Description

The present invention relates to a packaging case in which synthetic resin sheet materials and the like are assembled in a box shape.

Various products such as shampoos, rinses, cosmetics, molded containers containing beverages, pouch containers containing foods, beverages, etc. are stored in box-shaped packaging cases and sold. Usually, the packaging case is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape (six-sided box shape) by forming a crease line on a synthetic resin sheet material or paper having a predetermined shape and bending the sheet material along the crease line.

Conventionally, as one of such packaging cases, a sheet having a predetermined shape is bent along a folding line, and at least one of the folding lines is formed in a non-linear shape (Patent Document 1).
Such a packaging case has a three-dimensional effect and has an effect of easily attracting the attention of the viewer.
JP 2005-335758 A

By the way, from the viewpoints of design and self-supporting stability, the lower side is placed in containers such as shampoos (blow-molded containers) and pouch containers (bag-shaped containers with sealed peripheral edges of synthetic resin sheets). Many swelled shapes are used.
When a container having such a bulging shape on the lower side is stored in the conventional packaging case, a space generated between the upper side of the container and the packaging case becomes large, and the container is placed in the packaging case during transportation. It is easy to cause position shift by shaking. In particular, when two or more containers are accommodated in one packaging case (for example, in the case of selling a set of shampoo containers and rinse containers), the above-described positional deviation is likely to occur. Therefore, in order to prevent the product from moving in the space, another member (such as a buffer material) is packed in the space.
However, the separate member is discarded after the product is taken out of the packaging case, and it is preferable not to use such a separate member for the packaging case. Moreover, the operation | work which packs this another member in the said space of a packaging case is also needed.

Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the packaging case which can be substantially adapted to the shape of the goods accommodated, without packing another member.

The packaging case of the present invention is a packaging case in which a sheet material is folded at a crease line to assemble in a box shape, and the front and rear surface walls opposed to each other, the upper and lower surface walls disposed opposite to each other between the front and rear surface walls, and the front and rear surface walls The side wall of the upper surface wall is shorter than the side surface of the lower surface wall, and the lower side of the side wall is the side of the lower surface wall. It is formed longer than the side, and the lower side of the side wall is a free side independent of the side of the lower wall.

The packaging case is formed such that the side of the upper surface wall (corresponding to the upper side of the side wall) is shorter than the side of the lower surface wall (corresponding to the lower side of the side wall). It becomes trapezoid shape.
Furthermore, the lower side of the side wall is formed longer than the side of the lower wall, and the lower side of the side wall is a free side independent of the side of the lower wall. For this reason, the lower side of the side wall is not restricted by the side of the lower wall, and the side wall can be formed in a substantially arc shape that bulges outward on the lower side.
In this way, the packaging case is formed into a trapezoidal shape with the side wall as a whole, and the lower side of the side wall bulges outward. Fits. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the product from being displaced without packing another member in the packaging case.

In a preferred aspect of the present invention, a crease line is formed between the front wall and the side wall, and the crease line extends from the end of the upper side of the side wall to the middle in the vertical direction of the side wall. It is the above-mentioned packaging case.
Usually, a box-shaped packaging case formed of a sheet material is formed with a crease line so that the sheet material can be easily folded and assembled into a box shape, and is folded at the crease line. For this reason, a packaging case becomes a square shape in the formation part of a crease line.
In the packaging case according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the crease line between the front wall and the side wall is formed from the end of the upper side of the side wall to the middle part in the vertical direction of the side wall. The front wall and the side wall can be easily folded. Further, in the portion where the crease line is not formed, that is, the portion between the middle part in the vertical direction of the side wall and the lower side of the side wall, the boundary between the front wall and the side wall is not square, and the front wall and the side wall Can be formed in a curved surface. Such a packaging case is preferred because the square-shaped portion and the curved-shaped portion are formed up and down, so that it is easy to attract the attention of consumers in terms of appearance, and further, the lower side is substantially compatible with a curved-shaped product.

