On the other hand, there is disclosed a structure in which a convex portion is composed of a rubber material that is molded by blending a colorant.
Patent Documents 2 and 3 include a base material layer formed by bonding a vulcanized rubber chip with a synthetic resin binder, and a vulcanized rubber sponge chip surface layer formed by combining a vulcanized rubber sponge chip with a synthetic resin binder. An elastic tile is disclosed in which a large number of irregularities are arranged on the upper surface of the vulcanized rubber sponge chip surface layer, and the total area of the convex and convex ridges of the irregularities is 15 to 60% of the upper surface area of the vulcanized rubber sponge chip surface layer.
Patent Document 4 discloses a rubber chip mat molded body (elastic tile) in which a solid rubber chip is bonded to an upper layer and a sponge rubber chip is bonded to a lower layer using a synthetic resin binder and laminated and integrally molded. .
Patent Document 5 includes a laminate of a powder rubber-containing layer and a vulcanized rubber layer below the powder rubber-containing layer, and the powder rubber-containing layer is a mixture layer of an elastic chip having a particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 mm and a resin binder. The elastic chip is formed by pressing and vulcanizing the laminate of the mixture layer and the unvulcanized rubber layer. An elastic block (elastic tile) in which a powder rubber-containing layer and a vulcanized rubber layer are in close contact with each other is disclosed.
By the way, in an elastic tile having a two-layer structure provided with an upper layer part and a lower layer part integrally provided therebelow, when stored for a long time after molding due to the difference in shrinkage characteristics of the upper layer part and the lower layer part, or There is a problem that the elastic tile itself warps when used for a long time after laying.
In the invention described in Patent Document 5 described above, this problem is addressed by providing a vulcanized rubber layer in the lowermost layer. However, in this case, rainwater or the like that has permeated from the upper layer permeates the vulcanized rubber layer. This will cause a new problem of water drainage.
An object of the present invention is to suppress the occurrence of warping without causing the problem of water drainage.

(Test evaluation)
In order to conduct the aging acceleration test, the elastic tiles of Examples and Comparative Examples were placed in a gear oven adjusted to 70 ° C. and held for 144 hours.
The amount of warpage of each of the elastic tiles of Examples and Comparative Examples out of the gear oven was 1 to 3 mm in the Examples, and 7 to 10 mm in the Comparative Examples. From this result, it can be seen that the example in which the thermoplastic urethane resin chip is contained in the lower layer portion has a high upward warpage suppressing effect.
