Description

The present invention relates to a receiver that receives a pachinko ball falling from a pachinko machine (a so-called out tank), and more particularly to a receiver that can efficiently absorb the impact of a falling pachinko ball and has excellent durability.

The pachinko amusement hall has pachinko islands with a large number of pachinko machines arranged on both sides. Inside each pachinko island, a pachinko ball such as an out ball that is dropped and discharged from each pachinko machine is received once. A receiver is installed for delivery to the collector. Such a receptor is described, for example, in US Pat.

FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the back side of the pachinko machine. The pachinko machine 1 is supplied with a pachinko ball to a ball supply tray 22 and enters various prize ball openings or a pachinko ball 2 from an out ball exit 24 via a flow passage (not shown) in a structural plate 23 below the ball supply tray 22. It falls like an arrow and is received by the receiver 10. The pachinko ball 2 that has entered the receiver 10 is discharged to the outside from the discharge port 17 of the receiver 10 through the guide path 25, the counter 26, and the guide tube 27, and is sent to the ball collecting device through a conveyance path (not shown). . The receiver 10 is fixed to a counter (not shown) independently of the pachinko machine 1. The receptacle 10 has a resin container main body 13 whose upper end is open and the bottom surface is inclined toward the discharge port 17, and a soft elastic plate 14 made of a rubber plate attached in close contact with the bottom.

The pachinko balls 2 falling from the pachinko machine 1 collide with the bottom surface of the receiver 10 with an impact force corresponding to the dropping speed. However, if the bottom surface is highly repulsive, the pachinko balls may jump out and jump out of the receiver 10. . Therefore, a method is generally adopted in which the peripheral wall of the receiver 10 is raised so that the pachinko ball does not jump out even if it jumps. However, when the peripheral wall of the receiver 10 is raised, there is a problem that the height from the pachinko ball discharge portion on the pachinko machine 1 side to the receiver 10 must be designed to be large accordingly.

In order to solve this problem, the pachinko ball receiver 10 described in Patent Document 1 is provided with an impact absorbing member such as a soft elastic elastic plate having a rebound resilience of 10% or less on the bottom surface of the receiver 10. By absorbing the impact of the ball by its elastic deformation, the pachinko ball is devised so as not to jump out to the outside without increasing the peripheral wall of the receiver 10.

However, a soft material having a rebound resilience of 10% or less as described above has a large impact absorbing ability but has a low wear resistance and has a problem in durability. Therefore, the replacement frequency of the shock absorbing member is increased, and a lot of labor and cost are required for maintenance. Therefore, unsolved problems remain for practical use. Therefore, the present invention aims to solve such problems in the receptor.

The receiver of the pachinko ball of the present invention that solves the above problems is a receiver that receives the pachinko ball falling from the pachinko machine and guides the pachinko ball to the discharge port (17).
A container body (13) having a bottom (11) and a peripheral wall (12);
A plate-shaped soft elastic plate (14) capable of flexural deformation with a frame portion (19) projecting on the lower side of the outer peripheral edge, and
The frame portion (19) of the soft elastic plate (14) is disposed on the upper surface of the bottom portion (11) of the container body (13), and the upper surface of the bottom portion (11) and the lower surface of the soft elastic plate (14). A space (3) is formed between them,
The impact of a pachinko ball falling from a pachinko machine is configured to be absorbed by vertical bending deformation in the space portion (3) of the soft elastic plate (14). Item 1).
The above-mentioned soft elastic plate is an elastic plate having rubber-like properties, and is made of a synthetic rubber material, a natural rubber material, or a soft plastic material.

In the above configuration, the cushioning material (21) can be interposed in the space portion (3) formed between the upper surface of the bottom portion (11) and the lower surface of the soft elastic plate (14).

In any one of the configurations described above, the slack surface is formed such that the pachinko ball discharge port (17) is formed in the peripheral wall (12), and the upper surface of the soft elastic plate (14) rolls the pachinko ball toward the discharge port (17). (Claim 3).

