Description

The present invention particularly relates to a base paper for forming containers and a paper forming container for obtaining a paper forming container that can be suitably used as a baking mold for foods produced by cooking such as bread, cakes, and confectionery.

Conventionally, foods manufactured by heat cooking such as bread, cakes, confectionery and the like are usually cooked by putting food materials in baking molds made of various materials. In general, a method of repeatedly using a container obtained by press-molding aluminum as a baking mold has been widely used. Such a baking mold made of aluminum has been discarded as industrial waste without being recycled if the stain becomes noticeable or deforms during repeated use.
Furthermore, when baking food such as bread using an aluminum baking mold, before putting the food material such as bread dough into the baking mold, to make it easier to take out the food after baking or improve the finish, After applying various release oils such as margarine, rapeseed oil and soybean oil to the inner surface of the baking mold, it is necessary to perform baking. This release oil was a problem in terms of cost. In addition, since a process of applying a release oil and baking is necessary, it is a problem in terms of productivity.

As described above, paper containers are attracting attention due to problems of cost and environmental load, and food containers are provided with a release agent layer such as silicone resin on a paper base to provide oil resistance, heat resistance, and releasability. A baking mold was manufactured using a base paper (Patent Documents 1 to 3).
For such an application as a baking mold, a container shape having a seamless bottom and side portions is suitable. In the case of a rectangular shape, a four-corner tray (see Patent Document 1 and FIG. 1) is suitable.
However, these documents describe the provision of a silicone resin layer on the inner surface of the container, but this merely describes the effect of preventing food from sticking to the container surface during or after baking. Absent. That is, it does not describe the ease of taking out food from the baking mold after baking. Further, there is no description about maintaining the releasability when the container is repeatedly used as a baking mold.

Moreover, using the baking mold which bonded films and paper base materials, such as a polyethylene terephthalate, in order to improve shape retainability and intensity | strength is also performed (patent document 4). However, there has been a problem that the easy disposal and recyclability of the paper is impaired by laminating the paper substrate and the film. Furthermore, by laminating the film, the gas permeability such as the air permeability or water vapor permeability of the base material is impaired, and as a result, the gas such as water vapor generated from the food material during cooking is prevented from being released, and the container May be deformed or the appearance of food may be affected. In addition, when cooking, high temperature gas does not reach the inside of the container, and thus there is a problem that food is not burnt or uniform heating is prevented. Although such a problem was dealt with by providing a hole at the bottom of the container, an extra step of drilling was necessary, and a problem of appearance of food could occur.

The present invention solves the above problems.
That is, according to the present invention, paper molding that has oil resistance, mold release, heat resistance, moderate gas permeability, easy to take out the baked food, and maintains the surface mold release even after repeated use. It is for obtaining the container and the base paper for molded containers which can obtain this container.

The present invention has the following configuration in order to solve the above problems.
That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a release agent layer is provided on at least one surface of the base paper, and the dynamic friction coefficient of the release agent layer surface (according to the horizontal method of JIS-P8147, the bottom surface of the weight is made of ABS resin, (Measured assuming that the pressure applied to 1.96 kPa) is 0.3 or less and the air permeability (JIS-P8117) is 100 to 5000.

2nd of this invention is the base paper for shaping | molding containers as described in 1st of this invention which provided the undercoat layer between the base paper and the release agent layer.

A third aspect of the present invention is a paper molding container constituted by a single blank sheet made of the base paper for a molding container according to any one of the first and second aspects of the present invention.

According to the present invention, a paper molded container having oil resistance, mold release, heat resistance, moderate gas permeability, easy to take out the baked food, and maintaining the mold release even after repeated use, And it became possible to obtain the base paper for molded containers which can obtain this container.

The pulp constituting the base paper of the forming container base paper in the present invention will be described below.
As natural pulp fibers, wood fibers (chemical pulp, mechanical pulp), non-wood fibers and the like are arbitrarily used as necessary. Among the wood fibers, examples of chemical pulp include kraft pulp and sulfite pulp. These pulps may be unbleached or bleached. Examples of mechanical pulp include groundwood pulp (GP), refiner groundwood pulp (RGP), and thermomechanical pulp (TMP) obtained by heating and refining wood chips.
Of these mechanical pulps, TMP is optimal in terms of strength. In addition, as TMP, C-TMP which refines under pressure after chemically processing a wood chip | tip, BC-TMP etc. which performed the bleaching process etc. shall be included. Moreover, among these wood fiber pulps, pulps having a long fiber length obtained from conifers are preferably used for improving the strength of the base paper.

The above various pulp fibers can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Moreover, a synthetic resin fiber can be mixed as needed in the range which does not impair the effect of this invention.
In addition, since the use container is a container used for the food for bread baking, it is suitable to use the fresh pulp which does not contain an impurity.

The base paper for molded containers of the present invention is a base paper provided with a release agent layer, and the dynamic friction coefficient of the surface of the release agent layer is 0.3 or less, and more preferably 0.25 or less. In addition, the dynamic friction coefficient in this invention is based on the horizontal method of JIS-P8147, and measured the bottom surface of the weight as ABS resin, and the pressure applied to a bottom surface is 1.96 kPa.
If the dynamic friction coefficient exceeds 0.3, the food cannot be smoothly taken out from the container after baking. Accordingly, it is necessary to give an impact to the container when the food is taken out, so that the container is deformed or damaged, and as a result, the number of repeated uses is reduced.
In the present invention, the value in the longitudinal direction of the base paper is adopted as the dynamic friction coefficient.

