Description
The present invention supplies AC power, which is variable voltage and variable frequency controlled by a plurality of main power converters, to an AC motor for driving an electric vehicle, and AC power that is constant voltage and constant frequency controlled by an auxiliary power converter. The present invention relates to an electric vehicle control device supplied to auxiliary equipment.

Induction motors IM1 and IM2 for driving an electric vehicle are connected to the output side of the
Controls for the
The
The
In addition, as described above, the
Next, the operation of FIG. 6 will be described. In a normal operation state, the high-
If an abnormality (for example, burning of the switching element) occurs in the
Although the power supply to the
At this time, the VVVF command that has been input to the
Here, the
As described above, the
However, the configuration of the conventional device includes three types of inverter control devices: an
Further, the
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electric vehicle control device that is advantageous in manufacturing, maintenance, and space.
As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention converts a plurality of main power converters that convert DC power from an overhead wire into AC power and outputs the AC power to an AC motor for driving an electric vehicle, and the main power Multiple main power converter controllers that control AC voltage output from converters with variable voltage and variable frequency, and auxiliary power that converts DC power from overhead wires into AC power and outputs it to electric vehicle auxiliary equipment A converter, and an auxiliary power converter control device for controlling the AC power output from the auxiliary power converter at a constant voltage and constant frequency, and when the auxiliary power converter fails, the auxiliary power converter Instead, any one of the plurality of main power converters, which is set in advance, outputs AC power controlled at a constant voltage and constant frequency to the electric vehicle auxiliary device. The main power change The power controller control device and the auxiliary power converter control device have the same configuration, and both have a power converter control unit having storage means and a control processing unit inside, and the power converter control unit includes On the other hand, it has a control command output unit that outputs a control command as to which converter is to perform which of variable voltage variable frequency control or constant voltage constant frequency control. The control command output unit of the converter control device outputs a constant voltage constant frequency control command instead of the variable voltage variable frequency control command that has been output so far, and based on this, the power conversion of the main power converter control device The controller control unit installs the constant voltage constant frequency control unit held in the storage unit in the control processing unit, and the installed constant voltage constant frequency control unit And an operation mode switching command circuit that outputs either a normal operation mode signal or an abnormal operation mode signal based on a command from the outside. According to the present invention, both the main power converter control device and the auxiliary power converter control device have both the variable voltage variable frequency control means and the constant voltage constant frequency control means. An electric vehicle control device that is advantageous in terms of maintenance and space can be obtained, and even if an accident such as disconnection occurs in the signal line on the input side of the power converter control device, an erroneous start operation is performed. Can be prevented.
Hereinafter, reference examples and embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the same components as those in FIG. FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a first reference example. In this figure,
The
The
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the variable voltage variable frequency control means 15 and the constant voltage constant frequency control means 18 provided in the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the variable voltage variable frequency control means 15 has a
The constant voltage constant frequency control means 18 has a
Next, the operation of the first reference example configured as described above will be described. As described in the conventional apparatus of FIG. 6, in the normal operation state, the high-
If an abnormality (for example, burning of the switching element) occurs in the
Next, the unit switch 4c is turned off and the
The
FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram of a second reference example of the present invention. However, in order to simplify the drawing, the high-
In this way, by combining the inverter and inverter control device and integrating them as an inverter unit, the redundant part of the system can be clarified, and the type of equipment managed by the customer has been The inverter and the inverter control device can be changed from two types to one type. In addition, by integrating the inverter, that is, the main circuit unit and the inverter control device, even if a failure occurs, it is possible to easily estimate the failure part, thus shortening the preparation and recovery time of the failure part Will be able to.
FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, and an explanation of the correspondence between input signals and output signals of the control
Further, in the VVVF mode, the control
Further, logic signals are input to the input terminals of “SU2” and “CVCF mode” of the control
The switching command unit 23 normally outputs a logic signal to the “VVVF mode” input terminal of the control
FIG. 5 is a chart in which the relationship between each input condition and each start condition of the inverter units 21A, 21B, and 21C described above is organized.
Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 will be described. In the normal operation state, the contact positions of the changeover switches 22a to 22d in FIG. 3 are in the illustrated state, and AC power from the
If an abnormality occurs in the
At this time, the contact of the
As shown in the chart of FIG. 5, the activation conditions for each unit include the other control mode in addition to the condition that a logic signal is input to both the unit recognition code input terminal and the control mode input terminal. The condition that no logic signal is input to the input terminal is weighted, and the VVVF mode and the CVCF mode are interlocked. Therefore, even if an accident such as a disconnection occurs in the signal lines on the input side of the control command output units 12A to 12C, it is possible to prevent an erroneous start operation from being performed, thereby improving safety.
