Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine having a game decoration member that moves in a game area provided on the front side of a game board in accordance with game development.

A pachinko machine, which is a typical game machine, has a center ornament arranged in the approximate center of the game area provided on the front of the game board, and the symbol display device faces the opening formed in the center ornament. The symbol display device performs game effects such as symbol combination games and reach effects. In addition, a movable device equipped with a game decoration member that performs a required operation on the center decoration is arranged, and the visual decoration effect is improved by operating the game decoration member in accordance with the game performance performed by the symbol display device. There are also pachinko machines that are designed to further increase the fun of gaming.

In such a movable device, a game decoration member provided swingably on the center decoration is connected to a solenoid as a drive source, and the game decoration member is reciprocated by driving the solenoid in accordance with a game effect on the symbol display device. It is comprised so that a production effect may be heightened by making it exercise (for example, refer to patent documents 1). In addition, in the game decoration member provided reciprocally on the center decoration, a transmission member for transmitting the driving force from the drive source is inserted into the opening formed in the game decoration member, and the inner contour of the opening and the transmission member By providing a gap in the movement direction of the game decoration member between the two, the game decoration member is vibrated by vibrating the game decoration member due to the presence of this gap when the drive source once driven is stopped. (For example, refer patent document 2).

特開2001−25546号公報JP 2001-25546 A 特開2005−323939号公報JP 2005-323939 A

In the gaming machine disclosed in Patent Document 1, there is a drawback that the movement becomes monotonous simply by reciprocating within a predetermined range, and even when the game decoration member is operated, There was a problem that the impact given and the fun of the game were limited. Further, when a solenoid is used as a drive source, even if ON / OFF control of the solenoid is performed, the operation of the game decoration member increases (cannot perform fine operation), so the game decoration member seems to vibrate. It was difficult to pretend to.

In the gaming machine disclosed in Patent Document 2, the game decoration member is vibrated due to the presence of a gap when the drive source once driven is stopped. The drive source is once driven and then stopped to vibrate. Since the vibration is stopped by the resistance force such as friction caused by the occurrence of friction, the limit of the ability to freely vibrate the game decoration member in accordance with the game effect due to the poor reactivity of the vibration operation or difficulty in controlling the vibration speed. There was a problem that occurred.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and it is intended to provide a gaming machine capable of increasing the interest of the game by vibrating the game decoration member freely according to the game effect with a simple configuration. Objective.

In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, the gaming machine according to the present invention has a ring-shaped groove cam (for example, the circular groove cam portion 314 and the overhang groove cam portion 315 in the embodiment) on the surface. A horizontal camshaft (for example, left and right horizontal shafts (for example, cam member 310 in the embodiment) and a game decoration member (for example, the decoration member 22a in the embodiment) fixed to the main body of the gaming machine while supporting a rotatable cam member (for example, the cam member 310 in the embodiment). The supporting member (for example, the supporting member 420 in the embodiment) that is movable along the horizontal support shaft P6 in the embodiment, and the insertion engaging portion (for example, the engaging portion 412 in the embodiment) inserted into the groove cam. ) And an engaging portion (for example, the engaging groove portion 411 in the embodiment) that engages with the support member, and is pivotally connected to the main body portion of the gaming machine and swingable left and right (for example, In the embodiment A reciprocating arm member 410), and the rotation of the cam member causes the insertion engagement portion of the arm member inserted into the groove cam to move within the groove cam to swing the arm member left and right. The support member engaged with the engaging portion of the arm member is configured to move left and right along the left and right horizontal support shaft.

In the arm member, it is preferable that the insertion engagement portion is provided at a position closer to the swing center than the engagement portion.

In the gaming machine according to the present invention, the cam member is rotatable with a ring-shaped groove cam on the surface, and the left and right horizontal support shafts fixed to the main body of the gaming machine to support the game decoration member. An arm member that has a movable support member, an insertion engagement portion that is inserted into the groove cam, and an engagement portion that engages with the support member, and is pivotally connected to the main body portion of the gaming machine and swings left and right. With the rotation of the cam member, the insertion engagement portion of the arm member inserted into the groove cam moves inside the groove cam and swings the arm member left and right to engage with the engagement portion of the arm member The support member is configured to move left and right along the left and right horizontal support shafts. For this reason, the game decoration member attached to the support member can freely generate vibration in accordance with the game effect, and the visual effect can be improved and the interest of the game can be increased.

In the arm member, since the insertion engagement portion is provided at a position closer to the swing center than the engagement portion, a large vibration can be caused in the game decoration member by a small rotation of the groove cam, The visual effect can be improved and the interest of the game can be further increased.

