Claims (32)
- 医療装置を患者体内に導入するためのワイヤガイド(10)において、

前記編組部材(14)は、前記コア部材(12)に取り付けられており、前記コア部材(12)の第1端から伸張して、前記ワイヤガイド(10)の可撓性を有する端部区間(20)を提供している、ワイヤガイド。 - 前記編組部材(14)は、前記コア部材(12)の前記第1端にはんだ付けされている、請求項1に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記編組部材(14)を前記コア部材(12)の前記第1端に取り付けるようになっている接着剤を更に備えている、請求項1に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記編組部材(14)の一部は、前記コア部材(12)を覆って装着されている、上記請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材は、ショルダ部(28)を含んでおり、前記ショルダ部(28)の高さは前記編組部材(14)の厚さとほぼ等しく、前記コア部材(12)から前記編組部材(14)へ滑らかに移行するようになっている、上記請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記編組部材(14)は、前記コア部材(12)の一部の周りに配置されており、前記ショルダ部(28)から前記コア部材(12)の前記第1端を越えて伸張している、請求項5に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)を取り囲んでいる潤滑性の被覆(44)を更に備えている、上記請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記潤滑性の被覆(44)は親水性被覆である、請求項7に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)は、前記編組部材(14)に近接する第1先細区間(26)を含んでおり、前記第1先細区間(26)は、前記コア部材(12)の可撓性が前記コア部材(12)の前記第1端に向けて高まるように構成されている、上記請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)は、前記コア部材(12)の可撓性が前記コア部材の前記第2端に向けて高まるように構成されている第2先細区間(34)を含んでいる、請求項9に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材は、前記第1先細区間(26)と前記第2先細区間(34)の間に剛性を有する区間(24)を含んでいる、請求項10に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記剛性を有する区間(24)は、長さが50cmから200cmの範囲にある、請求項11に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)の前記第2先細区間(24)から前記第2端までの距離は、約3cmから5cmの範囲にある、請求項10に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記第1先細区間(24)と前記編組部材(14)は、全長が約40cmから80cmの範囲にある、請求項9乃至13の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記第1先細区間(24)は、長さが約5cmから15cmまでの範囲にある、請求項9乃至14の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)の前記第1先細区間(24)から前記第1端までの距離は、約5cmから15cmの範囲にある、請求項9乃至15の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記編組部材(14)は、前記コア部材(12)の前記第1端を越えて約30cmから50cmの距離だけ伸張している、上記請求項1乃至16の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)の長さに沿って伸張しているコイル部材(60)を更に備えている、請求項1乃至17に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記編組部材(14)は、前記コイル部材(60)に取り付けられている、請求項18に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)の前記第2端の周りに配置されているコイル部材(60)を更に備えている、上記請求項1乃至19の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コイル部材(60)は、白金コイルである、請求項20に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コイル部材(20)は、前記コア部材(12)にはんだ付けされている、請求項20に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)は、形状記憶合金で構成されている、上記請求項1乃至22の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)は、ニチノールで構成されている、請求項23に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記複数の織糸(23)は、ステンレス鋼で構成されている、上記請求項1乃至24の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記複数の織糸(23)は、形状記憶合金で構成されている、請求項1乃至24の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記複数の織糸(23)は、ニチノールで構成されている、請求項26に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記複数の織糸(23)は、放射線不透過性材料で構成されている、請求項1乃至24の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記コア部材(12)と前記編組部材(14)を取り囲んでいるスリーブ(42)を更に備えている、上記請求項1乃至28の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記スリーブ(42)は、前記コア部材(12)と前記編組部材(14)を取り囲んでいるポリウレタン層である、請求項29に記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記編組部材(14)は、前記コア部材(12)の周りに設置されている、上記請求項1乃至30の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
- 前記編組部材(14)は、前記コア部材(12)のコア部材直径よりも実質的に大きくない編組部材直径を有している、上記請求項1乃至31の何れかに記載のワイヤガイド。
