Abstract
【解決手段】着脱管12を取り外すことにより本管11の一端側に開口部を形成させ、気密性材料からなる中空筒状の内面水密層21と、加熱又は光の照射により硬化する硬化性樹脂が不織布に含浸され、内面水密層21を被覆する樹脂含浸層22と、樹脂含浸層22を被覆する外装保護層23とを有する可撓性筒状体2を開口部から導入し、本管11の軸方向に沿って可撓性筒状体2を配置し、内面水密層内21に気体又は液体を圧入することにより、外装保護層23を本管の内面に対して圧着させ、樹脂含浸層22に対して内面水密層内より加熱又は光を照射し、硬化性樹脂を硬化させることにより本管11の内面に対して可撓性筒状体2を固着させる。

Claims (8)
- 中空管状の本管と、少なくとも上記本管の一端側に取付けられた上記本管から着脱自在な着脱管とを有する管路橋を更生する管路橋更生方法において、
上記着脱管を取り外すことにより上記本管の一端側に開口部を形成させる取り外し工程と、
気密性材料からなる中空筒状の内面水密層と、加熱又は光の照射により硬化する硬化性樹脂が不織布に含浸され、上記内面水密層を被覆する樹脂含浸層と、上記樹脂含浸層を被覆する外装保護層とを有する可撓性筒状体を上記開口部から導入し、上記本管の軸方向に沿って上記可撓性筒状体を配置する配置工程と、
上記内面水密層内に気体又は液体を圧入することにより、上記外装保護層を上記本管の内面に対して圧着させる圧入工程と、
上記樹脂含浸層に対して上記内面水密層内より加熱又は光を照射し、上記硬化性樹脂を硬化させることにより上記本管の内面に対して上記可撓性筒状体を固着させる硬化工程とを有すること
を特徴とする管路橋更生方法。 - 上記配置工程では、上記可撓性筒状体の前端部を、上記開口部から上記本管内を介して上記本管の他端側にまで牽引することにより上記可撓性筒状体を配置すること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の管路橋更生方法。 - 上記配置工程では、短手方向に折り畳まれている上記可撓性筒状体の前端部を牽引すること
を特徴とする請求項2記載の管路橋更生方法。 - 上記配置工程では、上記可撓性筒状体が長手方向に折り畳まれることにより折り返し部が形成され、上記可撓性筒状体の後端部が上記本管の一端側に保持され、上記本管の他端側に向けて上記折り返し部を内側から押圧することにより、上記折り返し部を上記本管の軸方向に沿って順次移動させ、上記可撓性筒状体を配置すること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の管路橋更生方法。 - 上記配置工程では、短手方向に更に折り畳まれている上記可撓性筒状体の上記折り返し部を押圧すること
を特徴とする請求項4記載の管路橋更生方法。 - 上記圧入工程より前に、上記配置した可撓性筒状体の外装保護層のうち上記本管の一端側及び他端側に位置する上記外装保護層を上記可撓性筒状体から剥離する剥離工程を更に有し、
上記圧入工程では、上記剥離された外装保護層が被覆していた樹脂含浸層を上記本管の内面に対して圧着させること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項記載の管路橋更生方法。 - 上記圧入工程では、上記外装保護層の一部を予め剥離させることにより樹脂含浸層を露出させ、上記本管と上記本管から分枝される分枝管との連結口の周囲に位置する上記本管の内面に対して、上記露出させた樹脂含浸層を圧着させること
を特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項記載の管路橋更生方法。 - 上記圧入工程より前に、上記分枝管の内径より小さい外径の中空筒状の型枠管を上記分枝管内に挿入し、
上記圧入工程と上記硬化工程との間に、上記分枝管の内壁と上記型枠管の外壁との間に形成される間隙に上記硬化性樹脂を充填し、分枝管樹脂層を形成させる充填工程を更に有し、
上記硬化工程では、上記分枝管樹脂層を構成する硬化性樹脂を上記樹脂含浸層に含浸される硬化性樹脂とともに硬化させること
を特徴とする請求項7記載の管路橋更生方法。
