Abstract
Description
本発明は、体の管腔の開存性の修復に使用されるステントグラフトに関し、特に、このようなステントグラフトの接続構造に関する。
血管などの人間または動物の体内の管が、疾病または外傷による損傷を受けた場合、血管の損傷を受けた領域の開存性を修復する管腔内技術によって、血管にステントグラフトを挿入することが可能である。このような損傷領域は、血管枝を含むことが多い。血流を確実に血管枝内に流すことができるようにするために、二股状または側枝ステントグラフトが使用される。
本発明の一形態は、生体適合性材料からなる管状体を有するステントグラフト用の接続ソケットにあり、このソケットは、その一端の、管状体の周りの第1の弾性リングと、第1のリングから管状体に沿って間隔を置いて設けられた第2の弾性リングとを含む。
好ましくは、第1および第2のリングは、形状記憶ワイヤ、ステンレス鋼またはプラスチック材料から選択された材料を含む。
次に、図面、特に、図1および図2に示された本発明に従う接続ソケットの第1の実施例を参照する。
または、大動脈分岐内に配置するようにした二股状ステントグラフトの脚部もしくは単腸骨動脈(aorta-uni iliac)ステントグラフトの末端用でもよい。
ワイヤを少なくとも2回、好ましくは3回巻いたもので形成され、このニチノールワイヤの端部はループ81で終端をなす。ループ81を使用することにより、ニチノールワイヤのとがった端部が、ステントグラフトが中に配置される脈管構造の中に食い込むことを防止する。ループ81によって、リングを形成するワイヤの端部を、グラフトの織物に縫い付けることができ、これにより、使用中にリングが拡張することを防止する助けにもなる。第1のリング79と第2のリング80との間には、弾性材料から形成されたステント82がある。弾性ステント82は、たとえばニチノールワイヤから形成され、静止時に直径がサイドアーム74の直径よりもわずかに小さい大きさになるように作られ、したがって、サイドアーム74の外側に縫い付けられたときにはサイドアーム74に対し直径を減じるという効果を与える。

Claims (10)
- 生体適合性材料からなる管状体を有するステントグラフト用の接続ソケットであって、前記ソケットは、その一端の、前記管状体の周りの第1の弾性リングと、前記第1のリングから前記管状体に沿って間隔を置いて設けられた第2の弾性リングとを含む、接続ソケット。
- 前記第1の弾性リングおよび前記第2の弾性リングの直径は、前記管状体の直径より小さい、請求項1に記載の接続ソケット。
- 前記第1および第2のリングの間において、弾性ステント、好ましくはジグザグ弾性ステントをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の接続ソケット。
- 前記弾性ステントならびに前記第1および第2のリングのうち少なくとも1つは、前記管状体の外側にある、請求項3に記載の接続ソケット。
- 前記第1および第2のリングは、形状記憶合金、ステンレス鋼およびプラスチック材料うち少なくとも1つから選択された材料を含む、請求項1に記載の接続ソケット。
- 前記第1および第2のリングは、ワイヤを少なくとも2回巻いたものを含み、ワイヤの各端部はループで終端をなす、請求項1に記載の接続ソケット。
- 前記弾性ステントは、形状記憶ワイヤを含み、直径が前記管状体より小さい円筒形状を定め、それにより、自己収縮ステントを定める、請求項3に記載の接続ソケット。
- 前記ステントグラフトはさらに、前記管状体から延在し、前記管状体との間で流体が流れる管状生体適合性グラフト材料からなるサイドアームを含み、前記接続ソケットは、代わりにサイドアーム上に位置し、前記第1および第2の弾性リングは、前記サイドアームの周りに位置し、前記第1のリングは、その遠位端に隣接し、前記第2のリングは、前記第1のリングから前記サイドアームに沿って間隔を置いて設けられ、ジグザグ弾性ステントが前記第1および第2のリング間にある、請求項1に記載の接続ソケット。
- 前記ステントグラフトはさらに、主管と、主管との間で流体が流れる生体適合性グラフト材料からなる第1および第2の管脚部とを含み、前記接続ソケットは、代わりに前記管脚部の少なくとも一方に位置し、前記第1のリングは、その遠位端に隣接して前記少なくとも一方の脚部の周りにあり、前記第2のリングは、前記第1のリングから前記脚部に沿って間隔を置いて設けられ、ジグザグ弾性ステントが前記管脚部間に位置する、請求項1に記載の接続ソケット。
- 短脚部および長脚部を有し、前記接続ソケットは前記短脚部にある、請求項9に記載の二股状ステントグラフト。
