Description

The present invention relates to a charcoal laid mat for nursing care. More specifically, the present invention improves the indoor / bed environment by conditioning, deodorizing, and purifying with charcoal, changing the position of the care recipient, supporting independence, and the like. The present invention relates to a charcoal mat for nursing care that can reduce the burden of nursing care.

Conventionally, care has been generally performed in a room with a bad odor such as ammonia odor or night sweats. Among them, in some cases, charcoal bedding that is said to have humidity control, deodorization, and purification effects has been used (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). In addition, sheets for nursing care (see Patent Documents 3 and 4), sheets and mats with handles that can change the position of a care recipient, position correction, and movement (see Patent Document 5), tubular sheets and moving boards for insertion ( Patent Document 6) has been used.

特開 2002−234093号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-234093 実開平7−001850号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-001850 実開平6−57339号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-57339 特開平9−38140号公報JP-A-9-38140 実開平2−049523号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-049523 実用新案登録第3009286号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3009286

However, in the case of the conventional charcoal bedding described in Patent Document 1 or 2, it is impossible to wash the bedding even if urine or the like penetrates and becomes dirty. Is a burden for caregivers.
Moreover, although granular charcoal has an effect of preventing pressure ulcers and bedsores, for patients with skin diseases, when granular charcoal directly contacts the skin, the burden on the skin is large. Moreover, the conventional granular charcoal was expensive to use for a care sheet.
Furthermore, in the case of a mat with a conventional handle, sheets cannot generally be worn, and a burden is placed on a care recipient when changing sheets even in a mat that can be worn with sheets.
In addition, the conventional posture change, position correction, and moving mat and sheet take time and effort to deal with sudden situations.
Therefore, the present invention achieves moisture conditioning, deodorizing, and purifying action with charcoal, and by providing a mat body with a three-layer structure, body pressure dispersion, pressure ulcer and bedsore prevention effects can be obtained, weight reduction and breathability, Hygienic and quick-drying, comfortable indoor environment and bed environment, inexpensive, easy to put on and take off sheets, quick change of position, position correction and movement, caregivers and care recipients The purpose is to propose a mat that can be used as a simple stretcher, is clean and easy to handle.

In order to solve the above-described object, according to the present invention, the mat includes a laying mat body and a cylindrical cover that wraps the laying mat, and the laying mat body is provided on the granular coal layer and the coal layer. Formed by a three-layer structure consisting of a perforated urethane layer and a sheet provided under the charcoal layer, a handle is attached to the longitudinal end of the sheet, and the cylindrical cover is quilted on the surface In addition, a charcoal laid mat for nursing care is provided, which is waterproofed so that urine or the like does not penetrate into the central portion at least when viewed in the length direction.

In addition, the sheet covering the mat described above has a cylindrical shape, the inside is formed of a slippery material, mat fastenings are provided at the outer four corners, and handles are attached to the left and right ends of the sheet. Yes. The caregiver can easily replace the sheet by holding the handle, and the sheeter has a cylindrical shape, and the inside is made of a slippery material, so that the care recipient can hold the body. It can be easily moved relative to the mat by simply shifting, and in some cases, the care recipient himself / herself can easily move. Furthermore, it becomes possible to use the mat as a simple stretcher by inserting rods into both ends of the sheet tube.

According to the mat of the present invention, humidity control, deodorization, and purification are achieved by the central coal layer. Further, since the mat body has a three-layer structure, body pressure dispersion, pressure ulcer and bed slip prevention effects can be obtained, and light weight, breathability, hygiene, and quick drying are excellent. As a result, the indoor environment and the bed environment can be made comfortable.
In addition, by attaching a handle to the mat, handling such as moving the mat, sun-drying work during drying, and changing sheets is facilitated. By applying quilting to the surface of the sheet that wraps the mat body, preferably laterally and diagonally, the mat can be prevented from shifting vertically, and bends laterally and diagonally along the quilting seams. This makes it possible to smoothly change the position, correct the position, and move the care recipient.
Further, it is preferable that waterproofing is performed so that urine or the like does not permeate at least in the center portion in the length direction of the mat surface. Specifically, a synthetic resin film is laminated on the back surface of the cylindrical cover and waterproofed to prevent urine from penetrating.
Further, by attaching handles to the left and right sides of the mat, the posture change, position correction, and movement become easy, and handling such as attachment and detachment of the sheets becomes easy.
As described above, a mat and a sheet that are inexpensive, clean, and can be used as a simple stretcher are proposed, and the caregiver and the care recipient can be reduced.
That is, according to the mat of the present invention, the movement of the mat body is facilitated, the burden on the caregiver and the care recipient is reduced, and the posture change, position correction, and movement can be facilitated as the independence support of the care recipient.
In addition, in the cylindrical sheets that wrap and cover the mat, if you use a material that is slippery on the inside of the cylinder, removing the mat fasteners at the four corners makes it easy to change the position, correct the position, and move the patient. It is also useful for supporting the independence of the elderly.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings illustrating embodiments of the present invention. FIG. 1 is an overall front view of an embodiment of a mat according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the spread mat 1 includes a spread mat main body A and a cylindrical cover B that wraps the spread mat main body A. The spread mat main body A is accommodated in the cylindrical cover B.

As shown in FIG. 2, the mat body A of the present invention has a three-layer structure. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, it is formed with a three-layer structure having a granular coal layer A-2 as a center and a perforated urethane layer A-1 and a sheet A-3 above and below.

