Claims (6)
- 酵素基質を含む次の式(III)の光学イメージング用造影剤。
(R−L)r−Q−En (III)
式中、Qは還元型の蛍光色素であって、活性化白血球によって生成するオキシダントと当該造影剤との反応によってインビボでの蛍光特性が変化する蛍光色素を表し、
Eは酵素基質を表し、
nは1〜3の整数を表し、
Rは親水基を表し、
Lはリンカーを表し、
rは0〜4の整数である。 - 酵素反応に加えてオキシダントとの反応による蛍光特性の変化を含むインビボでの二段階機構で活性化される、請求項1記載の光学イメージング用造影剤。
- Eが、ペプチダーゼ、プロテアーゼ、ホスファターゼ、スルファターゼ、グルコシダーゼ、エステラーゼ、デヒドロゲナーゼ、オキシダーゼ、レダクターゼ、キナーゼ、トランスフェラーゼ及びリガーゼからなる群から選択される酵素に対する基質である、請求項1又は請求項2記載の光学イメージング用造影剤。
- インビボ光学イメージングによって組織中の活性化白血球を検出する方法であって、
i)請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の光学イメージング用造影剤を被検体に投与し、
ii)造影剤の蛍光特性の変化を検出すること
を含む方法。 - 造影剤が請求項1に記載のものであり、Eが加水分解酵素の基質であり、造影剤がオキシダントとの反応前に酵素反応を受ける、請求項4記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の造影剤を、薬学的に許容される1種以上の補助剤、賦形剤又は希釈剤と共に含んでなる組成物。
