Abstract
【解決手段】電気駆動レンズアセンブリと、第1レンズウエハと、第2レンズウエハとを備える複合レンズが提供される。電気駆動レンズアセンブリは上側の平表面を有する上側の基板層と、下側の平表面を有する下側の基板層とを有する。第1レンズウエハは、電気駆動レンズアセンブリの上側の基板層の上側の平表面に平行で近接する、下側のウエハ平表面を有する。第2レンズウエハは、電気駆動レンズアセンブリの下側の基板層の下側の平表面に平行で近接する、上側のウエハ平表面を有する。

Claims (16)
- 上側の平表面を有する上側の基板層と下側の平表面を有する下側の基板層とを有する電気駆動レンズアセンブリと、
この電気駆動レンズアセンブリの前記上側の基板層の前記上側の平表面に平行で近接する下側のウエハ平表面を有する第1レンズウエハと、
前記電気駆動レンズアセンブリの前記下側の基板層の前記下側の平表面に平行で近接する上側のウエハ平表面を有する第2レンズウエハと、
を具備する複合レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記第1レンズウエハは、第1の接着層によって前記上側の基板層に接着されており、前記第2レンズウエハは第2の接着層によって前記下側の基板層に接着されている、請求項1に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2のレンズウエハを、前記電気駆動レンズアセンブリに取り付けるように適合された少なくとも1つの機械的ファスナをさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2のレンズウエハの少なくとも一方は、ポリマー材料により形成されている、請求項1に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2のレンズウエハの少なくとも一方は、ガラス材料により形成されている、請求項1に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記上側および下側の基板層の少なくとも一方は、ポリマー材料により形成されている、請求項1に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記上側および下側の基板層の少なくとも一方は、ガラス材料により形成されている、請求項1に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記電気駆動セルは、前記上側の基板層に近接する第1の電極層と、前記下側の基板層に近接する第2の電極層と、前記第1および第2の電極層との間に配置された液晶層とを備え、
前記液晶層は、スペーサにより固定された液晶を備える、請求項1に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記電気駆動セルは、前記上側の基板層と前記液晶層との間に配置された第1のアライメント層と、前記液晶層と前記下側の基板層との間に配置された第2のアライメント層とをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記電気駆動レンズアセンブリは、
前記第1および第2の電極層と電気接続しており、且つ前記第1および第2の電極層への電力の供給を制御するように適合されているドライバチップと、
このドライバチップと電気接続しており、且つ第1の接点領域とこの第1の接点領域から電気絶縁された第2の接点層とを有する少なくとも1つの電気接点層と、
をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記第1および第2の電気接点層は、ほぼ透明な材料から形成されている、請求項10に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記ドライバチップと前記第2の電極層との間の電気接続が、前記下側の基板層を貫通して形成される少なくとも1つのビアの第1セットを通過する1つまたは複数の導電体により確立され、
前記ドライバチップと前記第1の電極層との間の電気接続が、前記下側の基板層、前記第2の電極層、および前記スペーサを貫通して形成される少なくとも1つのビアの第2セットを通過する1つまたは複数の導電体により確立されている、請求項10に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記第1および第2の電気接点領域は、前記下側の基板層の前記下側の表面に接着されている、請求項10に記載の複合レンズアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の電気接点層は、前記下側の基板層の前記下側の表面に接着され、前記第2の電気接点領域は、前記上側の基板層の前記上側の表面に接着され、