The decorative lens members 145 and 145 have a substantially rectangular plate shape, and are molded by a molding means such as injection molding using a colored transparent resin material such as ABS resin or polycarbonate (PC). Each decorative lens member 145 is formed in substantially the same shape as the lens insertion recess 135 formed in the bottom surface 134b on the inner surface side of the sign cover member 130. On the front surface of each decorative lens member 145, the sign cover member 130 has A plurality of decorative projections 145a having substantially the same shape as the plurality of decorative transmission holes 131a formed in the decorative protrusion 131 are formed. Each of the decorative projections 145a is inserted and held in the decorative transmission hole 131a of the sign cover member 130 from the rear side, thereby directing the directivity emitted from each LED 111a disposed in the central portion of the electric decoration board 110. Intense illumination light is diffused by sequentially passing through the light diffusion sheet member 143 and the inner lens member 144, and this diffused light is transmitted through the decoration protrusion 145a, so that decorative light of a predetermined color is received from the decorative lens member 145. It is comprised so that it may inject.

The pressing frame members 146 and 146 have a substantially rectangular frame shape having openings that penetrate through the front and back surfaces, and are molded by a molding means such as injection molding using a transparent resin material such as ABS resin or polycarbonate (PC). Is done. Each pressing frame member 146 is formed in substantially the same shape as the opening 142a formed in the light shielding frame member 142, and is inserted and held behind the light diffusion sheet member 143 in this opening 142a, The inner lens member 144 and the light diffusion sheet member 143 are configured to be fixedly held inside the opening 142 a of the light shielding frame member 142.

When the decorative signboard 100 is configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 5, in the internal space formed by the inner surface side bottom portion 134b and the side wall portions 133 of the signboard lid member 130, first, the decorative lens member is placed in the lens insertion recess 135. 145 is inserted, and the decorative projection 145a of the decorative lens member 145 is held so as to be exposed forward (player) from the decorative transmission hole 131a of the sign cover member 130. Then, the outer lens member 141 is arranged such that the outer surface side bottom 141a of the outer lens member 141 and the light transmission hole 132 of the sign cover member 130 face each other, and the opening 147 of the outer lens member 141 and the decorative lens member 145 face each other. Inserted and retained.

Next, the light shielding frame member 142 is inserted into the opening 147 of the outer lens member 141, and the rear surface of the decorative lens member 145 and the outer surface side bottom 144 a of the inner lens member 144 are opposed to the opening 142 a of the light shielding frame member 142. The light diffusion sheet member 143 is inserted so that the rear side surface of the side wall portion 144d of the inner lens member 144 faces the front surface of the light diffusion sheet member 143, and the light diffusion sheet is inserted. The pressing frame member 146 is inserted so that the rear surface of the member 143 and the front surface of the pressing frame member 146 face each other.

When the light diffusing unit 140 is inserted into the sign cover member 130 as described above, the light diffusing unit 140 (in the state where the electric decoration board 110 is screwed to the sign main body member 120 with a board mounting screw (not shown). The signboard body member 120 is screwed to the signboard cover member 130 with a signboard sealing screw (not shown) so as to cover the signboard cover member 130 on the rear surface side from behind, and the decorative signboard 100 is sealed. Retained. Thus, when the decorative signboard 100 is held in a sealed state, each LED 111a disposed in the central portion of the electrical decoration board 110 is connected to the rear surface of the light diffusion sheet member 143 and the inner surface side bottom portion 144b of the inner lens member 144. The LEDs 111b that are positioned to face each other and are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the illumination board 110 are positioned to face the inner surface side bottom 141b of the outer lens member 141.

Therefore, the illumination light emitted from each LED 111a disposed in the central portion of the illumination board 110 first enters the rear surface of the light diffusion sheet member 143, and is refracted or scattered from the front surface of the light diffusion sheet member 143. It is injected. Next, the light diffused by the light diffusing sheet member 143 enters the inner lens member 144 and is refracted or scattered by the dimple-shaped lens-shaped protrusion 144c of the inner surface side bottom portion 144b of the inner lens member 144. Thus, the light diffused by the light diffusion sheet member 143 is further diffused and emitted from the outer surface side bottom portion 144a of the inner lens member 144. Then, the diffused light sufficiently diffused by the light diffusing sheet member 143 and the inner lens member 144 emits decorative light of a predetermined color through the decorative lens member 145, and a signboard cover member from the player who is playing the game A predetermined character formed on the outer surface side bottom portion 134a of 130 is emitted and visually recognized.

The illumination light emitted from the respective LEDs 111b disposed at the upper and lower ends of the electric decoration board 110 is incident on the outer lens member 141 and is a dimple-shaped lens having the inner surface side bottom 141b of the outer lens member 141. It is refracted or scattered by the protrusion 141c. Thus, the illumination light emitted from each LED 111b is diffused and emitted from the outer surface side bottom portion 141a of the outer lens member 141. The diffused light diffused by the outer lens member 141 is transmitted through a plurality of light transmission holes 132 formed in the peripheral portion of the decorative protrusion 131 (predetermined design) of the signboard lid member 130, and the game being played From a person, the peripheral portion of the predetermined design formed on the outer surface side bottom portion 134a of the signboard lid member 130 is emitted and visually recognized.

