Abstract
Description
本発明は、複雑な形状の複合部品の生産であって、予備含浸させたバンドに垂直に向けられたエネルギー源による加熱モードを用いた多量の熱供給を必要とするあらゆる種類の複合部品の生産に関し、本発明では、ローラから構成される加圧手段によって支持体上におけるバンドの成形が確実に行われる。
他に、レーザ又はダイオードを含む加熱システムがある。これらの加熱範囲は比較的限定されていて狭いが、予備含浸バンドが支持体上に位置する場所で加熱及び硬化を行うために、エネルギービームが実質的にローラに向けられ、よってローラが強く加熱されるため、やはり上記の欠点を有する。加えて、ビームはローラの下の予備含浸バンドに到達するように、概して斜めに向けられる。このように、放出領域の位置が支持体の湾曲に応じて変化するので加熱条件が予備含浸バンドの全長に亘って一定しない。
用いられるエネルギー源は、YAG型レーザ又はダイオード装置からなる光学的なものとすることができ、本発明によるエネルギービームは、堆積される材料にほぼ直角に向けられる。加えて、このエネルギービームは2つのローラの間を通過する。このように光ビームが垂直に入射することにより、得られるエネルギー密度の均一性及び定常性が確保される。
光ビームは、堆積された材料からなるバンドの幅に合わせて調整され、焦点を作る又は作らない一組の発散及び集束レンズを用いて変換させることができる。変更可能なダイオードの組み合わせ又はビームの電流測定走査によっても、バンドの幅を調整することができる。堆積させるバンドに加えるエネルギー密度に、定常性及び均一性を確保しようという試みがなされる。レーザ自体又はレーザによる光学的変換によって生成される光信号の横方向の乱れを無効にするマスクを用いることもできる。
表面エネルギー密度はまた、ポリマーの放射率に合わせて制御され、且つPID型のアルゴリズムで調節された高温計によって制御することができる。
本発明の別の必須の態様は、加圧システムに関する。本加圧システムは、2つの変形可能なローラを備え、これらの2つのローラによって、バンドの張力の確保、既に堆積された積層複合体又は支持体として機能する装置上へのバンドの配置、光ビームに対してほぼ直角なバンドの位置決め、及び特定の必要性に応じて調整された静水圧の印加を確実に行うことができる。エネルギービームの両側のローラは、ビーム到達箇所である、予備含浸バンドの大きな表面、特にこれら2つのローラ間の表面に均一な圧力を付加することを可能にし、同時に、通常の設計の場合よりもビームから離れた位置に配置されるので好都合である。従って、これらのローラに当たる熱が小さくなるので、それらをエラストマー等の変形可能な材料に変換することができる。これにより、これらのロ−ラは、印加する圧力の均一性を損なうこと無く、堆積装置の湾曲の局部的変化に適応する。
以下に、図面を参照して本発明を説明する。
1対のローラ6a及び6bが、装置1上の本デバイスの前方(図1の右側)から見て、ビーム5の前と後とに配置される。剛性の平行軸を有するローラ6a及び6bは、変形可能なエラストマーから作成されており、従って装置1の湾曲の局部的な変化、特に図2に示すような横方向の変化に適合する。ローラ6a及び6bの周囲と、それらローラの間のバンド3の比較的大きな表面に亘って圧力が均一に保たれている。ローラ6a及び6bには押付けシステム7が設けられる。この押付けシステム7は、上板21とローラ6a及び6bの支持部材との間で圧縮されるばねで構成することができる。この支持部材は、ビーム5の断面を画定する開口部22を設けたマスク8と、マスク8に接続してローラ6a及び6bの剛性軸11を支持する棒状部23とから構成することができる。この場合、本デバイスはまた、例えばPID制御アルゴリズムにより、光エネルギー源4を調節する手段24と結合された高温測定制御手段9を有する。本デバイスはまた、ローラ6a及び6bの間で容器25に接続されたノズル10のような窒素流推進システムを有する。これら要素の全ては、おそらく容器25と調節システム24を除き、相互に又は上板21に接続され、図示しないロボットアーム又は移動式支持ユニットから構成することができる手段によって装置1上で一体に動く。
図5は、発光ダイオード19のアレイを示す。これらのダイオードは全て共通のエネルギー源26に結合されており、アレイの数、及び従ってアレイの幅は、例えば上板21に一体化された横棒27上に新たなダイオードを接着することによって可変である。
Claims (10)
- 樹脂を予備含浸させた可撓性のバンド(3)を引張り成形するためのデバイスであって、バンドの加熱手段、及びバンドの加圧手段を備え、
加圧手段が、バンドの各部分に連続して適用された平行軸を有する2つのローラ(6a、6b)を含み、これらのローラの表面が弾性材料から作成されていること、及び加熱手段(4)がローラ間に配置されて、ローラ間のバンドにほぼ直角に熱放射を与えることを特徴とする、引張り成形デバイス。 - ローラ(6a、6b)の上方、及び加熱手段(4)の下方に配置され、且つ放射の断面を画定する開口部(22)が設けられたマスク(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- 加熱手段がレーザを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- 加熱手段がダイオードアレイ(19)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- 熱ビームの大きさを調整するための少なくとも1つのレンズ(16、17)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- ローラが、エラストマーのバンドによって包まれた金属性の芯を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- 加熱手段の電力のサーボ調整のためのシステム(9、24)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- ローラ(6a、6b)の前方に対して横方向に、加熱手段によって生成された熱放射ビームを走査するための装置(18)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- バンドを支持する装置(1)に向かってローラを押し付けるための弾性手段(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
- ローラ間でバンド上にガスを吹き付けるための手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の引張り成形デバイス。
