JP 2006-124952 A

The above-described conventional shoji is a shoji that is excellent in heat insulation because heat is not easily transmitted to the outside of the indoor because the outdoor side of each fence is metal and the indoor side is resin.
However, since the glass is held by the outdoor side metal part and the indoor side resin part, the glass falls off when the indoor side resin part melts in the event of a fire.

An object of the present invention is to provide a shoji that has excellent heat insulating properties and that does not cause glass to fall off in a fire.

The present invention is a shoji in which a glass is attached to a gutter assembly in which an upper gutter, a lower gutter, a summon gutter, and a door gutter are connected in a rectangular shape,
Each of the coffins has a coffin body having a concave portion that is opened inward in the in-plane direction by combining the indoor side synthetic resin member and the outdoor side metal member, and the outdoor side metal member provided in the concave portion of the coffin main body. With a fixed metal attachment,
Forming a fitting groove for glass mounting with the attachment and the outdoor side metal member,
The shoji is characterized in that the glass is mounted in the fitting groove.

In the present invention, the surface of the inner portion in the in-plane direction that is continuous with the indoor synthetic resin member is formed on the indoor side of the glass in the attachment, and the same design as the surface of the indoor synthetic resin member It can be.
In this way, the surface of the inner portion in the in-plane direction on the indoor side of the glass of the attachment and the surface of the indoor side synthetic resin member look the same, so the appearance from the indoor side is good.

In the present invention, a design sheet having the same design as the surface of the indoor synthetic resin member can be adhered to the surface of the inner portion in the in-plane direction of the attachment.
If it does in this way, it can be set as the shoji which has the good appearance from the indoor side by the simple operation | work which only sticks the sheet | seat for designs.

In the present invention, the inner portion in the in-plane direction of the attachment is an inner plate facing the indoor outer direction,
By attaching the attachments having different lengths of the inner plate, the size of the opening of the fitting groove can be changed in the indoor outside direction so that a single plate glass or a multi-layer glass can be selected and attached as the glass.
If it does in this way, it can be set as the shoji which attached the single plate glass and the shoji equipped with the multilayer glass by exchanging an attachment.

In this invention, the drainage part which drains the dew condensation water which flowed down to the inner side part of the in-plane direction of the attachment between the indoor side synthetic resin member and the attachment in the lower iron can be formed inside the lower iron.
In this way, it is possible to prevent the condensed water generated on the indoor side surface of the glass from draining from the inner part of the attachment to the inside of the lower casing and flowing down to the indoor side.

In the present invention, the indoor side synthetic resin member of the lower arm shall have a main body and a protruding plate facing inward in the in-plane direction provided on the main body,
The attachment has a substantially U-shaped cross section with a mounting plate, an inward plate, and an inner plate, and the mounting plate is fixedly attached to the metal member on the outdoor side of the lower arm so that condensed water flows down to the inner plate of the attachment.
A gap is formed between the projecting plate of the indoor side synthetic resin member and the inward plate and the inner plate of the attachment, and the drain plate is formed so that condensed water flows into the gap. Can be diagonal.
If it does in this way, the dew condensation water which arose on the indoor side surface etc. of glass flows smoothly toward a clearance gap along an inner side board, and can be drained from the clearance gap inside a lower gutter.

According to this invention, since the cocoon main body of each cage | basket has an indoor side synthetic resin member and an outdoor side metal member, it is a shoji excellent in heat insulation.
In addition, the outdoor side metal member and metal attachment are used as a fitting groove, and glass is attached to the fitting groove, so even if the indoor synthetic resin member melts in the event of a fire, the glass is attached to the outdoor side metal member and attachment. Since it can be held, the glass will not fall out in the event of a fire.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, sliding doors 2 are slidably attached to the indoor side and the outdoor side of the frame body 1 to form sliding windows.
The frame 1 has an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, and left and right vertical frames 12 connected in a square shape.
Each of the shojis 2 is configured by attaching a glass 25 to a cage assembly 24 in which an upper cage 20, a lower cage 21, a summing cage 22, and a door rod 23 are connected in a square shape.

The upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, and the left and right vertical frames 12 of the frame 1 are formed by connecting the indoor side metal members 10 a, 11 a, and 12 a and the outdoor side metal members 10 b, 11 b, and 12 b with heat insulating materials 10 c, 11 c, and 12 c. In the heat insulating member, the frame 1 is excellent in heat insulating properties.
For example, an aluminum heat insulating shape member in which an indoor side member of an aluminum extruded shape member and an outdoor side member of an aluminum extruded shape member are coupled with a heat insulating material.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper cage 20, the lower cage 21, the summon cage 22, and the door rod 23 combine the indoor side synthetic resin member 30 and the outdoor side metal member 40, and inward in the in-plane direction. The main body 20a, 21a, 22a, 23a which has the recessed part 50 opened in this, and the metal attachment 60 provided in the recessed part 50 are provided.
The attachment 60 is fixed to the portion 40 a that forms the bottom surface of the recessed portion 50 of the outdoor side metal member 40 with screws 61.
The attachment 60 is not limited to screws. For example, an engagement piece may be provided on one of the attachment 60 and the outdoor side metal member 40 and an engagement receiving piece may be provided on the other, and the engagement piece and the engagement receiving piece may be engaged and fixed.
Further, the fixing position is not limited to the aforementioned portion 40a.
The attachment 60 is continuous over the entire length of the heel in the longitudinal direction.
The attachment groove 60 and the outdoor side metal member 40 form a fitting groove 70 for glass attachment, and the glass 25 is attached to the fitting groove 70. For example, the gasket 26 is attached.

Since it is like this, each cage | basket is a shoji excellent in heat insulation since it is excellent in heat insulation.
In addition, since the glass 25 is held by the outdoor side metal member 40 and the metal attachment 60, the glass 25 does not fall off even if the indoor side synthetic resin member 30 is melted in the event of a fire.

The inner portion 60a in the in-plane direction that forms the fitting groove 70 in the attachment 60 is on the indoor side of the glass 25 and toward the indoor outer side, and the inner end surface 30a in the in-plane direction of the indoor-side synthetic resin member 30 It is continuous so as to be substantially flush.
The surface of the inner portion 60a is subjected to a surface treatment so that the metal surface cannot be seen indoors.
For example, the design sheet 80 is adhered to the surface, paint is applied, or the surface is printed.

Preferably, the surface of the inner portion 60 a has the same design as the surface of the indoor side synthetic resin member 30.
The same design means that the color is the same, the pattern is the same, or the color and the pattern are the same, and the appearance is the same. In addition, although it is preferable that it is exactly the same, the case where it differs a little is also included.
For example, a design sheet 80 having the same design as the surface of the indoor side synthetic resin member 30 is attached.
The design sheet 80 is preferably a wrapping sheet material.

Since it is like this, since the metal surface of the metal attachment 60 is not seen when seen from the inside, the appearance from the indoor side is good.
In particular, if the design is the same as the surface of the indoor side synthetic resin member 30, the appearance from the indoor side will be even better.
Further, when the design sheet 80 is pasted, the work is simple, and therefore, the shoji that looks good from the indoor side can be obtained with a simple work.

Next, the specific shape of each member will be described.
The indoor-side synthetic resin member 30 includes a main body 31 and a protruding plate 32 that protrudes inward in the in-plane direction from the inner side surface 31 a in the in-plane direction of the main body 31.
For example, a resin extruded shape.
The protruding end surface 32a of the protruding plate 32 is the aforementioned inner end surface 30a.
The indoor side surface 31b of the main body 31 and the indoor side surface 32b of the protruding plate 32 are substantially flush with each other.
The outdoor-side metal member 40 includes a main body 41 and a protruding plate 42 that protrudes inward from the inner side surface 41a in the in-plane direction of the main body 41.
For example, an aluminum extruded shape.
The inner side surface 41a of the main body 41 is a portion 40a that forms the bottom surface of the recessed portion 50 described above.
Each of the protruding plates 32 and 42 may be solid or may have a hollow portion.

The main body 31 of the indoor side synthetic resin member 30 and the main body 41 of the outdoor side metal member 40 are combined, and the protruding end surface 42a of the protruding plate 42 and the protruding end surface 32b of the protruding plate 32 are substantially in the same position in the in-plane direction. At the same time, the inner surface 31a, 41a of each main body 31, 41 and each protruding plate 32, 42 form the above-described recessed portion 50.