An electric signboard 100 that is one of the electric decoration devices provided in each part of the center decoration 15 includes a light diffusion sheet member 143 that constitutes a light diffusion unit 140 between the sign cover member 130 and the electric decoration board 110. The inner lens member 144 and the outer lens member 141 are disposed, and the illumination light emitted from the LEDs 111a and 111b disposed on the illumination board 110 is diffused and emitted, so that the light diffusion sheet member 143 and the inner lens member 144 are emitted. In addition, the outer lens member 141 can efficiently diffuse the illumination light from the point-emitting type LED 111a and LED 111b having strong directivity, and the diffused light having a large light emitting area can be obtained. As a result, light can be emitted from the entire front surface of the electric signboard 100, and the decoration effect of the center decoration 15 among the various accessories provided on the game board 10 of the pachinko machine PM is further enhanced. It is intended to improve interest.

Further, in the electric signboard 100, a light diffusion sheet member 143, an inner lens member 144, and an outer lens member 141 constituting the light diffusion unit 140 are disposed between the sign cover member 130 and the electric decoration board 110, and Since the illumination light emitted from the LEDs 111a and 111b disposed on the substrate 110 is diffused and emitted, the LED 111a and the LED 111b and the signboard cover member 130 cannot be provided with a sufficient distance. By arranging the light diffusion sheet member 143, the inner lens member 144 and the outer lens member 141 in layers, the illumination light from the LEDs 111a and 111b can be diffused efficiently, and the electric signboard 100 can be thinned. Can do.

Since the outer lens member 141 has a lens-shaped protrusion 141c on the inner surface side bottom portion 141b, the light receiving area is larger than that in the case where the inner surface side bottom portion 141b is a flat surface, and the outer lens member 141 is generated inside the outer lens member 141. Increasing the factors of light refraction and scattering increases the diffuse transmitted light, thereby improving the light diffusion efficiency. Thereby, the illumination light irradiated from LED111b arrange | positioned at the electrical decoration board | substrate 110 is spread | diffused based on the property which the shape of the lens-shaped projection part 141c has. Further, since the inner lens member 144 has a lens-shaped protrusion 144c on the inner surface side bottom portion 144b, the light receiving area becomes larger than that in the case where the inner surface side bottom portion 144b is a flat surface, and the inner lens member 144 has an inner surface. As a result of an increase in the light refraction and scattering factors occurring in the light, the diffused transmitted light increases, and the light diffusion efficiency can be improved. Thereby, the illumination light irradiated from LED111a arrange | positioned at the electrical decoration board | substrate 110 is spread | diffused based on the property which the light-diffusion sheet | seat member 143 has, The diffused light has the shape of the lens-shaped projection part 144c. Since it is further diffused based on the property it has, illumination light from the LED 111a and the LED 111b can be diffused efficiently over a wide range.

A light-shielding frame member between the light diffusion sheet member 143 and the inner lens member 144 and the outer lens member 141, that is, between the LED 111a disposed at the center portion of the illumination board 110 and the LED 111b disposed at the upper and lower ends. By providing 142, the illumination light emitted from the LED 111a does not pass through the light transmission hole 132 of the sign cover member 130 via the outer lens member 141, and the illumination light emitted from the LED 111b is light The light is not emitted through the diffusion sheet member 143, the inner lens member 144, and the decorative lens member 145. For this reason, for example, if the number of LEDs 111a is set to be greater than the number of LEDs 111b by setting the number of LEDs 111a and LEDs 111b disposed on the illumination board 110, the predetermined characters formed on the signboard lid member 130 The light emission brightness of the predetermined character is higher than the light emission brightness of the peripheral portion, and the player can visually recognize the predetermined character even more.

Next, depending on the progress of the game, the electric signboard 100 is moved down to a position where it is exposed to the player (hereinafter referred to as an exposure position) in the internal space of the opening 17 of the center ornament 15, or a predetermined position. The elevating device 200 that moves up and down (hereinafter referred to as the standby position) and the fixing device 300 that holds and holds the standby position at the standby position will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 9, the electric motors M <b> 1 and M <b> 2 are not shown in order to clearly show the operation of fixing and holding the electric decoration device 100 by the fixing device 300. The elevating device 200 and the fixing device 300 are attached to a mounting frame member F (not shown) provided on the back surface of the center ornament 15. In the following description, the top and bottom and the left and right are defined based on the state of FIG. 6 (the state viewed from the rear side) (see FIG. 6).

As shown in FIG. 6, the lifting device 200 is arranged in a left-right symmetrical manner and is held in an eight-letter shape, with a lifting and lowering electric motor M <b> 1 rotating and a transmission gear G transmitting the rotational power of the electric motor M <b> 1. The rotational power of the electric motor M1 is transmitted to one link member 210 or the link member 220 via the pair of link members 210 and 220 and the transmission gear G (in this embodiment, the rotational power is transmitted to the link member 210. ) Provided so as to be sandwiched between the transmission arm member 230, the pair of left and right guide rail members 240 provided to smoothly move the electric signboard 100 in the vertical direction, and the inner portions of the link members 210 and 220. And a buffer member 250.

