証された。どちらの場合においても、スルビビンタンパク発現は、毛マトリックスの個別細胞に制限され、外毛根鞘に沿って異なる細胞中に見られた。また、髭の毛嚢では、いくつかのスルビビン陽性細胞も、真皮乳頭にて観察された。スルビビンと増殖性マーカーKi−67との同時検出のための二重免疫染色は、増殖細胞のみがスルビビンを発現することを明らかにした(図を参照のこと)。
免疫組織化学方法論を使用して、生体外で、ヒトの頭皮及び髭由来の毛嚢において、スルビビンの存在が実証された。どちらの場合においても、スルビビンタンパク発現は、毛マトリックスの個別細胞に制限され、外毛根鞘に沿って異なる細胞中に見られた。また、髭の毛嚢では、いくつかのスルビビン陽性細胞も、真皮乳頭にて観察された。スルビビンと増殖性マーカーKi−67との同時検出のための二重免疫染色は、増殖細胞のみがスルビビンを発現することを明らかにした(図を参照のこと)。
ヒトの毛嚢の成長の用量依存的低減は、メソ−1,4−ビス[(3,4−ジメチルアミノアセトキシ)フェニル]−(2R,3S)−ジメチルブタン塩酸塩(G4N)にて見られた(表2)。
阻害%=100−(阻害物質で処置された毛嚢の発毛/対照の発毛)×100。
G4N(表3を参照)、並びにシリビニン及びシリマリン(silymarin)(表4を参照)の局所投与に続き、ゴールデンシリアンハムスター分析における側腹器官の発毛の阻害が実証された。
表5は、ロスコビチンによる、生体外のヒトの毛嚢の成長の用量依存的低減を示している。
表6は、ELISA分析により決定したときの、ロスコビチンによる、ヒトの毛嚢中のスルビビンタンパクレベルにおける生体外の用量依存的低減を示している。
他の実施形態は、特許請求の範囲内にある。
Claims (22)
- 発毛の低減が望まれる皮膚の領域を選択する工程、及び、スルビビン阻害物質を含む皮膚科学的に許容可能な組成物を、前記皮膚の領域に発毛を低減するのに有効な量において適用する工程を含むことを特徴とする哺乳類の発毛低減方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、メソ−1,4−ビス[(3,4−ジメチルアミノアセトキシ)フェニル]−(2R,3S)−ジメチルブタン塩酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、メソ−1,4−ビス(3,4−ジメトキシフェニル)−(2R,3S)−ジメチルブタンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、(2R)−2−[[9−(1−メチルエチル)−6−[(フェニルメチル)アミノ]−9H−プリン−2−イル]アミノ]−1−ブタノール(nutanol)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、2−(2−クロロフェニル)−5,7−ジヒドロキシ−8−[(3S,4R)−3−ヒドロキシ−1−メチル−4−ピペリジニル]−4H−1−ベンゾピラン−4−オンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、(2R,3R)−2−[(2R,3R)−2,3−ジヒドロ−3−(4−ヒドロキシ−3−メトキシフェニル)−2−(ヒドロキシメチル)−1,4−ベンゾジオキシン−6−イル]−2,3−ジヒドロ−3,5,7−トリヒドロキシ−4H−1−ベンゾピラン−4−オンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、5−[(1E)−2−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)エテニル]−1,3−ベンゼンジオールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、ゲラニルゲラニルトランスフェラーゼIを阻害することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記阻害物質が、L−ロイシン,N−[4−[(2−アミノ−3−メルカプトプロピル)アミノ]−2−(1−ナフタレニル)ベンゾイル]−,メチルエステル,(R)−であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記阻害物質が、毛嚢中のスルビビンmRNAの発現を低減する化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、スルビビンのリン酸化反応を阻害する化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物における前記阻害物質の濃度が0.1%〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記阻害物質が、皮膚1平方センチメートル当たり前記阻害物質10〜3000マイクログラムの量で皮膚に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚の領域がヒトの顔面にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚の領域が、ヒトの脚又は腕、腋の下、並びに/もしくは胴体にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