The indoor side synthetic resin member 30 of the summon bowl 22 has a bowl-shaped main body 31 and a protruding plate 32 connected to the main body 31, and the protruding end of the protruding plate 32 is folded toward the outdoor side. It bends and engages with the inside on the indoor side of the main body 41 of the outdoor side metal member 40.

The metal attachment 60 includes a mounting plate 62 facing in an indoor outside direction (out-of-plane direction), an inward plate 63 facing inward in an in-plane direction continuous with an indoor side end portion of the mounting plate 62, and the inward plate. 63 is a long material having a substantially U-shaped cross section with an inner plate 64 which is continuous with the inner end portion in the in-plane direction 63 and faces the outdoor side in the indoor outer direction. For example, an aluminum extruded shape.
The mounting plate 62 is fixedly attached to the inner side surface 41 a of the main body 41 with screws 61, and a fitting groove 70 is formed by the inward plate 63, the inner plate 64, and the protruding plate 42 of the outdoor side metal member 40.
The inner plate 64 is in substantially the same position in the in-plane direction as the protruding end surface 32a of the protruding plate 32, and the inner plate 64 is the aforementioned inner portion 60a in the in-plane direction.
The outdoor end of the inner plate 64 and the protruding end of the inward plate 42 of the outdoor metal member 40 form the opening of the fitting groove 70 at the same position in the in-plane direction, and the gasket 26 described above. Is attached.

The longitudinal end surfaces of the upper and lower rods 20 and 21 are connected to the inner side of the summing rod 22 and the door rod 23 in the in-plane direction. The longitudinal end surfaces of the attachments 60 attached to the summit bar 22 and the door toe bar 23 are in contact with the plate 64.

Since the screw hole 43 is provided upward on the inner side surface 41a in the in-plane direction of the main body 41 of the outdoor side metal member 40 of the lower rod 21, a pair of the mounting plate 62 of the attachment 60 is spaced apart in the out-of-plane direction. A hanging piece 62a is provided, and the attachment 60 is fixedly attached by screwing the screw 61 into the screw hole 43 from above so that the pair of hanging pieces 62a are in contact with the inner side surface 41a.

Since the opening portion of the fitting groove 70 is formed by the outdoor side end portion of the inner plate 64 of the attachment 60 and the protruding end portion of the protruding plate 42 of the outdoor side metal member 40, the length of the inner plate 64 is set. By changing the size, the dimension of the opening of the fitting groove 70 in the indoor outside direction can be increased or decreased.
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, by attaching the attachment 60 having the long inner plate 64, the size of the opening portion of the fitting groove 70 in the indoor outside direction is reduced, and a single plate glass can be attached as the glass 25.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, by attaching the attachment 60 having a short inner plate 64, the size of the opening portion of the fitting groove 70 in the indoor outside direction can be increased, and a multi-layer glass can be attached as the glass 25.

As described above, since the inner plate 64 of the attachment 60 faces the indoor outside direction (out-of-plane direction) on the indoor side from the glass 25, the inner plate 64 can be used as a handle.
Therefore, it is possible to easily open and close the shoji by placing a hand on the inner plate 64 of the summoning tub 22 and the door toe tub 23.

In addition, if the attachment 60 is as described above, condensed water generated on the indoor side surface of the glass 25 may flow down to the inner plate 64 of the attachment 60 of the lower lid 21 and flow into the indoor side. A drainage part is formed in the indoor side part rather than the glass 25, and the dew condensation water that has flowed down to the inner side plate 64 of the attachment 60 can be drained into the lower casing 21 so as not to flow down to the indoor side.

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, gaps a and b are formed between the protruding plate 32 of the indoor side synthetic resin member 30 of the lower arm 21 and the inward plate 63 and the inner plate 64 of the attachment 60, and the inner plate 64. The condensed water that has flowed down into the gaps a and b is discharged into the lower gutter 21.

In such a case, the indoor side portion or the whole of the inner plate 64 is inclined so that the indoor side is lower than the outdoor side with respect to the horizontal, and the dew condensation water that has flowed down to the inner plate 64 becomes gaps a and b. It can be made easier to flow.

In the above description, the sliding door is a sliding door, but it can be used as a sliding door.