The electric motor M1 is fixed to the mounting frame member F (which is provided on the back surface of the center ornament 15 as described above but not shown) by screw fastening or the like, and is driven to rotate in both forward and reverse directions. It is configured to be able to. The transmission gear G has a cylindrical shape, is rotatably supported on the mounting frame member F by a horizontal support shaft P0, and a pinion gear (not shown) provided on the output shaft of the electric motor M1 is transmitted. The transmission gear G is meshed with the gear G and is rotated by the rotational drive of the electric motor M1.

The link members 210 and 220 have a substantially fan-like plate shape, and are integrally formed by a molding means such as injection molding using a transparent resin material such as ABS resin or polycarbonate (PC). The link members 210 and 220 are pivotally supported in the front-rear direction on the mounting frame member F by horizontal support shafts P1 and P2, respectively, and are configured to be rotatable around the horizontal support shafts P1 and P2. In addition, gear tooth portions 211 and 221 that can mesh with each other are formed at the base end portions of the link members 210 and 220 (each arc-shaped end portion where the link member 210 and the link member 220 abut), respectively. When the gear tooth portions 211 and 221 are engaged with each other, the link members 210 and 220 are configured to rotate together around the horizontal support shafts P1 and P2. An engagement recess 212 that engages with the transmission arm member 230 is formed between the horizontal support shaft P1 and the gear tooth portion 211 on the rear surface of the link member 210 with an opening upward.

Cylindrical engaging portions 213 and 223 are formed at the front ends of the link members 210 and 220 (ends opposite to the gear tooth portions 211 and 221) so as to protrude forward. , 223 are inserted into the engagement holes 123, 123 of the signboard body member 120, and the link members 210, 220 are connected to the electric signboard 100. These engagement portions 213 and 223 can slide in the left and right directions inside the engagement holes 123 and 123. It should be noted that the front ends of the link members 210 and 220 have contact portions 214a and 224a that protrude upward and extend to the left from the upper ends of the link members 210 and 220 (L-shaped in the rear view of the lifting device 200). Portions 214 and 224 are formed, respectively. In addition, protrusions 215 and 225 are provided on the side portions (side portions opposite to the signboard locking portions 214 and 224) closer to each other when the tip ends of the link members 210 and 220 rotate downward. Protrusively formed.

The transmission arm member 230 has a plate shape and is formed using a transparent resin material such as ABS resin or polycarbonate (PC). The transmission arm member 230 is pivotally supported by the mounting frame member F in the front-rear direction by a horizontal support shaft P3, and is configured to be rotatable around the horizontal support shaft P3. A gear tooth portion 231 that can be meshed is formed at an arc-shaped end portion that contacts the transmission gear G of the transmission arm member 230, and by engaging the gear tooth portion 231 and the transmission gear G, the electric motor M <b> 1. Is transmitted to the transmission arm member 230 via the transmission gear G, and the transmission arm member 230 is configured to rotate around the horizontal support shaft P3.

A columnar engaging portion 232 is formed to project forward at the end of the transmission arm member 230 opposite to the end where the gear tooth portion 231 is formed. The engaging portion 232 is a link member. It is inserted into the engagement recess 212 of 210 from the rear side. When the transmission arm member 230 rotates around the horizontal support shaft P3 and the engagement portion 232 of the transmission arm member 230 contacts the inner side of the engagement recess 212 of the link member 210, the transmission arm member 230 is rotated. Thus, the link member 210 is configured to rotate around the horizontal support shaft P1.

The guide rail members 240 and 240 have a prismatic shape extending in the vertical direction and are formed using a resin material such as plastic. The guide rail members 240 and 240 are provided in parallel at a predetermined interval, and are fixed to the rear surface of the upper electrical decoration device 22 (see FIG. 2) positioned in front of the link members 210 and 220 by screw fastening or the like. Has been. Guide grooves 241 and 241 that are open in the vertical direction are formed on opposite side surfaces of the guide rail members 240 and 240, and the guide grooves 136 formed on the signboard lid member 130 are stretched in the guide grooves 241 and 241. The protruding portions 136a and 136a (see FIG. 3) are slidably inserted so that the guide portion 136 of the sign cover member 130 can move in the vertical direction along the guide rail members 240 and 240 (movement other than the vertical direction). Is configured to regulate).

The buffer member 250 has a prismatic shape extending in the left-right direction, and is formed using an elastic material such as rubber. The buffer member 250 is fastened with screws at a position where the link members 210 and 220 are in contact with the link members 210 and 220 when the link members 210 and 220 are rotated and the front ends of the link members 210 and 220 are rotated downward. Is fixed to the mounting frame member F. When the link members 210 and 220 rotate in a direction in which the projecting portions 215 and 225 of the link members 210 and 220 approach each other, and this rotation reaches a predetermined position (the electric signboard 100 moves downward and is exposed), The side portions of the projecting portions 215 and 225 and the left and right end portions of the buffer member 250 are in contact with each other, and the rotation of the link members 210 and 220 in the direction in which the projecting portions 215 and 225 approach each other is restricted. .

