Claims (16)
- 複数の支柱を含む自己拡張型ステントであって、各支柱が2つの末端を有し、各支柱末端が周辺にある隣接の支柱末端と連結され、前記ステントが拡張形状及び圧縮形状を有し、前記圧縮形状において、前記支柱が前記ステントのほぼ全長に沿って複数の閉じたセルを画定し、各閉じたセルが、前記セルの各端部において涙滴状開口部を有するステント。
- 複数の支柱を含む自己拡張型ステントであって、各支柱が2つの末端を有し、各支柱末端が周辺にある隣接の支柱末端と連結され、前記ステントが拡張形状及び圧縮形状を有し、前記圧縮形状において、前記支柱が複数の涙滴状開口部のみを画定し、前記涙滴状開口部が、前記ステントによって形成された閉じたセルにより形成されているステント。
- 前記圧縮形状において、前記支柱が複数の密集した涙滴状形状を画定する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記複数の支柱が、S字曲線形状を有する前記支柱の中央部を有する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- それぞれのセルの各端部における各涙滴形状開口部が、拡大部分を有し、そして各拡大部分が、それぞれのセルの端部のうちの1つから延びる、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記ステントは、前記ステントが完全圧縮されたときに、前記ステントの前記支柱が前記S字曲線形状から実質的に直線状のプロフィールに変形する、請求項4に記載のステント。
- 自己拡張型ステントの製造方法であって、
弾性又は超弾性材料のチューブを準備する工程、及び
前記チューブを、複数の支柱を含むパターンで切断する工程であって、前記支柱の中央部分がS字曲線形状を有する、工程
を含む方法。 - 前記S字曲線形状は、圧縮状態において前記支柱が、
前記支柱の実質的に全長に沿った涙滴状開口部、涙滴状開口部のみ、複数の密集した涙滴体、及び実質的に直線状の支柱中央部
から選択される形状を画定するように規定される、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 各支柱が1つの中央部及び2つの末端部を有し、前記中央部が第一の幅を持ち、前記末端部が前記第一の幅より大きな第二の幅を持つ、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 前記閉じたセルの各々が、4つの支柱により画定されている、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のステント。
- 軸方向に隣接する支柱間に狭小化したブリッジ部を備える、請求項10に記載のステント。
- セルの終端が傷つけないように丸くされている、請求項1から6のいずれか記載のステント。
- 前記狭小化したブリッジ部が、2つの凹みプロフィールを有する、請求項11に記載のステント。
- 各涙滴形状開口部が、幅が減少した狭小化部を有し、前記狭小部が、それぞれのセルの端部のうちの1つから間隔を空けている、請求項5に記載のステント。
- 前記閉じたセルを画定する支柱の各々が、前記拡張形状にあるときにS字曲線形状を有する、請求項14に記載のステント。
- 前記閉じたセルの各々が4つの支柱により規定されており、前記ステントが前記拡張形状にあるときに、前記4つの支柱は、互いに対してほぼ均一なS字曲線形状を有する、請求項14に記載のステント。
