Description
一価または多価のアルコール、例えばメタノール、エタノール、1−プロパノール、2−プロパノール、1−ブタノール、2−ブタノール、第三ブタノール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ブタンジオール、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、トリメチロールプロパン、ネオペンチルグリコールおよびソルビトール、
アミノアルコール、例えばエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミンおよびトリエタノールアミンが使用されてよい。
Claims (10)
- メラミン、尿素またはこれらの混合物および少なくとも1つのアルデヒドから、粉末形の乾燥された樹脂を製造するためのスプレー縮合法において、スプレー縮合の実施中および/または実施後に製造された粉末中の製造された樹脂粒子の形態に粒子パラメーターに関連して意図的に影響を及ぼすことを特徴とする、樹脂を製造するためのスプレー縮合法。
- 製造された樹脂粒子の形態が1μm〜2mmの直径を有する完全球であるか、平滑な表面区間を有する発泡された、主に球状の粒子であるか、または他の粒子が配置されている閉鎖された外被面を有する粒子である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 成分の出発溶液中でのpH値の調節がスプレー縮合前に製造された樹脂粒子の形態に意図的に粒子パラメーターの点で影響を及ぼす、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 活性物質および/または作用物質をスプレー縮合の開始前に成分の出発溶液に添加する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法
- ガスまたは蒸気をスプレー縮合中および/またはスプレー縮合後に形成させるかまたは界面活性剤として生じるフォーム構造体に影響を及ぼす添加剤を、スプレー縮合の開始前に成分の出発溶液に添加する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 製造された樹脂粒子の形態に粒子パラメーターに関連してスプレー縮合の実施中および/または実施後の温度プロフィールによって意図的に影響を及ぼす、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 製造された樹脂粒子をスプレー縮合に後接続された乾燥工程に掛ける、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により得ることができる樹脂粒子。
- 有機顔料、充填剤または清浄化剤としての請求項8記載の樹脂粒子の使用。
- 活性物質または作用物質の担体としての請求項8記載の樹脂粒子の使用。