According to the lifting device 200 configured as described above, the upward movement of the electrical signboard 100 first moves the end portion where the gear tooth portion 231 of the transmission arm member 230 is formed upward via the transmission gear G1. The electric motor M1 is rotationally driven (rotated in the upward direction) so that the transmission arm member 230 rotates clockwise about the horizontal support shaft P3. Then, when the transmission arm member 230 rotates clockwise about the horizontal support shaft P3, the engaging portion 232 of the transmission arm member 230 rotates so as to move downward. The base end portion of the link member 210 (the end portion where the gear tooth portion 211 is formed) is pressed downward by coming into contact with the inner side portion of the engagement recess 212 of 210, and the link member 210 is counterclockwise around the horizontal support shaft P1. Rotating around, the tip end of the link member 210 (the end where the engaging portion 213 is formed) moves upward.

Since the link member 210 and the link member 220 are meshed with the gear tooth portions 211 and 221 formed respectively, when the link member 210 rotates counterclockwise about the horizontal support shaft P1, this link member With the rotation of 210, the link member 220 rotates clockwise around the horizontal support shaft P2. When the link members 210 and 220 are rotated in this way, the tip portions of the link members 210 and 220 are rotated so as to move upward, and the engaging portions 213 and 223 of the link members 210 and 220 are moved to the sign cover. The interior of the engagement holes 123 and 123 of the member 120 slides in the left-right direction (the engagement portion 213 is in the right direction and the engagement portion 223 is in the left direction), and the electric signboard 100 moves up. At this time, the overhang portions 136a and 136a (see FIG. 3) of the guide portion 136 of the signboard lid member 130 are inserted into the guide grooves 241 and 241 of the guide rail members 240 and 240, and slide upward. The signboard 100 moves upward along the guide rail members 240 and 240. When the electric signboard 100 is moved up to the standby position by the lifting device 200, the electric signboard 100 is fixed and held by the fixing device 300 described below so that the electric signboard 100 stays at the standby position.

As shown in FIG. 7, the fixing device 300 includes an electric motor M <b> 2 that rotates, a cam member 310 that rotates by the rotational power of the electric motor M <b> 2, and a fixing member 320 that moves in the left-right direction by the rotation of the cam member 310. Composed. The electric motor M2 is fixed to the mounting frame member F by screw fastening or the like, and is configured to be able to be driven to rotate in both forward and reverse directions.

As shown in FIG. 8, the cam member 310 has a substantially disk shape and is formed using a resin material such as plastic. A protruding gear portion 311 having a cylindrical shape is formed on the rear surface of the cam member 310 so as to protrude rearward. The cam member 310 and the protruding gear portion 311 are axially supported on the mounting frame member F by a horizontal support shaft P4, and a pinion gear (not shown) provided on the output shaft of the electric motor M2 is connected to the protruding gear portion 311. The cam member 310 is configured to be rotatable by the rotation of the electric motor M2 being transmitted by the protruding gear portion 311.

On the outer peripheral surface of the cam member 310, an outer surface cam is formed which includes a circular outer surface cam portion 312 having a circular shape and a protruding outer surface cam portion 313 having a shape protruding outward from the circular outer surface cam portion 312. The cam member 310 has an outer peripheral shape in which the circular outer surface cam portion 312 and the protruding outer surface cam portion 313 are smoothly connected. The rear surface of the cam member 310 includes a circular circular groove cam portion 314 and a protruding groove cam portion 315 having a shape protruding outward from the circular groove cam portion 314, and the circular groove cam portion 314. A ring-shaped groove cam in which the overhang groove cam portion 315 is smoothly connected is formed.

The fixing member 320 has a long plate shape and is formed using a metal material. The fixing member 320 is attached to the attachment frame member F using an attachment rib (not shown) or the like so as to be movable in the left-right direction. Side portions 321 and 321 extending in the downward direction are formed on the front and rear side portions of the fixing member 320, and spring mounting portions formed to protrude downward from the substantially central portion of the rear side wall portion 321. The fixing member 320 is always pulled in the right direction by the spring member 323 provided between the frame 322 and the mounting frame member F, and is held in a predetermined position (hereinafter referred to as a lock position). It is configured.

