Abstract
【解決手段】生体内分解吸収性ポリマーからなる椎弓拡大用ピンP1であって、ピン本体1の中心線CL1方向の両端に左右の鍔部2を有すると共に、これら各々の鍔部に前記中心線方向に沿って外側に突き出す凸軸部3を有し、凸軸部の外周に環状掛止段部3a等の抜け出し防止部を設けた構成とする。縦割りにして開いた左右の棘突起半体に穿けた孔に凸軸部3を挿入するだけで、糸による締結作業等の面倒な作業を行うことなく、椎弓拡大用ピンP1を左右の棘突起半体の間に脱落のないように設置でき、鍔部2の外側端面2aで棘突起半体の内側面(縦割面)を内側から支えることにより椎弓を広げて椎孔を拡大した状態に保つ。

Claims (8)
- 生体内分解吸収性ポリマーからなる椎弓拡大用ピンであって、ピン本体の中心線方向の両端に左右の鍔部を有すると共に、これら各々の鍔部に前記中心線方向に沿って外側に突き出す凸軸部を有することを特徴とする椎弓拡大用ピン。
- ピン本体の両端に左右の鍔部を一体形成し、これら各々の鍔部に凸軸部を一体形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の椎弓拡大用ピン。
- 生体内分解吸収性ポリマーに、生体内吸収性で生体活性なバイオセラミックス粉体を含有させたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の椎弓拡大用ピン。
- 凸軸部の外周面に抜け出し防止部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の椎弓拡大用ピン。
- 抜け出し防止部が、凸軸部の外周面に形成された環状掛止段部であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の椎弓拡大用ピン。
- 抜け出し防止部が、凸軸部の外周面に形成された雄ねじ部であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の椎弓拡大用ピン。
- 左右の鍔部の外側端面が、ピン本体の中心線に対して同一の角度で互いに逆向きに傾斜した傾斜面であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の椎弓拡大用ピン。
- ピン本体の中心線に対する鍔部の外側端面の傾斜角が75°〜85°であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の椎弓拡大用ピン。
