Claims (13)
- 光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体であって、
配線ケーブルであって、複数本の光ファイバと、該配線ケーブルの長さに沿って位置決めされた少なくとも1つの所定の中間分岐点とを備え、前記複数本の光ファイバの少なくとも1本は、前記中間分岐点でアクセスされ前記配線ケーブルから成端加工されている配線ケーブルと、
前記中間分岐点で前記配線ケーブルに取り付けられた第1の端部と、前記配線ケーブルから成端加工された前記少なくとも1本の光ファイバに光接続された少なくとも1本の光ファイバと備えているテザーと、
前記中間分岐点を形成するよう前記配線ケーブル及び前記テザーの一部を包囲する軟質材料から成る複合成形本体と、を備え、
前記複合成形中間分岐点が優先的な曲がり部を備えている、
ことを特徴とする光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記中間分岐点の前記優先的な曲がり部は、前記配線ケーブル及び前記テザーに共通な軸線に沿って位置し、前記配線ケーブルから成端加工された前記少なくとも1本の光ファイバは、実質的に前記共通軸線上で前記テザー内へ引き回される、
請求項1に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記優先的曲がり部は、前記配線ケーブルと軸方向に整列した少なくとも1本の抗張力体により提供される、
請求項1に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1本の抗張力体は、前記複合成形本体内に配置されている、
請求項3に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1本の抗張力体により、前記中間分岐点は、前記配線ケーブル及び前記テザーに共通の軸線に沿って曲がり、前記配線ケーブルから成端加工された少なくとも1本の光ファイバは、実質的に前記共通軸線上で前記テザー内へ引き回される、
請求項3に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1本の抗張力体は、全体としてロッドの形をしており、前記中間分岐点に沿って長さ方向に延びている、
請求項3に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1本の抗張力体は、全体としてU字形であり、前記中間分岐点に沿って長さ方向に延びている、
請求項3に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記抗張力体は、全体としてI字形であり、前記中間分岐点に沿って長さ方向に延びている、
請求項3に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記抗張力体は、全体としてW形であり、前記中間分岐点に沿って長さ方向に延びている、
請求項3に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記複合成形本体は、前記中間分岐点の前記優先的曲がり部を提供するために所定の幾何学的形態を有する、
請求項1に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記複合成形本体の前記幾何学的形態は、全体として円筒形であり、Dカットが、前記複合成形本体の互いに反対側の側方側部に形成されている、
請求項10に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記複合成形本体の前記幾何学的形態は、8の字形である、
請求項10に記載の光ファイバ配線ケーブル組立体。 - 前記複合成形本体の前記幾何学的形態は、アコーディオンの形である、