A pressing wall portion 324 extending downward is formed on the side wall portion 321 on the rear side of the fixing member 320 at a position close to the circular outer surface cam portion 312 of the cam member 310 in a state where the fixing member 320 is positioned at the lock position. Yes. When the cam member 310 rotates in a direction in which the outer portion of the cam member 310 closest to the pressing wall portion 324 becomes the protruding outer cam portion 313 from the circular outer cam portion 312, the outer shape of the cam member 310 is aligned. The pressing wall portion 324 is gradually pushed leftward by the overhanging outer surface cam portion 313 of the cam member 310, and the fixing member 320 moves leftward from the lock position against the elastic force of the spring member 323. (Hereinafter, the position where the fixing member 320 has moved to the left most is referred to as a lock release position). Further, when the cam member 310 rotates in the direction in which the outer portion of the cam member 310 closest to the pressing wall portion 324 becomes the circular outer cam portion 312 from the protruding outer cam portion 313, the outer shape of the cam member 310 is changed. Accordingly, the pressing wall portion 324 that has been pushed to the left by the overhanging outer surface cam portion 313 of the cam member 310 is gradually moved to the right by the elastic force of the spring member 323, and the fixing member 320 is locked from the unlocked position. Configured to move to a position.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the left and right ends of the fixing member 320 have contact portions 325 a and 326 a that protrude downward and extend to the right from the lower ends thereof (L in the rear view of the fixing device 300). The locking portions 325 and 326 are formed, and the signboard locking portions 214 and 224 formed on the link members 210 and 220 of the lifting device 200 and the locking portions 325 and 326 are respectively locked. The signboard locking portion 214 and the locking portion 325 are locked and the signboard locking portion 224 and the locking portion 326 are locked), and the electric signboard 100 is configured to be fixedly held at the standby position. Has been.

According to the fixing device 300 configured as described above, the electric signboard 100 is fixedly held at the standby position, as shown in FIG. 9A, first, the electric motor M2 is driven to rotate by the protruding gear of the cam member 310. When the cam member 310 is rotated so that the protruding outer surface cam portion 313 of the cam member 310 and the pressing wall portion 324 of the fixing member 320 are in contact with each other via the portion 311, the tension of the cam member 310 is increased. The pressing wall portion 324 is pushed leftward by the outer surface cam portion 313, and the fixing member 320 is moved to the unlocking position. Then, in the state where the fixing member 320 is located at the unlock position, the electric signboard 100 is moved up by the lifting device 200 as described above. At this time, the contact portions 214a and 224a of the signboard locking portions 214 and 224 formed on the link members 210 and 220 of the lifting device 200 are brought into contact with the locking portions 325 and 326 formed on the fixing member 320, respectively. The electric signboard 100 is moved up to a predetermined position (hereinafter referred to as the uppermost position) above the portions 325a and 326a.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9B, the rotation of the electric motor M2 in a state where the contact portions 214a and 224a of the signboard locking portions 214 and 224 formed on the link members 210 and 220 are located at the uppermost position. The drive is transmitted to the cam member 310 via the protruding gear portion 311 of the cam member 310 so that the circular outer surface cam portion 312 of the cam member 310 and the pressing wall portion 324 of the fixing member 320 are closely opposed to each other. By rotating, the pressing wall portion 324 that has been pushed to the left by the overhanging outer surface cam portion 313 of the cam member 310 is moved to the right by the elastic force of the spring member 323, and the fixing member 320 is moved to the locked position.

Then, as shown in FIG. 9C, in the state where the fixing member 320 is located at the lock position, the end portion where the gear tooth portion 231 of the transmission arm member 230 of the lifting device 200 is formed via the transmission gear G. The electric motor M1 is rotationally driven (rotated in the downward direction) so as to move downward (the transmission arm member 230 rotates counterclockwise about the horizontal support shaft P3). When the transmission arm member 230 rotates counterclockwise about the horizontal support shaft P3, the engagement portion 232 of the transmission arm member 230 moves upward (the engagement portion 232 of the transmission arm member 230 and the link member 210). Therefore, the engaging portion 232 is moved by the weight of the link members 210 and 220 and the weight of the electric signboard 100 connected to the link members 210 and 220. With rotation, the base ends of the link members 210 and 220 (ends on which the gear tooth portions 211 and 221 are formed) rotate so as to move upward, and the distal ends of the link members 210 and 220 ( The end portions on which the signboard locking portions 214 and 224 are formed rotate so as to move downward.

When the tip portions of the link members 210 and 220 are rotated so as to move downward, the lower surfaces of the contact portions 214a and 224a of the signboard locking portions 214 and 224 formed on the link members 210 and 220 and the fixing member 320, respectively. The locking members 325a and 326 formed on the abutting side portions 325a and 326a are in contact with the upper surfaces of the locking portions 325 and 326, respectively, and the rotation of the link members 210 and 220 in the direction in which the electric signboard 100 descends is restricted by the fixing member 320. Thus, the electric signboard 100 is fixedly held at the standby position.

After the electric signboard 100 is fixedly held at the standby position, the transmission arm member 230 is arranged so that a predetermined interval is provided between the contact portions of the engagement portion 232 of the transmission arm member 230 and the engagement recess 212 of the link member 210. Is further rotated counterclockwise. As described above, even when the transmission arm member 230 is further rotated counterclockwise, the electric signboard 100 is locked by the fixing member 320 and held at the standby position, and the leading ends of the link members 210 and 220 are lowered. Therefore, only the transmission arm member 230 is rotated, and a predetermined portion is brought into contact with the engagement portion 232 of the transmission arm member 230 and the engagement concave portion 212 of the link member 210. This is a state in which an interval occurs (hereinafter referred to as a descent preparation completion state).

