Description

The present invention relates to a stretcher bar for a laver-cultivating material that is used to stretch or sink a laver net by stretching a laver net used for aquaculture.

Conventionally, in order to expand and stretch a laver net, the net is tied and fixed to a stretcher rod for laver net with a rope at regular intervals, but the number is very large, and it is desired to improve the efficiency of the work required for tying and fixing. ing.

As shown in FIG. 25, the nori bar for the seaweed net is formed with an insertion through hole 2 through which a rope for fixing the seaweed culture material is formed on the outer peripheral surface of both ends of the round bamboo material 1, or as shown in FIG. In some cases, through holes 4 for inserting a rope for fixing the laver culture material are formed at both ends of the hollow tube 3 made of synthetic resin. In addition, as another nodule rod for laver net, there is a hollow tube 7 in which resin-made hollow joints 6 are fitted to both ends of a support pipe 5 as shown in FIG. Further, in the hollow tube 7 shown in FIGS. 28 and 29, an insertion through hole 8 for inserting a rope for fixing the laver culture material is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the joint 6, and a notch for supporting the rope is formed at the end. A slit 9 is formed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As this nori culture material, for example, as shown in FIG. 30, there are a pillar 10 pierced into the seabed, a rope 11 attached to the pillar 10, a nori net 13, and the like. In FIG. 28, the laver net 13 provided at the edge of the laver net 13 (see FIG. 31) is engaged with the notch slit 9, so that the laver net 13 is arranged at a predetermined position in the seawater.

By the way, a pair of insertion through-holes 2 and 4 provided in the round bamboo material 1 and the hollow tube 3 are respectively provided, and each pair of insertion through-holes 2 and 4 is formed on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the round bamboo material 1 and the hollow tube 3. Each is open. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 32, the joint 6 is provided with a pair of insertion through holes 8 and 8.

In order to connect the rope 11 for fixing the laver culture material to the pair of insertion holes 8 and 8, it is necessary to insert the rope into the pair of insertion holes 8 and 8 (about the insertion holes 2 and 4). The same). At this time, it is easy to first insert the end portion of the rope 11 into one of the pair of insertion through holes 8 and 8.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-2768

However, since the rope 11 is soft or needs to look for the other insertion through hole 8, the end of the rope 11 inserted into one insertion through hole 8 is inserted into the other insertion through hole 8. It was not easy. The same applies to the insertion through holes 2 and 4.

For this reason, by attaching a through-rod manufactured conventionally with a wire or the like to the end of the rope, and inserting the through-rod into one of the pair of insertion through-holes 8, 8 and then pulling it out from the other insertion through-hole 8, The rope 11 was inserted into the pair of insertion through holes 8, 8, and then the threading rod was removed from the end of the rope 11, and then the end of the rope 11 was connected to the joint 6. As a result, it was inefficient to use a threaded bar made of wire or the like.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an extension rod for nori culture material that can be easily and quickly inserted through a rope for fixing the nori culture material.

In order to achieve this object, the nori stick for laver culture material according to the present invention has an insertion hole for fixing the nori culture material opened on the outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the hollow tube, and the insertion hole is formed in the hollow tube. It is provided in the cylinder part opened on the mutually opposite side of an outer peripheral surface, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
To do.

According to the extension rod for nori culture material of this structure, the rope for fixing the nori culture material can be easily and quickly inserted.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a nori bar for nori culture material and a nori culture material joint used therefor will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a floating culture method using a float instead of the support system as shown in FIG.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 22 denotes a nori culture material extender bar, reference numeral 23 denotes a float attached to the nori culture egg extension rod 22 via a rope 21, and reference numeral 24 denotes a nori culture material extension bar 22 supported as a hollow tube. It is a net.

Further, the nori culture material extender bar 22 has a support pipe 25 made of a resin pipe, and joints 26 and 26 for nori culture material attached to both ends of the support pipe 25.

This seaweed culture material joint 26 has a joint body 27 (see FIGS. 1 to 3) in which one end 27 a is fitted and fixed to the end of the support pipe 25. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in the middle portion of the joint main body 27 in the axial direction, the tube extends in the diametrical direction to the opposite side portions, and both ends are formed integrally with the inner surface of the joint main body 27. A portion 28 is provided. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, an insertion hole 29 is formed in the cylindrical portion 28, which opens to portions on the opposite sides of the outer peripheral surface of the joint body 27. In FIG. 4, 29 a and 29 b are openings of the insertion holes 29 into the outer peripheral surface of the joint body 27. Further, the rope 21 tied to the float 23 is passed through the insertion hole 29 and then tied to the joint body 27 as shown in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, pipe fitting receiving ports 27 a 1 and 27 b 1 are formed in the one end portion 27 a and the other end portion 27 b of the joint body 27 with the tube portion 28 interposed therebetween. In addition, in the other end portion 27 b of the joint body 27, reinforcing ribs 30, 30 formed integrally with the outer peripheral surface of the central portion in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 28 and the inner peripheral surface of the joint body 27 are provided.

Further, the reinforcing rib 30 extends in the longitudinal direction of the joint body 27, and the protruding amount gradually decreases toward the end face side of the other end portion 27b. Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, communication holes 31 for communicating the pipe fitting holes 27a1 and 27b1 are formed on both sides of the reinforcing rib 30 (see FIG. 5).

