Description

The present invention relates to an emulsion solution of a fat-soluble substance, a dry powder, and a production method thereof.

Many fat-soluble substances are known to play an important role in human or animal nutrition. In general, fat-soluble substances are insoluble in water, and therefore have a drawback that they are easily separated and become non-uniform when added to foods and pharmaceuticals. Therefore, it is difficult to handle in the production of foods and pharmaceuticals, and the absorbability of fat-soluble substances in vivo is remarkably deteriorated. Various attempts have been made to solve this problem. For example, Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-250941) discloses that 1 to 70 parts by weight of a water-insoluble substance consisting of one or more selected from essential oils, pigments, vitamins and fragrances has a hydroxyl value of 970 or less. 1 to 90 parts by weight of polyglycerol fatty acid ester obtained by mono-, di- and triesterization of polyglycerol, 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of water and 1 to 90 parts by weight of polyhydric alcohol are mixed and solubilized. A method for producing a solubilizing solution is described. Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent No. 2734520) discloses that oil oil components of 0.1 to 3.0 W / V% of the total amount and 0.1 to 20 W containing phospholipids and nonionic surfactants as essential components. Disclosed is a method for producing a fine-grain fat emulsion, characterized in that / V% emulsifier is emulsified at a pressure of 2000 kg / cm 2 or more.
However, the emulsion solution thus obtained has a high proportion of the emulsifier added, and consequently the content of the fat-soluble substance is low, so that a large amount of the emulsifier is mixed to obtain the desired amount of the fat-soluble substance. Therefore, development of an emulsion solution containing a high concentration of fat-soluble substance has been desired.

Example 3 Production of Ubidecarenone Water-Dispersed Powder 1 g of maltose was added to 10 ml of the ubidecarenone emulsion solution prepared in Example 1 and sufficiently mixed and stirred to prepare a uniform solution. The produced uniform solution was vacuum-dried at 40 degreeC. When 1 g of the obtained dry powder was weighed and 5 ml of distilled water was added and stirred, a uniform emulsion solution was obtained. The obtained emulsion solution was diluted 10-fold with distilled water, and the average particle size of the diluted solution was measured and found to be 390 nm. The average particle size after the emulsion solution was heated at 90 ° C. for 3 minutes and the average particle size after standing at 5 ° C. for 2 weeks were 390 nm and 395 nm, respectively. No change was observed immediately after the preparation of the emulsion solution, and it was confirmed that the emulsion solution was stable. Moreover, about water dispersibility, when 10 times amount of water was added to the obtained dry powder and the dispersibility was observed, it confirmed that it was disperse | distributing uniformly.

The average particle size after the emulsion solution was heated at 90 ° C. for 3 minutes and the average particle size after standing at 5 ° C. for 2 weeks were 405 nm and 400 nm, respectively.
