図2は本発明に係る筋肉トレーニング器の別の態様の形態を示す側面図である。図2に示す筋肉トレーニング器は足置き部材1の上面に足置き部3を形成し、裏面に脚12を形成して底部を床面13から上げて、裏面に伸縮部材取り付け部4を形成し、該伸縮部材取り付け部4に伸縮部材2を取り付け、該伸縮部材2に連結部6と足掛け部7を形成したものである。この態様においては、方向変換部5は足掛け部材1の端部面14がその役割を担っており、使用する際には連結部6を足掛け部材1の裏面から上に出して、端部面14に宛がい、ここを支点として方向を変換するものである。この様に足置き部材1の端部面14も方向変換部5として使用することができる。この場合、端部面14の形状は任意であり、内側に窪んでいても良いし、外側に突出していても良い。又、勿論のこと、他に任意の方向変換部を形成しても良い。  FIG. 2 is a side view showing another embodiment of the muscle training device according to the present invention.