The downward movement of the electric signboard 100 causes the rotation drive of the electric motor M2 to be transmitted to the cam member 310 via the protruding gear portion 311 of the cam member 310 in the state where the downward preparation is completed, and the overhanging outer surface cam portion 313 of the cam member 310 is transmitted. When the cam member 310 is rotated so that the pressing wall portion 324 of the fixing member 320 contacts the pressing wall portion 324, the pressing wall portion 324 is pushed leftward by the overhanging outer surface cam portion 313, and the fixing member 320 is moved to the unlocking position. Let When the fixing member 320 moves to the unlocking position, the locking state between the sign locking portions 214 and 224 of the link members 210 and 220 and the locking portions 325 and 326 of the fixing member 320 is released, and the link members 210 and 220 are respectively released. And the weight of the electric signboard 100 connected to the link members 210 and 220 cause the leading end portions of the link members 210 and 220 to rotate downward and the electric signboard 100 to move downward. At this time, the overhang portions 136a and 136a (see FIG. 3) of the guide portion 136 of the sign cover member 130 are inserted into the guide grooves 241 and 241 (see FIG. 7) of the guide rail members 240 and 240 and slide downward. The electric signboard 100 moves downward along the guide rail members 240 and 240.

When the electric signboard 100 moves downward, the buffer member 250 provided in the plane in which the link members 210 and 220 are rotated is sandwiched from the left and right directions by the protruding portions 215 and 225 of the link members 210 and 220. When the protrusions 215 and 225 and the buffer member 250 come into contact with each other, the rotation of the link members 210 and 220 in the direction in which the electric signboard 100 moves downward is stopped, and the electric signboard 100 is positioned at the exposed position.

Thus, when the electric signboard 100 to which the appropriate kinetic energy is given by free fall stops, the projecting portions 215 and 225 of the link members 210 and 220 come into contact with the buffer member 250 so as to sandwich the buffer member 250. 250 effectively relieves an impact generated when the electric signboard 100 stops (absorbs the kinetic energy of the electric signboard 100 efficiently), so that vibration (vibration) at the time of stoppage can be reduced. The electric signboard 100 can be smoothly positioned at the exposed position. Moreover, since the shock absorbing member 250 can effectively relieve the impact caused by the contact of the link members 210 and 220 with the shock absorbing member 250, the durability of the link members 210 and 220 can be improved. The electric signboard 100 can be smoothly stopped at the exposed position. Furthermore, since the electric signboard 100 moves downward along the guide rail members 240 and 240, the movement of the electric signboard 100 in directions other than the directions of the guide rail members 240 and 240 is restricted, and the electric signboard 100 is moved downward smoothly. And can be smoothly stopped at the exposure position.

Next, the vibration which makes the decoration member 22a (refer FIG. 2) provided in the front surface of the upper electrical decoration apparatus 22 attached above the center decoration 15 reciprocate left and right according to the progress of the game (vibrates). The apparatus 400 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 10 shows a schematic configuration diagram of the vibration device 400 as viewed from the rear side, and FIG. 11 shows a case where the decorative plate member 22a reciprocates left and right by the vibration device 400. In FIG. 10, portions where the link members 210 and 220 and the transmission arm member 230 overlap are illustrated by a two-dot chain line.

As shown in FIG. 10, the vibration device 400 rotates so as to reciprocate in the left-right direction by the rotation of the electric motor M <b> 2 that rotates, the cam member 310 that rotates by the rotational power of the electric motor M <b> 2, and the rotation of the cam member 310. A reciprocating arm member 410 that supports the decorative member 22a of the upper electric decoration device 22, and a support member 420 that engages with the reciprocating arm member 410 and reciprocates left and right. The vibration device 400 is configured by sharing the electric motor M2 and the cam member 310 that constitute the fixing device 300.

In the state shown in FIG. 10, the reciprocating arm member 410 has a dogleg-shaped plate shape and is formed using a resin material such as plastic. The reciprocating arm member 410 is pivotally supported in the front-rear direction by the mounting frame member F (provided on the back surface of the center ornament 15 as described above but not shown) by the horizontal support shaft P5, and rotates around the horizontal support shaft P5. It is configured to move freely. An engaging groove portion 411 having an opening in the front-rear direction is formed at the upper end portion of the reciprocating arm member 410, and the engaging groove portion 411 and the engaging portion 422 of the support member 420 are engaged with each other so that the reciprocating arm is engaged. The member 410 and the support member 420 are configured to be interlocked.

A cylindrical engagement portion 412 is formed to protrude forward at a substantially central portion (a dogleg-shaped bent portion) on the rear surface of the reciprocating arm member 410, and this engagement portion 412 is formed on the cam member 310. It is slidably inserted into a groove cam (see FIG. 8) constituted by a circular groove cam portion 314 and an overhang groove cam portion 315 formed on the rear surface. When the cam member 310 rotates, the engaging portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 slides inside the groove cam, and the engagement of the reciprocating arm member 410 depends on the shape of the circular groove cam portion 314 and the extended groove cam portion 315. The joining portion 412 and the engaging groove portion 411 are configured to rotate (reciprocate) in the left-right direction. Since the engaging portion 412 is formed closer to the horizontal support shaft P5 (rotation center) than the engaging groove portion 411, the engaging groove portion 411 is larger than the reciprocating movement of the engaging portion 412. It is configured to reciprocate in the left-right direction.

