Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、可動ターボ機械ブレードの表面部分を補修する表面再生の方法に関する。方法は、金属粒子が電気分解によって上記表面に堆積させられることを特徴とする。電気分解は、パッドによる電気分解、槽中またはマイクロ槽での電気分解、あるいはこれらの組み合わせを含む形式の電気分解である。
本発明は、摩擦によって摩耗したチタニウムまたはチタニウム合金製のブレード根元部の表面部分の表面再生に、有利に適用される。

Claims (13)
- チタニウムまたはチタニウム合金で作られた可動ターボ機械ブレードの表面部分を補修する表面再生の方法であって、
ニッケル、コバルト、または2つの金属の組み合わせが、電気分解によって前記表面部分に堆積させられる、方法。 - 金属の堆積が、パッドによる電気分解によって実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属の堆積が、槽中での電気分解によって実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属の堆積が、マイクロ槽での電気分解によって実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属の堆積が、パッドによる電気分解を槽中またはマイクロ槽での電気分解に組み合わせる少なくとも2つの工程にて実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ファンブレードへと適用される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電解質が、スルファミン酸ニッケルを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 10μmから1mmの間の金属槽が堆積させられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面部分が、ブレード根元部に位置している、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の表面再生補修方法。
- ブレード根元部が蟻継ぎの断面を有し、前記表面部分が、ブレードのうちの軸方向において当接をする表面部分である、請求項9に表面再生方法。
- 蟻継ぎの根元部および軸方向における当接面を有する可動ターボ機械ブレードであって、
前記軸方向における当接面が、電気分解によって堆積させられた金属コーティングで少なくとも部分的に覆われている、ブレード。 - チタニウムまたはチタニウム合金で作られており、
金属コーティングが、ニッケル、コバルト、または2者の組み合わせを含む、請求項11に記載のブレード。 - 請求項11または12に記載のブレードを有する、ターボ機械。
