Abstract
【解決手段】100℃での動粘度が10cStを超える基油を遠心力により、該基油から高曇り点を有すると推定される分子を分離して、曇り点の低下した基油、及び曇った前駆体化合物に富むフラクションを得る、該基油の曇り点を低下させる方法。
Description
本発明は、潤滑基油から曇った前駆体を減少させる方法に関する。
WO−A−02070627には、100℃での動粘度が22.9cStで流動点が+9℃で粘度指数が178の基油の製造方法が記載されている。この方法は、沸点範囲がC5〜750℃のフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物を水素化異性化する工程を含む。水素化異性化工程の流出流から、沸点が370℃を超える蒸留残留物を単離し、脱蝋する。脱蝋油を蒸留して、沸点が510℃を超える蒸留残留物として以上のような基油を得ている。
(a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導蝋状供給原料に対し水素化異性化処理を行う工程、
(b)工程(a)の流出流から蒸留により、該蒸留の残留フラクションである重質基油前駆体フラクションを単離する工程、
(c)重質基油前駆体フラクションの流動点を接触脱蝋により低下させる工程、
(d)本発明方法により、工程(c)の生成物又は工程(c)の生成物の残留フラクションから曇り点を低下させる工程、
を含むフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導供給原料からの重質潤滑基油の製造方法。
本発明を以下の実施例で説明する。
40℃での動粘度が16.5cStのフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導基油の曇ったサンプル30mlを室温で4つのアーム付き遠心機(Hermle Z320遠心機)に入れた。4000rpmで60分後、サンプルを取り出し、観察した。遠心処理後のサンプルは、曇りのない多量のフラクションと、サンプル瓶の底部に、曇った少量の蝋フラクションとで構成されていた。透明な液体をデカントすると、サンプル瓶には曇ったフラクションが残っていた。透明液体からは、蒸留分離の残留フラクションとして、曇りのない重質基油が得られる。
Claims (7)
- 100℃での動粘度が10cStを超える基油を遠心力により、該基油から高曇り点を有すると推定される分子を分離して、曇り点の低下した基油、及び曇った前駆体化合物に富むフラクションを得ることを特徴とする該基油の曇り点を低下させる方法。
- 遠心力が、遠心重力分離器で得られる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 遠心力が、液体サイクロン分離器で得られる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 基油の曇り点が20℃を超え、飽和物含有量が97重量%より多く、100℃での動粘度が15cStを超え、硫黄含有量が50ppm未満であり、粘度指数が140を超える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導蝋状供給原料に対し水素化異性化処理を行う工程、
(b)工程(a)の流出流から蒸留により、該蒸留の残留フラクションである重質基油前駆体フラクションを単離する工程、
(c)重質基油前駆体フラクションの流動点を接触脱蝋により低下させる工程、
(d)請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法により、工程(c)の生成物又は工程(c)の生成物の残留フラクションから曇り点を低下させる工程、
を含むフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導供給原料からの重質潤滑基油の製造方法。 - 工程(d)で得られた滞留物が工程(a)又は(c)に再循環される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 滞留物が工程(a)に再循環される請求項6に記載の方法。