The packaging case which concerns on this invention can prevent the position shift of the accommodated goods, without packing other members, such as a shock absorbing material, between goods and a packaging case, when goods are accommodated.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a packaging case that is assembled into a box shape by bending a sheet material.
As a term indicating the direction, “upper” means a direction away from the self-standing surface in a state where the packaging case is self-supporting, and “lower” means a direction approaching the self-supporting surface. In addition, “front” refers to one surface side of the packaging case in a state where the packaging case is self-supporting, and “rear” refers to the surface side facing the one surface side.

A conventionally well-known thing can be used as a sheet | seat material, For example, paper, a synthetic resin sheet | seat, these laminated bodies, etc. are mentioned. The thickness of the sheet material is formed to have a rigidity that can be maintained in a box shape. In the case of a synthetic resin sheet, the thickness is about 0.4 to 1 mm, and in the case of paper, the basis weight is 200 to 500 g / m 2. A degree is preferred. When a synthetic resin sheet is used, the resin material is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include general-purpose resins such as polyolefins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, polystyrenes, and polyesters.
Further, in order to allow the stored product to be seen through from the outside, it is preferable to use a colorless, transparent or colored transparent synthetic resin sheet as the sheet material.

The packaging case 1 includes a pair of front and rear front walls 2 and rear walls 3 (front and rear wall 2 and 3) arranged opposite to each other, and an upper wall 4 and a lower wall arranged opposite to each other between the front and rear walls 2 and 3. 5 (upper and lower wall surfaces 4, 5) and a hexahedron having a right side wall 6 and a left side wall 7 (both side wall walls 6, 7) opposed to each other on both sides between the front and rear surface walls 2 and 3. .

FIG. 4 shows a development view of the sheet material 9 formed in a predetermined shape constituting the packaging sheet 1.
The unfolded sheet material 9 is bent along an appropriate crease line and bonded on both side walls 6 and 7 to form a box-shaped packaging sheet 1. In addition, the code | symbol attached | subjected to the expand | deployed sheet | seat material 9 respond | corresponds to each component of the said packaging sheet 1. FIG.

The front and rear surface walls 2 and 3 are formed in a rectangular shape, and the front side of the upper surface wall 4 is connected to the upper side of the front wall 2 via the first crease line 11.

In the present embodiment, the upper surface wall 4 is used as a lid that opens and closes an opening for putting a product in and out of the packaging case 1. Specifically, the front side of the upper surface wall 4 is connected to the upper side of the front wall 2 via the first crease line 11, and extends to the rear side of the upper surface wall 4 via the second crease line 12. An output piece 41 is provided continuously. The extension piece 41 is formed with a locking piece 42 for locking the upper surface wall 4. On the other hand, a flap piece 43 is connected to the upper side of the rear wall 3 via a third crease line 13, and a long hole 31 is formed in the upper part of the rear wall 3. The long hole 31 is formed by pushing inward a region surrounded by a cut line 32 formed in a substantially C shape in the surface of the rear wall 3. The opening of the packaging case 1 is formed by bending the flap piece 43 at the third crease line 13 at about 90 degrees, and on the top wall 4 at the first crease line 11 and the second crease line 12. It is closed by the upper surface wall 4 by bending at 90 degrees and fitting the locking piece 42 of the extended piece 41 into the elongated hole 31 of the rear surface portion 3.

The front side of the lower wall 5 is connected to the lower side of the front wall 2 via a fourth crease line 14, and the rear side of the lower wall 5 is connected to the lower side of the rear wall 3 via a fifth crease line 15. Sides are connected.
In the plane of the lower surface wall 5, parallel to the front side and the rear side of the lower surface wall 5 at the center in the side direction (the center of a straight line perpendicular to the front side and the rear side of the lower surface wall 5). An extending sixth crease line 16 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the front side and the rear side of the lower surface wall 5 are formed shorter than the front side and the rear side of the upper surface wall 4. Furthermore, the length of the side of the upper surface wall 4 (the distance between the front side and the rear side of the upper surface wall 4) is longer than the length of the side of the lower surface wall 5 (the distance between the front side and the rear side of the lower surface wall 5). It is short.

