Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pallet-type product packaging apparatus for accommodating at least one component of a mechanical device or equipment, for example, at least one guide cart for a linear guide unit, the component or guide cart being stacked. In order to be stored and transported in a protected state, it relates to a type adapted to be accommodated in a packaging container of a product packaging apparatus.
The scope of use of the present invention extends to a guide carriage or guide carriage that forms a movable component or component of a linear guide unit or linear guide device (linear motion unit). The linear guide unit is used for accurate guidance of machine parts in an industrial apparatus or facility, and is supported on the guide base and is movable along the guide base. Consists of.
A product packaging apparatus generally used for packaging or packaging of a guide carriage has a packaging container, and the packaging container (packing container) is formed as a simple box made of cardboard, cardboard, or paperboard. In order to stabilize and protect the guide carriage in the box and to accommodate the guide carriage in the box, a general filling material such as a cardboard, a sheet or a foil or the like is packed around the guide carriage. I have to. Each type or type of guide carriage uses a suitable box, and the space between the guide carriage and the box wall is filled with a filler. In order to protect against external environmental influences such as moisture and wind and rain, the guide carriage is placed in a sheet bag before it is housed in a box and stabilized by a filler. When filling the space between the guide carriage and the box wall, care must be taken to ensure sufficient space for the storage of documents, assembly instructions or advertising booklets.
The aforementioned packaging means disadvantageously require a lot of labor and time for packaging the guide carriage. In addition, various sized boxes must be prepared for each type or size of guide carriage, which increases costs.
The object of the present invention is to provide a product wrapping device for at least one guide trolley, and based on the use of simple wrapping means by means of the product wrapping device, the effort of various types or dimensions (sizes) of the guide trolley It is to enable packaging that can be smoothly accommodated and transported.
In the configuration according to the present invention, the packaging container provided for the guide carriage has a recessed portion (receiving portion) that matches the guide carriage. In this case, the shape of the recessed portion is the outer diameter dimension. It is configured to receive various types of different guide carriages.
In an advantageous embodiment, a rib is provided in the packaging container that protrudes from the bottom surface and is adapted in various ways, the rib being fitted into a cavity with a U-shaped section on the bottom side of the guide carriage, i.e. in shape. Engage and position the guide carriage within the packaging container.
The advantage according to the invention is in particular that it is possible to reduce the costly packaging material and packaging time based on the packaging means specialized for the guide carriage. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the additional sheet bag conventionally used for protecting the guide carriage against the influence of the external environment and preventing inadvertent leakage of the lubricant or the like is omitted. Since a plurality of guide carriages can be housed in a single packaging container, the number of documents is also reduced because only one document is sufficient for each packaging device. Since the packaging container based on this invention is formed so that various guide carts can be accommodated, it is possible to store a set of articles composed of various guide carts in one packaging container and transport it to the customer. It can be done.
The number of recessed portions provided in the packaging container for receiving the guide carriage is arbitrarily selected by the means according to the present invention. In many cases, the product packaging apparatus is designed to wrap four or four times as many guide carts, so the packaging container accepts four guide carts or multiple guide carts as many as four. It can be done. As a result, the guide carriage transported by the product packaging apparatus according to the present invention is processed in conformity with the customer's request.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the packaging container made of a thin plastic plate (thin wall plastic) is formed by deep drawing. The thickness of the plastic plate (plate) forming the packaging container is adapted to the maximum product weight. In setting the thickness dimension, it is also considered to stack a plurality of pallet-shaped product packaging apparatuses on top of each other. The plastic material selection for the packaging container is made so that the packaging container is resistant to the oil, grease or other antioxidant used for the guide carriage.