As shown in FIG. 2, the center of the mat body A is a granular coal layer A-2. In the embodiment, black coal and white coal are mixed to form granular coal 2. This granular charcoal layer A-2 is sandwiched between upper and lower fabrics, and is sewn together with the upper and lower fabrics in a quilting manner with the sewing thread 3, so that the granular charcoal layer A-2 is fixed.
As the upper and lower fabrics, plain woven fabrics widely used for mattresses, woven fabrics such as gauze, and nonwoven fabrics can be used.
Alkali and acidic effects can be obtained by adjusting the moisture, deodorizing, and purifying the charcoal in the granular coal layer A-2, and it can reduce odors such as ammonia odor and night sweat. Hygiene and comfortable environment can be achieved by reducing the burden of care and improving the indoor environment and bed environment.
Further, since the granular coal bed A-2 of the present invention is sandwiched between upper and lower fabrics and sewn and fixed together with the upper and lower fabrics in a quilting shape, it is easy to handle and inexpensive. .
A perforated urethane layer A-1 is provided on the coal layer A-2. As perforated urethane layer A-1, many small holes 4a are opened in a synthetic resin foam 4 such as urethane foam. The ratio of the area of the opening 4a to the surface area of the synthetic resin foam 4 such as urethane is preferably about 30%.
The hole 4a of the perforated urethane layer A-1 has body pressure dispersion, light weight, and breathability, is excellent in quick-drying, has an effect of preventing pressure ulcers and bedsores, and reduces sun drying during drying. .

As shown in FIG. 2, handles 11 to 14 are attached to the longitudinal ends of the sheet A-3. As shown in FIG. 1, the handles 11, 12 and 13, 14 are attached with a gap in the width direction of the sheet A- 3 (up and down direction in FIG. 1).

As described above, the mat body A is accommodated in the cylindrical cover B. As shown in FIG. 1, a quilting process 21 is preferably performed on the outer surface of the cylindrical cover B, preferably in the lateral and oblique directions. The quilting process 21 prevents vertical displacement of the mat 1 and makes it easy to bend laterally and diagonally along the quilting seam, so that the position of the care recipient, position correction, and movement can be smoothly performed.
In addition, the caregiver can easily move the mat body A together with the sheet A-3 by holding the left and right handles 11 to 14, and can easily change the position of the care recipient, correct the position, etc. And the burden on the care recipient can be reduced and the sheets covering the mat can be easily replaced.
The surface of the cylindrical cover B located on the upper side of the perforated urethane layer A-1 is waterproofed so that urine or the like does not permeate into at least the central portion where the waist of the care recipient is located. As a waterproofing method, a synthetic resin film such as a polyurethane film or a polyester film or a synthetic resin foam such as a polyurethane foam is laminated on the back surface of the cylindrical cover B.
The mat body A is wrapped with a cylindrical cover B as shown in FIG. At this time, the handles 11 to 14 attached to the end in the longitudinal direction of the sheet A-3 are pulled out to the outside of the cylindrical cover B. In this state, the periphery of the cylindrical cover B is sewn by the seam 31 to form a cylindrical shape. The cover B and the mat body A are integrated.

The front view of the Example of the sheet C which covers the mat | matte 1 of this invention in FIG. 3 is shown. The sheet C is a quick-drying functional fabric, and is formed into a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, mat fasteners 41 to 44 are provided obliquely at the corners of the four corners of the outer surface or inner surface of the sheet C (FIG. 3 shows mat fasteners 41 to 44 at the corners of the four corners of the inner surface of the sheet C. Is an example in which
Furthermore, handles 45 to 48 are attached to the left and right long sides of the sheet C, and the handles 45 to 48 make it easy to change the sheet C and reduce the burden on the caregiver. At the same time, as a self-supporting support for the care recipient, the position change, position correction, and movement can be easily performed.
In this embodiment, the opposing handles 45 and 46, 47 and 48 are connected to form an 8-shape, and the strength of the handles 45 and 46, 47 and 48 is increased. May be separated. Moreover, a rod can be inserted into the cylindrical left and right sides of the sheet C, or the mat 1 of the present invention can be inserted to be used as a simple stretcher.

Several methods of using the sheet C will be described. As an example, as shown in FIG. 5, the sheet C is laid on the mat 1, and the four corners of the mat 1 are fastened to the mat fasteners 41 to 45 at the four corners of the sheet C, and the sheet C is fixed. In this way, even when the sheet C is used as a mat cover, when changing the position, correcting the position, or moving the sheet C, the sheet C can be removed by simply removing the mat on the opposite side to the direction in which the cover is desired to move. The care recipient can easily move the sheet C by the shape of the shape and the slippery material inside. In addition, when replacing the sheet C, the sheet C is placed along the back of the care recipient and the handle 45-47 or 46-48 of the sheet C is pulled, so that the slippery material inside the sheet C The tube can be smoothly placed in a predetermined position.

As another example, as shown in FIG. 6, the mat 1 is inserted into the cylindrical shape of the sheet C, and the grips 11 to 14 in the vertical direction of the mat are pulled and slid to make it slippery inside the sheet C. The mat 1 and the sheet C can be integrated, and in this state, the posture change, position correction, movement, etc. can be easily performed with the handles 45 to 48 of the sheet C.