In the present invention, the base paper for forming containers has moderate gas permeability.
The reason is that when a paper container made of the base paper is used as a baking mold, the food material contains almost moisture, and a large amount of water vapor is generated during cooking. Also, a lot of gas such as carbon dioxide gas is generated from baking powder contained in bread. Therefore, it becomes possible to avoid the deformation | transformation of a container and the influence on the external appearance of a foodstuff by having appropriate gas permeability | transmittance to a container.
In addition, when the water vapor permeability is not sufficient, the escape of water vapor generated during cooking is hindered, so that the water vapor tends to escape rapidly in the thickness direction of the container paper when the pressure is increased. A pinhole, peeling, etc. may generate | occur | produce in the provided release agent layer, As a result, there exists a possibility that the mold release property of the foodstuff after cooking may deteriorate.
In addition, when the air permeability is not sufficient, since the high-temperature gas outside the container does not reach the inside of the container during cooking, there is a problem that the food is prevented from being burnt or uniform heating is prevented. Such a problem can be dealt with by making a hole in the bottom portion of the container, but there is a possibility that an extra step is required or the appearance of the food is adversely affected.
In the present invention, the air permeability (JIS-P8117) required as a forming container base paper for the above reason is specifically 100 to 5000 seconds. If it exceeds 5000 seconds, the air permeability and water vapor permeability are not sufficient, and there are problems that the food inside is not scorched during cooking, or pinholes are generated in the release agent layer. Moreover, in the case of less than 100 seconds, the release agent layer is not sufficiently formed, and when used as a baking mold, the releasability from food is not exhibited.

In the present invention, the release agent layer is formed from a silicone resin, a fluorine-based resin, or a resin containing these.
Specific examples of the fluorine-based resin that can be used to form the release agent layer in the present invention include polytetrafluoroethylene resin, tetrafluoroethylene-6fluoropropylene copolymer resin, and ethylene-4-fluoride. An ethylene copolymer resin, a polyvinylidene fluoride resin, a polyvinyl fluoride resin, or the like can be used. These can be used alone or in admixture of two or more.

In addition, as a silicone resin that can be used to form the release agent layer in the present invention, specifically, trimethylchlorosilane, dimethyldichlorosilane, methyltrichlorosilane, diphenyldichlorosilane, phenyltrichlorosilane, methylvinyldichlorosilane, and the like. Examples include hydrolysis and polymers. These can be used alone or in admixture of two or more.
Moreover, the form of the silicone resin can be any of a solvent type, a solventless type, and an emulsion type. Among these, a solventless type is preferable from the viewpoint of odor and safety.
The coating amount of the silicone resin is preferably 0.5 to 3.0 g / m 2, if the coating amount is less than 0.5 g / m 2, poor peelability with food, also 3. If it exceeds 0 g / m 2 , not only the economic efficiency is impaired, but also gas permeability and water vapor permeability are impaired.

In the present invention, in order to prevent the release agent liquid from penetrating into the base paper and efficiently apply it, and to effectively exhibit the release performance, between the base paper and the above-mentioned release agent layer. It is preferable to provide an undercoat layer. The undercoat layer is particularly preferably a water-soluble resin such as polyvinyl alcohol or polystyrene-acrylic copolymer, or an aqueous emulsion from the viewpoint of effectively preventing penetration of the release agent without reducing air permeability.
Moreover, 0.2-2.0 g / m < 2 > is suitable for the coating amount of the said undercoat, More preferably, it is 0.5-1.0 g / m < 2 >. When the coating amount is less than 0.2 g / m 2 , the peelability from food is poor, and when it exceeds 2.0 g / m 2 , gas permeability and water vapor permeability are impaired, which is not preferable.

In the present invention, a base paper having a paper basis weight of 200 to 500 g / m 2 is used.
If the basis weight is lower than 200 g / m 2, the rigidity of the container after the container is formed is not sufficient, and there is a problem that it cannot withstand repeated use. On the other hand, if the basis weight is higher than 500 g / m 2 , the rigidity of the base paper that is bent to form the container is too high, and the efficiency of container formation is reduced.

In the present invention, a base paper having a paper thickness of 270 to 1000 μm is used as the base paper. In order to obtain a paper container made of a single blank sheet, it is possible to use the base paper in the above-mentioned range, the paper molded container has an appropriate rigidity, can be prevented from being deformed, and is molded. It is suitable because it has suitability and workability.

[Dynamic friction coefficient]
According to the horizontal method of JIS-P8147, the bottom surface of the weight was measured with the ABS resin and the pressure applied to the bottom surface was measured to be 1.96 kPa with respect to the release agent layer surface of the forming container base paper obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples.
In the present invention, the value in the longitudinal direction of the base paper is adopted as the dynamic friction coefficient.

[Cooking aptitude]
The base paper for forming containers obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples is punched into a predetermined shape (FIG. 1), is divided into a bottom surface and a side surface by ruled lines, the side surface portion is folded, and a corner of the side surface portion is further formed. The container was folded and overlapped, and the outer side surface and the corner of the container were bonded with a vinyl acetate adhesive to obtain a paper molded container (FIG. 2).
The paper molded container obtained above was used as a baking mold, filled with frozen bread dough (made by Ajinomoto Co., Inc.), subjected to a cooking test at 220 ° C. for 15 minutes in an oven, and cooking suitability was evaluated.
In the evaluation method, the portion of the baked bread that was in contact with the bottom of the container was scorched and completely burned, and the scorched and semi-baked one was rated as x.

[Releasability]
The above cooking test was repeated 15 times for the same container, and the releasability between the bread and the baking mold was evaluated. The evaluation method is ○, in which the releasability between the baked bread and the baking mold (a state where the bread is peeled without resistance and the dough does not adhere to the baking mold) is maintained even at the 15th time, the releasability is less than 15 times. X