On the other hand, a pair of side walls 6 and 7 are connected to both sides of the front wall 2 via seventh crease lines 17 and 17, respectively. The side walls 6 and 7 are connected to both sides of the rear wall 3 via an eighth crease line 18. In the planes of the side walls 6 and 7, the side and rear sides of the front wall 2 are located at the center in the side direction (the center of a straight line perpendicular to the side of the front wall 2 and the side of the rear wall 3). Ninth crease lines 19 extending in parallel with the side edges of the face wall 3 are formed.

The upper sides of the side walls 6 and 7 are formed to have substantially the same length as the side of the upper wall 4. The lower sides of the side walls 6 and 7 are formed longer than the side of the lower wall 5. The lower sides of the side walls 6 and 7 and the side of the lower surface wall 5 are not connected to each other, and the lower sides of the side walls 6 and 7 are separated from the side of the lower surface wall 5 and are independent free sides. Yes.
Note that “the lower sides of the side walls 6 and 7 (the right side wall 6 and the left side wall 7)” refers to the end of the ninth folded ruled line 19 from the end 5a when the one end 5a of the front side of the bottom wall 5 is used as a starting point. This corresponds to the length from the lower end portion 19a to the end portion 5b on the rear side of the lower wall 5. The “side of the lower wall 5” corresponds to the length of a straight line when the one end 5a of the front side of the lower wall 5 and the one end 5b of the rear side of the lower wall 5 are connected by a straight line. .

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the side walls 6 and 7 are connected to the main body pieces 61 and 71 connected to the front wall 2 via the seventh fold ruled line 17 and the eighth fold ruled line 18. It is comprised from the paste margin pieces 62 and 72 provided in a row by the side of the rear surface wall 3. Both side walls 6 and 7 are formed by adhering adhesive margin pieces 62 and 72 to the outer region of the main body pieces 61 and 71 with reference to the 19th crease line 19.

The seventh to ninth crease lines 17 to 19 are formed in a straight line substantially orthogonal to the upper surface wall 4, and the first to sixth crease lines 11 to 16 are substantially orthogonal to the seventh crease line 17. It is formed in a straight line.
These first to ninth crease lines 11 to 19 are formed to facilitate folding of the sheet material. For example, a half-cut line (a substantially V-shaped concave portion cut in the thickness direction of the sheet material is continuous). Line), perforation lines (lines in which cut portions penetrating in the thickness direction of the sheet material are formed like the stitch marks of the sewing needle), and the like can be used.

The packaging case 1 is formed by bending the unfolded sheet material 9 shown in FIG. 4 along the fourth fold ruled line 14, the fifth fold ruled line 15, the seventh fold ruled line 17 and the eighth fold ruled line 18, The packaging case 1 having an opening formed on the upper surface is formed by adhering a region outside the ninth folding line 19 of the 71 to the adhesive margin pieces 62 and 72. This upper surface opening type packaging case 1 bends the flap piece 43 at the third crease line 13, and folds the upper wall 4 at the first crease line 11 and the second crease line 12 from above to lock it. By closing the piece 42 in the long hole 31, it is closed.
In the developed sheet material 9, 63 and 73 indicate flap pieces that are continuously provided on the upper sides of the side walls 6 and 7, and a ninth fold ruled line 19 is provided at the center of the flap pieces 63 and 73. Is extended. Similar to the flap piece 43, the flap pieces 63 and 73 are bent to the lower side of the upper surface wall 4 and function as pieces that close the opening of the packaging case 1.