In the above configuration, the height of each part of the frame part (19) of the soft elastic plate (14) can be gradually lowered as it approaches the discharge port (17).

The pachinko ball receiver according to the present invention is configured to absorb the impact of the pachinko ball falling from the pachinko machine by bending deformation in the vertical direction in the space portion 3 of the soft elastic plate 14, as described in claim 1. ing. In this way, by adopting a method of absorbing the impact of the pachinko balls falling by the bending deformation using the lower space 3 of the soft elastic plate 14, even if the material of the soft elastic plate 14 has a hardness of a certain level or more, Since it only needs to be processed into a thickness and a frame height that can be flexibly deformed, it can be made of a material having high wear resistance. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a receiver that can sufficiently absorb a drop impact of a pachinko ball and is excellent in durability.

In the pachinko ball receiver, as described in claim 2, a cushioning material can be disposed in the space portion 3 formed between the upper surface of the bottom portion and the lower surface of the soft elastic plate. When the cushioning material is disposed in the space 3 in this manner, the soft elastic plate is further stabilized and the deformation of the soft elastic plate is also smoothed.

In any one of the pachinko ball receivers, as described in claim 3, a pachinko ball discharge port is formed at a position in contact with the upper surface of the soft elastic plate on the peripheral wall, and the upper surface of the soft elastic plate is formed on the upper surface of the soft elastic plate. It can be set as the inclined surface where a ball rolls toward the said discharge port. If comprised in this way, a pachinko ball can be smoothly discharged | emitted from a discharge port.

Further, in the case of the pachinko ball receiver as described in claim 4, since the formation of the inclined surface only has to incline the height of the frame portion constituting the soft elastic plate, the structure is simple. Thus, an inclined surface can be formed.

Next, the best embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a soft elastic plate 14 and a support plate 20 disposed in a container body 13 of a receptacle 10 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an assembled state thereof, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the receptacle. 4 and 4 are sectional views taken along arrows IV-IV in FIG.
In these drawings, the receiver 10 includes a container body 13, a soft elastic plate 14, and a support plate 20. The container body 13 is made of resin or metal and includes a bottom 11 and a peripheral wall 12. On the bottom portion 11, a flexible elastic plate 14 that can be bent and deformed via a support plate 20 is bonded and fixed or placed.

The bottom part 11 and the peripheral wall 12 of the container body 13 are integrated, and an attachment part (not shown) is connected to the lower side of the bottom part 11, and the container body 13 is attached to the counter of the pachinko island via the attachment part. As shown in FIG. 3, a discharge port 17 is formed at the center of one side of the peripheral wall 12 of the container main body 13, and a guide path 25 having an inclined bottom is connected to the discharge port 17. And the inlet of the communicating path of the coefficient device 26 is connected to the downstream end, and the bellows-shaped guide tube 27 is connected to the outlet. The pachinko balls discharged from the discharge port 17 pass through each part, and then sent to a pachinko ball collecting device via a conveyance path (not shown).

The soft elastic plate 14 and the support plate 20 placed on the bottom 11 of the container body 13 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 have the shapes shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The soft elastic plate 14 is formed in a rectangular plate shape as a whole, has elasticity, and is made of a synthetic rubber material or natural rubber material having a rubber hardness of about 40 to 80 degrees, a wear-resistant soft plastic material, or the like. The outer periphery has a planar shape that matches the bottom 11 of the container body 13. The soft elastic plate 14 has an elongated frame portion 19 integrally formed on the lower side only of the peripheral edge portion of the flat portion 18. As shown in FIG. 1, the height of the frame portion 19 is different in each portion, and one long side of the plane portion 18 is H1 which is the highest, and both short sides gradually increase from the height H1 toward the other long side. It falls and becomes height H2.