The support member 420 has a substantially rectangular cylindrical shape and is formed using a transparent resin material such as ABS resin or polycarbonate (PC). The support member 420 is pivotally supported in the left-right direction on the rear surface of the upper illumination device 22 (see FIG. 2) by the horizontal support shaft P6, and the support member 420 is configured to be slidable in the left-right direction along the horizontal support shaft P6. ing. At the left and right ends of the lower surface of the support member 420, mounting portions 421 and 421 are formed to project downward, and a decorative member 22a (see FIG. 11) is screwed to the lower end portions of the mounting portions 421 and 421. Is attached by. An engaging portion 422 that protrudes downward and extends rearward from the lower end portion is formed on the rear surface of the support member 420. The engaging portion 422 and the inner side portion of the engaging groove portion 411 of the reciprocating arm member 410 are in contact with each other. When the reciprocating arm member 410 rotates around the horizontal support shaft P5, the support member 420 is configured to reciprocate left and right along the horizontal support shaft P6 as the reciprocating arm member 410 rotates.

According to the vibration device 400 configured as described above, the reciprocating movement (vibration) in the left-right direction of the decorative member 22a provided on the front surface of the upper electrical decoration device 22 causes the rotation drive of the electric motor M2 to protrude from the cam member 310. The cam member 310 is rotated by being transmitted to the cam member 310 via the gear portion 311, and the engaging portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 is moved into the groove cam of the cam member 310 (circular groove cam portion 314, overhang groove cam portion 315). Slide inside. As shown in FIG. 11A, the insertion position of the engaging portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 inserted into the circular groove cam portion 314 of the cam member 310 is changed from the circular groove cam portion 314 to the overhang groove cam portion 315. When the cam member 310 rotates in the direction (the direction of arrow a in the figure), the reciprocating arm member 410 is moved so that the engaging portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 moves rightward depending on the shape of the groove cam of the cam member 310. Rotates clockwise around the horizontal support shaft P5. That is, since the engaging groove 411 of the reciprocating arm 410 rotates so as to move to the right, the inner part of the engaging groove 411 and the engaging part 422 of the support member 420 come into contact with each other, and the reciprocating arm member 410. With the rotation, the support member 420 moves rightward (in the direction of arrow c in the figure) along the horizontal support shaft P6.

11B, the insertion position of the engaging portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 inserted into the overhang groove cam portion 315 of the cam member 310 is changed from the overhang groove cam portion 315 to the circular groove cam. When the cam member 310 rotates in the direction of the portion 314 (the direction of the arrow b in the drawing), the engagement portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 reciprocates to the left depending on the shape of the groove cam of the cam member 310. The arm member 410 rotates counterclockwise about the horizontal support shaft P5. That is, since the engaging groove 411 of the reciprocating arm 410 is rotated so as to move to the left, the inner portion of the engaging groove 411 and the engaging portion 422 of the support member 420 come into contact with each other. With this rotation, the support member 420 moves leftward (in the direction of arrow d in the figure) along the horizontal support shaft P6. Thus, the insertion position of the engaging portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 is in the direction from the circular groove cam portion 314 to the extended groove cam portion 315 or the direction from the extended groove cam portion 315 to the circular groove cam portion 314. Then, the cam member 310 is rotated by the electric motor M2, and the decorative member 22a of the upper electric decoration device 22 attached to the support member 420 is reciprocated (vibrated) in the left-right direction.

According to the present embodiment described above, the cam member 310 is rotated to slide the engaging portion 412 of the reciprocating arm member 410 inside the groove cam (circular groove cam portion 314, overhang groove cam portion 315) of the cam member 310. The engaging portion 412 and the engaging groove portion 411 of the reciprocating arm member 410 are rotated so as to move in the left-right direction, so that the inner portion of the engaging groove portion 411 and the engaging portion 422 of the support member 420 are in contact with each other. In contact, the support member 420 moves in the left-right direction along the horizontal support shaft P6, and the decorative member 22a provided on the front surface of the upper electrical decoration member 22 reciprocates (vibrates) in the left-right direction. Therefore, by controlling the rotation of the cam member 310 by the electric motor M2, it is possible to cause the decorative member 22a to freely vibrate in accordance with the game effect, such as changing the vibration speed, thereby improving the visual effect. Can increase the interest of the game.

Further, in the reciprocating arm member 410, the engaging portion 412 is formed at a position closer to the horizontal support shaft P5 (rotation center) than the engaging groove portion 411. Thus, the engaging groove portion 411 moves more in the left-right direction. That is, a large vibration can be generated in the decorative member 22a by a small rotation of the cam member 310 (groove cam), and the visual effect can be improved to further increase the interest of the game.
