前記バックライトは、前記液晶表示パネルと対向する平面内に並設される複数の棒状光源と、これら各棒状光源をその電極部において電極金具を介して支持する基台とから構成され、
前記電極金具は、各棒状光源の対応する電極部を支持するもの同士で、前記棒状光源の並設方向に延在する接続部に接続されて構成され、
前記基台に対して固定され前記接続部上を該接続部の延在方向へ並設される複数の突起部材を備え、
前記接続部は、その延在方向の所定間隔毎の個所において、前記突起部材と接触する部分と接触しない部分を有する。

前記バックライトは、前記液晶表示パネルと対向する平面内に並設される複数の棒状光源と、これら各棒状光源をその電極部において電極金具を介して支持する基台とから構成され、
前記電極金具は、各棒状光源の対応する電極部を支持するもの同士で、前記棒状光源の並設方向に延在する接続部に接続されて構成され、
前記基台に対して固定され前記接続部上を該接続部の延在方向へ並設される複数の突起部材を備え、
前記接続部は、その延在方向の所定間隔毎の個所において、前記突起部材と接触する部分と接触しない部分を有することを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 液晶表示パネルと、この液晶表示パネルの背面に配置されるバックライトを備え、
前記バックライトは、前記液晶表示パネルと対向する平面内に並設される複数の棒状光源と、これら各棒状光源をその電極部において電極金具を介して支持する基台とから構成され、
前記電極金具は、各棒状光源の対応する電極部を支持するもの同士で、前記棒状光源の並設方向に延在する接続部に接続されて構成され、
前記基台に対して固定され前記接続部上を該接続部の延在方向へ並設される複数の突起部材を備え、
前記接続部は、その延在方向の所定間隔毎の個所において、前記突起部材と接触する部分と接触しない部分を有することを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記突起部材は、前記接続部と対向する個所において、円弧面を有する頂部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記接続部の前記突起部材と接触する部分と前記突起部材と接触しない部分は、該接続部の延在方向へ沿ってほぼ均等に割り振られていることを特徴する請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記接続部は前記電極金具を間に配置させた一対の部材からなり、前記突起部材はそれぞれの接続部上において該接続部の延在方向へ配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 一対の接続部のそれぞれにおいて、前記突起部材と接触する部分と接触しない部分とが該接続部の延在方向に沿ってほぼ均等に割り振られ、一方の接続部の前記突起部材と接触していない部分と対向する他方の接続部の部分は、前記突起部材と接触する部分となっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記突起部材は、前記基台に対して固定して配置される側壁板に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記側壁板は、前記基台の面に対して鈍角の広がりをもって傾斜配置され、前記突起部材が形成された側と反対側の面に光反射機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
