Claims (4)
- 酸素含有燃料を内燃機関燃料として使用する場合に、エアクリーナー部へ微粒子高速投射成膜法により酸化チタン又は酸化錫触媒を成膜したラス網を挿入することにより燃焼を改善する燃焼改善方法。
- 請求項1と同様のラス網を1枚以上、車両の燃料タンク底に挿入して、燃料を改質し、或はバイオエタノール混合燃料の劣化や分離を抑制することによる燃焼改善方法。
- 請求項1または2記載の触媒ラス網は板厚0.1〜1.0mmであり、触媒担体は硬質陽極酸化処理したアルミ又はアルミ合金、マグネシューム合金、ステンレス、及びチタン又はチタン合金であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃焼改善方法。
- 請求項1の酸素含有燃料がバイオエタノール燃料、界面活性剤でエマルジョン化した燃料、触媒で水酸基を付加した燃料のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1の燃焼改善方法。