The packaging case 1 can be folded into a flat shape as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 during storage.
That is, the packaging sheet 11 does not lock the locking piece 42 of the upper surface wall 4 to the elongated hole 31 of the rear wall 3, and is folded at the sixth fold ruled line 16 and the ninth fold ruled line 19. Can be folded flat.

The packaging case 1 having the above configuration is formed such that the length of the side of the top wall 4 is shorter than the length of the side of the bottom wall 5. As shown, when the side wall 6 is viewed as the front, it becomes trapezoidal.
Furthermore, the lower sides of the side walls 6 and 7 are formed longer than the side of the lower wall 5, and the lower sides of the side walls 6 and 7 are not connected to the side of the lower wall 5. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the side walls 6 and 7 have a substantially arc shape that bulges outward on the lower side.
In this way, the packaging case 1 has the side walls 6 and 7 formed in a trapezoidal shape as a whole, and the lower side of the side walls 6 and 7 bulges outward. For this reason, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, when a product 10 having a shape in which the lower side is swollen relative to the upper side is stored in the packaging case 1, the front and rear surfaces on the upper side and the lower side of the product 10 are The side surface on the lower side of the product 10 is in contact with the side wall 6. Therefore, even if another member is not packed between the product 10 and the packaging case 1, the product 10 is difficult to move, and the product 10 stored in the packaging case 1 can be prevented from being biased during transportation.
Moreover, since the lower side of the side walls 6 and 7 is formed longer than the side of the lower wall 5 and is an independent free side, the lower side of the side walls 6 and 7 is the shape of the product 10 to be stored. It can be transformed into an appropriate shape depending on the situation. For this reason, the said packaging case 1 can be substantially adapted to goods of various shapes.

In addition, by forming the front and rear walls 2 and 3 of the packaging case 1 large, two products (for example, a shampoo container and a rinse container) can be stored side by side as shown in FIG. In addition, by appropriately designing the size of the packaging case 1, it is possible to store three or more products, although not particularly shown.

Next, other embodiment of the packaging case 1 of this invention is shown. However, in the description of the other embodiments below, the configuration different from the above embodiment will be mainly described, and the same terms and reference numerals will be given to the same configurations, and only the reference numerals will be attached to the drawings. The description will be omitted as appropriate.

7 and 8, the seventh crease line 17 formed between the front wall 2 and the side walls 6 and 7 has a side wall 6 from the end of the upper side 6a of the side walls 6 and 7. 7 is formed up to the middle in the vertical direction. FIG. 9 shows a developed view of the sheet material 9 constituting the packaging case 1 of the present modification.
In the packaging case 1 of the above embodiment (the packaging case shown in FIGS. 1 to 3), the seventh crease line 17 is formed from the upper side to the lower side of the side walls 6, 7. Is different from the above-described embodiment in that the seventh crease line 17 is formed only to the middle part.

In the packaging case 1 of this modified example, there is no crease line between the lower end portion 17a of the seventh crease line 17 and the lower side 6b of the side wall 6, so that the front wall 2 and the side walls 6, 7 in the meantime The boundary can be formed in a curved surface. On the other hand, in the portion where the seventh crease line 17 is formed, the boundary between the front wall 2 and the side walls 6 and 7 has an angular shape. In this way, the packaging case 1 is formed with an angled portion and a curved portion at the top and bottom, so that it is easy to attract the attention of consumers in appearance. Further, since the lower side of the front wall 2 and the side walls 6 and 7 has a curved shape, the packaging case 1 is more easily adapted to a product having a curved shape on the lower side.
Since the seventh fold ruled line 17 is formed between the front wall 2 and the side walls 6 and 7, the front wall 2 and the side walls 6 and 7 can be easily bent.

Although not particularly illustrated, the eighth crease line 18 formed between the rear wall 3 and the side walls 6 and 7 is changed to be formed up to the middle in the vertical direction, similar to the seventh crease line 17. You can also.