On the other long side, both ends thereof gradually decrease from the height H2 to the center and become the height H3. And the position of this minimum height H3 becomes the discharge part 19a of the pachinko ball, and it adjoins the discharge port 17 of FIG. A support plate 20 made of metal such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, or hard resin is bonded to the lower surface of the frame portion 19 by adhesion or the like. Alternatively, the support plate 20 is joined by pressure welding or the like. The plane of the support plate 20 is aligned with that of the soft elastic plate 14.

The entire lower surface of the frame portion 19 of the soft elastic plate 14 and the support plate 20 are fixed in contact with each other, so that the upper surface of the soft elastic plate 14 faces the discharge portion 19a as shown in FIGS. , Gradually tilt downward. That is, the soft elastic plate 14 has a slope gradually lowering from one long side to the other long side as shown by an arrow, and a slope gradually lowering from both short sides to the center side. As a result, the pachinko ball 2 that has fallen on the soft elastic plate 14 is guided to the discharge portion 19a in an arcuate locus as indicated by an arrow, regardless of where it falls.
The lower side of the support plate 20 is placed on the upper surface of the bottom 11 of the container body 13. The support plate 20 may be fixed to the upper surface of the bottom portion 11 by adhesion.

A space portion 3 is formed between the flat portion 18 of the soft elastic plate 14 and the support plate 20 due to the presence of the frame portion 19. The space part 3 may be left as it is, but the space part 3 may be provided with a low-rebound cushioning material 21 such as foamed urethane by filling or bonding. The flat surface portion 18 of the soft elastic plate 14 is a portion that receives a pachinko ball falling from the pachinko machine, but a slight twisting action of the frame portion 19 cooperates with the bending operation of the flat surface portion 18 due to an impact when the pachinko ball is received. Then, it is possible to generate a bending deformation that can sufficiently absorb the impact energy. In addition, the magnitude | size of bending deformation can be set to a desired range by changing the height of each part of the frame part 19. FIG. The exact height setting can be appropriately determined by a drop experiment of a pachinko ball.

According to the experiment in which the hardness of the soft elastic plate 14 is 50, due to the presence of the space 3 on the lower surface of the soft elastic plate 14, the fall energy of the pachinko balls received is absorbed by the deformation of the soft elastic plate 14, and the pachinko The ball almost bounced and moved on the plane toward the discharge part 19a.
When a low-rebound cushioning material 21 such as urethane foam is disposed in the space 3 formed between the flat portion 18 and the support plate 20, the resilience of the shock-absorbing material 21 is the bending of the flat portion 18. In order not to suppress the deformability, it is desirable to use a material having a sufficiently low resilience than the planar portion 18.

As shown in FIG. 3, in this embodiment, a pachinko ball discharge port 17 is formed at the center of one side of the peripheral wall 12. The pachinko balls received on the soft elastic plate 14 smoothly roll on the upper surface of the soft elastic plate 14 and are discharged from the discharge port 17 to the outside. As described above, due to the change in the height of the frame portion 19, the pachinko ball is lowered in the direction of the arrow so that the pachinko balls roll from the three peripheral portions of the soft elastic plate 14 toward the peripheral portion on the discharge portion 17 side. An inclined surface (FIGS. 2 and 4) is formed on the upper surface of the soft elastic plate 14.

Specifically, the height of the frame portion 19 on the opposite side of the illustrated discharge port 17 is set uniformly and highest over the entire length, and the height of the frame portion 19 extending at right angles from both ends thereof is , It becomes gradually lower in proportion to the extended distance. Furthermore, the height of the frame portion 19 extending from the extended tip portion toward the discharge port 17 at a right angle is set so as to become lower toward the discharge port 17, and the height of the frame portion 19 at both end portions of the discharge port 17 is set. The height is the lowest.

The pachinko ball acceptor of the present invention can be used as a pachinko ball acceptor installed for each pachinko machine inside the pachinko island.