As shown in FIG. 8, the insertion hole 29 gradually increases in diameter from the central portion toward the openings 29a and 29b at both ends. Therefore, by forming the openings 29 a and 29 b slightly larger than the thickness of the rope 21, the rope 21 can be more easily passed through the insertion hole 29. In FIG. 8, the insertion hole 29 has a diameter of d1 at the center and a diameter near the openings 29a and 29b is d2 (d2> d1). In addition, a step 29c is provided at the openings 29a and 29b so as to be slightly larger than the diameter d2.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, notch slits 32, 32 extending in a direction parallel to the axis (center line) and opened to the end face are formed on the opposite side of the other end 27b of the joint body 27. (See FIGS. 3 and 5). By providing the notch slits 32, 32, the other end 27b side of the joint body 27 is divided into two semi-cylindrical portions 27b2, 27b2. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the notch slits 32 and 32 are provided corresponding to the openings 29a and 29b.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, a guide portion 33 for inserting a laver net is formed at the open end portion of the notch slit 32 so as to expand in a tapered shape toward the end surface. In addition, a laver net tight hole 34 is formed at the end and the middle of the cutout slit 32 opposite to the open end.

Reinforcing ribs 36, 36 formed integrally with the joint body 27 so as to be positioned on both sides of each notch slit 32 are provided in the other end 27 b of the joint body 27. The base portions of the reinforcing ribs 36 are formed integrally with the side portion on the end portion side of the cylindrical portion 28. The reinforcing rib 36 extends along the notch slit 32 to the side of the seaweed net tight hole 35, and the protruding amount and the width gradually decrease as it approaches the seaweed net tight hole 35. Is formed.

The reinforcing ribs 30, 30 and 36, 36 increase the strength against the twisting force of the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2, 27b2, the force to open the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2, 27b2, and the like. Even if a large torsional force acts on the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2 and 27b2 from the laver net 24a held on the seam, the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2 and 27b2 are prevented from being twisted and the joint body 27 is cracked from the notch slit 32 portion. To prevent the occurrence of this.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a laver net 24 a around the laver net 24 is engaged with the laver net retaining hole 34.
(Modification 1)
In the above-described embodiment, the communication hole 31 for communicating the pipe fitting receiving ports 27a1 and 27b1 is provided. However, the communication hole 31 is not necessarily provided. For example, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a partition wall portion 37 for partitioning the pipe fitting receiving ports 27a1 and 27b1 is provided in the joint body 27, and a tube is formed on the pipe fitting receiving port 27b1 side of the partition wall portion 37. A part 28 may be provided and the partition part 37 and the cylinder part 28 may be used.

In this case, both end portions of the support pipe 25 of the nori culture material extender bar 22 are closed by the seaweed culture material joints 26 and 26, and the support pipe 25 serves as a float. As you can see, no float is required.
(Modification 2)
In addition, as shown in FIG. 13, the laver net 24a can be tied to the seaweed culture material joint 26 with a rope 38 inserted through the insertion hole 29 and fixed.
(Modification 3)
Further, instead of the reinforcing ribs 30 and 36 of the first embodiment, reinforcing ribs 39 and 40 as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 may be provided in the pipe fitting receiving port 27b1. The reinforcing rib 39 is formed integrally with the joint body 27 so as to be positioned substantially at the center of the notch slits 32 and 32. The reinforcing rib 40 is formed integrally with the joint body 27 so as to correspond to the notch slit 32.

Even in this configuration, only the positions where the reinforcing ribs 39 and 40 are provided are different from those of the first embodiment, and both ends of the support pipe 25 of the nori culture material extender bar 22 are closed by the nori culture material joints 26 and 26. Since the support pipe 25 serves as a float, no float is required.

Further, the reinforcing rib 39 increases the strength against the twisting force of the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2 and 27b2, the force for opening the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2 and 27b2, and the like. In addition, the reinforcing rib 40 is provided at a portion where cracking is likely to occur (portion corresponding to the notch slit 32).

For this reason, even if a large twisting force acts on the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2 and 27b2 from the nori-mesh rope 24a held in the nori-mesh rope retaining holes 34 and 35, the semi-cylindrical portions 27b2 and 27b2 are prevented from being twisted in advance. This prevents the joint body 27 from cracking from the notch slit 32.
(Modification 4)
Further, the cutout slit 32 of the third modification may be omitted and the configuration shown in FIGS. In the fourth modification, the lengths and the like of the reinforcing ribs 39 and 40 are the same. Also in this modified example 4, both ends of the support pipe 25 of the nori culture material extender bar 22 are closed by the nori culture material joints 26, 26, and the support pipe 25 serves as a float. It becomes unnecessary.
(Modification 5)
Further, the reinforcing ribs 39 and 40 of the modified example 4 may be omitted and configured as shown in FIGS. Also in this modified example 5, both ends of the support pipe 25 of the nori culture material extension bar 22 are closed by the nori culture material joints 26, 26, and the support pipe 25 serves as a float. Become.
(Modification 6)
Furthermore, in addition to the configuration of the modified example 4, as shown in FIGS. 21 and 22, a V-shaped fitting jig cutout 41 is provided at the other end 27b of the joint body 27, and the outer periphery of the joint body 27 is also provided. It is good also as a structure which provided the 1-some reinforcement rib 42 extended cyclically | annularly to the surface in the circumferential direction.
