Description

The present invention relates to a phosphorescent decorative body provided with a phosphorescent body that is attached to a vehicle and emits light when excited by external energy.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a decorative body that is attached to a vehicle such as an automobile or a two-wheeled vehicle equipped with an engine and includes a phosphorescent body that emits light when excited by external energy such as sunlight (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ). According to this phosphorescent decorative body, since the phosphorescent body is excited by light such as sunlight and emits light in a dark place, a decorative effect can be exhibited even at night.
However, the conventional phosphorescent decorative body may not be sufficiently excited by light such as sunlight depending on the driving environment (for example, rainy weather) of an automobile or the like. In this case, the phosphorescent body is sufficient in a dark place. In other words, there is a problem that the decorative effect of the phosphorescent decorative body cannot be obtained.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-240645 (page 3, FIG. 2, FIG. 6)

In view of the above background, an object of the present invention is to provide a phosphorescent decorative body attached to a vehicle in which the phosphorescent body easily emits light without being affected by a traveling environment or the like.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a phosphorescent decorative body provided with a phosphorescent body that is attached to a vehicle and is excited by external energy to emit light. The phosphorescent body is granular and glass-coated, and phosphorescent from the outside. The light emission of the body can be visually recognized, and is attached to a position where the heat radiation from the heat radiation portion of the vehicle is transmitted.
According to this configuration, the phosphor is excited using the heat radiation from the heat radiating unit as external energy. For this reason, according to the phosphorescent decorative body of the present invention, the phosphorescent body easily emits light without being affected by a traveling environment such as rainy weather.
Here, the phosphorescent body itself has low heat resistance, and the phosphorescent body may be burnt by the heat radiation of the heat radiating portion. Therefore, in the present invention, a glass-coated granular phosphor is used to moderately suppress the thermal energy transmitted to the phosphor. Thereby, it can prevent that a phosphorescent body is overheated and burnt.
Further, when the phosphor is exposed to water, the luminous performance is remarkably lowered. However, since the present invention uses a glass-coated phosphor as the phosphor, it is easy to maintain the luminous performance even when exposed to water. The glass-coated granular phosphor is sold by, for example, MK Corporation.
Further, as the phosphorescent decorative body of the present invention, for example, a muffler that reduces exhaust noise, a radiator grill that introduces outside air into a radiator of an automobile, a bolt that is attached to a heat radiation part such as an engine of a motorcycle, and an engine are mounted. Examples include decals such as logo marks that are affixed to mufflers of motorcycles. Since the radiator grille is provided in the vicinity of the radiator, it is easily heated by the heat radiation of the radiator. In addition, when a bolt is used as the phosphorescent decorative body of the present invention, it is particularly effective for a motorcycle such as a motorcycle in which a heat radiating part such as an engine is exposed to the outside.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of the luminous decorative body of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an explanatory sectional view of the luminous decorative body of the present embodiment, and FIG. 3 is another embodiment of the luminous decorative body of the present invention. It is explanatory drawing which shows.

The phosphorescent decorative body of this embodiment is a decal 3 that is attached to a muffler 2 of a scooter 1 as a vehicle, as shown in FIG.
The decal 3 as a phosphorescent decorative body includes a glass-coated granular phosphorescent body and includes a heat-resistant sheet-like base portion 31 made of synthetic resin. As the phosphor phosphor itself, one using an aluminate chloride compound as a main raw material is used. The glass-coated phosphor is sold by, for example, MK Corporation. Some of the granular phosphors coated with glass have a particle size of 50 μm to 500 μm and can be easily mixed into a synthetic resin.

The surface of the base 31 is provided with a printed layer 32 printed with a heat resistant paint. In addition, you may comprise the printing layer 32 by containing the luminous body by which the glass coating was carried out to the heat resistant coating material. In addition, a heat-resistant adhesive layer 33 is formed on the back surface of the base portion 31, thereby being attached to the muffler 2 as a heat radiating portion.
According to the decal 3 of the present embodiment, the phosphorescent body contained in the base 31 is excited by using the heat radiation from the muffler 2 as the heat radiation portion as external energy. For this reason, the decal 3 easily emits light even in an environment where the phosphorescent body is not excited by light such as sunlight due to rain or the like.
Moreover, since the phosphorescent body contained in the base 31 is a glass-coated granule, the thermal energy transmitted from the muffler 2 to the phosphorescent body itself is moderately suppressed. Thereby, it can prevent that phosphorescence body itself is overheated with the heat | fever of the muffler 2, and burns. Moreover, even if the phosphor is exposed to water by the glass coating, the light emission performance can be easily maintained, and the water resistance of the phosphor can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the decal 3 attached to the muffler 2 is described as a phosphorescent decorative body. However, a printing layer 32 is directly formed on the outer periphery of the muffler 2 with a heat-resistant paint, and the printing layer 32 is coated with glass. Even if it comprises so that the granular phosphorescent material made into may be contained, the effect of this invention can be acquired. Further, the phosphorescent decorative body of the present invention may be an automobile muffler as a vehicle.

FIG. 3 shows a hexagon bolt 4 as another embodiment of the luminous decorative body of the present invention. The hexagon bolt 4 includes a heat-resistant paint layer 42 containing a phosphorescent material coated with glass on the surface of a hexagonal head 41. If this hexagon bolt 4 is used, for example, when an engine as a heat radiating part is attached to a motorcycle body, the phosphor layer of the paint layer 42 of the hexagon bolt 4 can be excited and emit light by the heat radiation of the engine. Thereby, it becomes easy for the hexagon bolt 4 to emit light without being affected by the traveling environment or the like.
In addition, the phosphorescent decorative body of the present invention is not limited to the above-described one, and is attached to a position where heat radiation from a heat radiation part of a vehicle such as an automobile or a two-wheeled vehicle mounted with an engine is transmitted, and is coated with glass Any phosphorescent decorative body using a phosphorescent material may be used. For example, the effect of the present invention can be obtained even when a radiator grill that introduces outside air into a radiator as a heat radiating part of an automobile is coated with a heat-resistant paint containing a granular phosphorescent material coated with glass. The radiator grill is heated by the heat radiation of the radiator as the heat radiating portion.
The luminous decorative body of the present invention may be an exhaust pipe attached to the lower side of an automobile as a vehicle, or a decal attached to the exhaust pipe. According to this, since the phosphor is excited by heat and emits light to illuminate the road surface, the emitted light can be visually recognized from the outside, and the decoration effect can be improved.
