Description
1.評価を完了するのに臨床家側の介入が必要である。

Claims (10)
- 患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステムであって、
a)電気刺激を生成するように構成された眉間刺激装置と、
b)前記眉間刺激装置に電気的に接続され、前記電気刺激を前記眉間刺激装置から患者に送出するように構成された電極と、
c)前記電気刺激が患者に送出された後に患者の瞬目反応を検出するように構成され、前記瞬目反応の少なくとも1つのパラメータを示す信号を生成するように構成され、前記瞬目反応の前記少なくとも1つのパラメータが患者の鎮静レベルを示す、患者モジュールとを備える、システム。 - 前記眉間刺激装置によって生成される前記電気刺激が電荷中性である、請求項1に記載の患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステム。
- 前記眉間刺激装置によって生成される前記電気刺激が2相性である、請求項1に記載の患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステム。
- 前記眉間刺激装置によって生成される前記電気刺激が3相性である、請求項1に記載の患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステム。
- 前記眉間刺激装置によって生成される前記電気刺激が単相性である、請求項1に記載の患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステム。
- 前記電極が患者の鼻根点と電気的に接触状態に配置されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステム。
- 患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステムであって、
a)電荷中性刺激を生成するように構成された刺激生成回路と、
b)複数の電極を備える電極アレイであって、前記複数の電極の少なくとも1つが前記刺激生成回路と電気的に接続され、前記電荷中性刺激を患者に送出するように構成された電極アレイと、
c)前記電荷中性刺激が患者に送出された後に患者から1つまたは複数の神経生理学的信号を受信し分析するように構成され、前記1つまたは複数の神経生理学的信号に基づいて患者の鎮静レベルの特徴を示すパラメータを生成するシステムとを備える、システム。 - 前記刺激生成回路が電気の流れる方向および大きさを交互に換えるパルス列を生成するように構成される、請求項7に記載の患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記電荷中性刺激を患者に送出中に1つまたは複数の神経生理学的信号を受信し分析するように構成された前記システムを一時的に非活動化するためのサブシステムをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の患者の鎮静レベルを決定するシステム。
- 薬物誘発催眠状態の患者の自然睡眠と鎮静を分別するシステムであって、
a)実質的に電荷中性電気刺激を生成するように構成された回路と、
b)前記回路に電気的に接続され、前記実質的に電荷中性電気刺激を前記回路から患者に送出するように構成された少なくとも1つの電極と、
c)前記実質的に電荷中性電気刺激に反応して生成される患者からの1つまたは複数の神経生理学的信号を検出するように構成された少なくとも1つの電極と、
d)前記少なくとも1つの電極から前記1つまたは複数の神経生理学的信号を受信し分析するように構成され、患者の鎮静状態を表す1つまたは複数のパラメータを生成するように構成されたモジュールとを備える、システム。