In an embodiment of the invention, a pallet-type product packaging device may be used without a lid, which simplifies the storage and removal of the guide carriage into the product packaging device.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the packaging container of the product packaging device is closed by a cover (lid) to protect the guide carriage accommodated in the packaging container, particularly during transportation. For this purpose, a reusable cover is provided on the packaging container, that is, the cover is adapted to be telescopically or telescoped (box-lid) on the packaging container, or pivotally attached or hinged It is attached to the packaging container by a member. The reusable cover is made of the same plastic as the packaging container, and may be shaped stably by wall thickness and appropriate shaping. In still another embodiment of the present invention, a sheet attached to the packaging container by material bonding can be used as the cover. The material bonding between the sheet (thin film cover) as the cover and the packaging container may be performed by heat welding bonding, ultrasonic bonding, or adhesion.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the cover of the packaging container is made of a transparent plastic, so that the quantity of guide carriages stored in the packaging container can be confirmed from the outside without removing the cover. It has become.
In an embodiment that contributes to a further improvement of the invention, the packaging container has at least a recess for receiving the guide carriage, preferably at least for receiving documents such as pamphlets or assembly instructions in the central part. One cavity (a dent, a notch or another recess) is provided. It is sufficient if at least one cavity for receiving documents, ie for receiving documents, is provided only at the bottom of the central one recess for receiving the guide carriage, but if necessary It may be provided in the installation part. In an advantageous embodiment, the contour (dimension) defining the side (circumferential surface) of the cavity for receiving documents is formed in accordance with the contour (dimension) of the recess for receiving the guide carriage. As a result, the packaging container retains a checkerboard or checkered structure (configuration pattern) despite having a void (additional function) for receiving documents. In addition to the assembly instructions, the additional voids may be adapted to receive other assembly members such as grease nipples, grease cups or grease guns.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the packaging container is provided with perforations between adjacent recesses for receiving the guide carriage or along the row of recesses. Perforation is used as a separating means (parting line) for each recessed portion. When the packaging container is provided with a cover that is integrally coupled with the packaging container, for example, a cover that is coupled with an integral hinge, perforation is also provided at the edge of the cover, that is, between the cover and the packaging container, This allows the cover to be easily separated from the packaging container.
In another embodiment that contributes to the improvement of the present invention, each recessed portion of the packaging container has an indentation for access for taking out the guide carriage received in the recessed portion on the opposite side, that is, the guide carriage. It is formed with a dent or notch that allows the user to insert a hand to grab it. The indentation for access is formed together when the packaging container is deep drawn, that is, deformed by a mold, and is open toward the recessed portion, that is, directly connected to the recessed portion. It has become.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side surface (circumferential wall surface) of the recessed portion is connected to the first section extending substantially perpendicularly to the bottom surface of the recessed portion from the opening side of the recessed portion. And is formed by a second section that is inclined with respect to the bottom surface and extends tapered toward the bottom surface. With such a configuration, the narrow guide carriage comes into contact with the second side section, and the wide guide carriage comes into contact with the first side section, that is, the second side section. The narrow guide carriage is supported by the first side, and the wide guide carriage is supported by the first side section.
The packaging container that has received the guide carriage is advantageously accommodated in a standard packaging carton (ball box or transport paper box). As a result, the weight of the guide carriage is transmitted to the packaging carton via the container edge of the packaging container, and as a result, the packaging cartons that accommodate the packaging container are stacked in a plurality of stages. The weight transmission inside the packing carton or the stacked product (stacked body or pile) made by stacking the packaging containers is not via the guide carriage positioned above and below, but the protruding container edge around the recessed portion. Therefore, an unfavorable impact force generated during rough stacking is received not via the guide carriage but via the packaging container. Similar effects can be achieved even when a packing carton is not used, by forming the protruding container edge diagonally inward to increase the material strength accordingly.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the packaging container is one that may be shaped in the form of a blister pack.
The drawings show advantageous embodiments of the invention. 1 is a perspective view of a pallet-type product packaging apparatus including a packaging container and a cover, FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the packaging container of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 accommodates a guide carriage of the packaging container of FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the packaging container of FIG. 3.

The
As clearly shown in particular in FIG. 2, each
As shown in FIG. 4, the
FIG. 4 shows a shape engagement type coupling portion between the
The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and can be used with various modifications. It is also possible to form the
